It was pretty perfect, actually

Friendly clean safe
Parking was challenging

Clean, great service, relaxed good vibes
A little more help with activities to do in the area

The service at Estrellita's was exceptional. I had such friendly help and over-the-top extra service, like buying a salad for me to have when I arrived, after all day with no eating. Very friendly owner and manager, the coziest breakfast area with a fire in the fireplace and beautiful details.
I would have liked a mattress topper, to make the bed a little cozier, but the room was so comfy-

The building was well maintained and comfortable. it is conveniently located, close to amenities. Louie and Amanda were most kind and helpful. The rooms were charming and breakfast was delicious.
it was all good

Clean, comfortable and pet-friendly.

Louie and Amanda are excellent hosts. We stayed in the casita, which was spacious. Most every night, we could hear the live music from the next-door bar and on one occasion, a live afternoon concert at the Lake Chapala Society. Normally I'm a noise-phobe, but I actually enjoyed it here; I felt like part of a community. It's very pleasant to sit outdoors on the patio and soak up some sunshine and hear the birdies sing. We dined at three good restaurants within one to a few blocks.
The plumbing in the casita's shower is very talkative, but it works! The safe in the casita was not working.

This B&B is a perfect and I mean perfect location. Moreover, the entire Estrelita experience is beyond wonderful. From the moment you step through the door you feel the serene and welcoming atmosphere. The innkeepers, Lorraine, Amanda and Louie are kind, respectful and so enjoyable. No matter what your expectation is it will be met at estrellita's. Oh and don't miss the morning breakfast. It's a mixture of wonderful food, interesting people and lots of laughter. If you fall lucky enough to be there on a Sunday make sure you are at the B&B at 10:00 a.m. you will receive a small concert from a father and son with a violin and cello that will transform you to a musical experience you never expected.
Are you kidding? Good luck finding something you didn't like.

The property was wonderful and close to everything. Our room was lovely and very comfortable
Unfortunately, I don’t know if we would return because the property does not offer Gluten Free on their breakfast menu. They did have Almond milk, however, for someone that is Gluten free and Dairy free there are really no options.

We loved the quiet, the gardens and the food. We also enjoyed meeting Lorraine and other guests.
I would suggest mending the seats, and providing a tourist guide or something like a things to do list.
4.7
Loui, the host, gave generously his knowledge about the area, operates a very efficient and graceful hotel, and is extremely accommodating to guests and their situation(s).
4.7
What I like about the property was location and Cleanness friendly staff.
4.7
Almost everything. The owner was very helpful throughout. The breakfast and the coffee was also excellent.
The mattress of the bed was a bit soft for us. It could have been better to get a harder mattress. This is just a suggestion and not a complain.

Staff was friendly the owners were very accommodating to any needs that you had my dog was like one of the family and so was the facilities felt right at home excellent stay would recommend it to anyone coming to Mexico also very close to the Lake
Nothing could’ve been better I felt Reggaeton here and was made to feel right at home

Love this charming Bed and Breakfast! Highly recommend!
Great location within walking distance of restaurants and the city.
Louie went above and beyond on my first trip to Ajijic. Staff was attentive and very kind.
You know the family cares and goes out of its way as professional hosts.
I loved my upstairs room with a private green outdoor terrace, peaceful sound of birds in the morning. Very clean and all amenities necessary.
Waking up, going down and getting my coffee while going back and getting ready.
Delicious 9 AM breakfast!
Best Bed and Breakfast I have ever been stayed in.

Everything was perfect.

Nice space with balcony with plants
Not the airbnb fault, but cobblestone streets in area are very bumpy. On street parking is limited,

It was the last minute reservation due to flight changes, but we are so glad they happened. This is a delightful, charming bed and breakfast in the heart of Ajijic. The location is excellent, right next to the Lake Chapala Society and two blocks to the Malecon. The staff and owner were very pleasant and accommodating. We particularly liked the inviting patio, kangen water in the room and excellent breakfast. The room was clean and large with comfortable beds. Having a cafe (El gato Feo) on site was a nice bonus.
We don't think of anything.
4.7
The decor is charming and you can tell it is personally owned and managed. The upstairs rooms have private terrace space, the staff is lovely and the breakfast well done. The cafe is open to the public and they let us park our motorcycle there overnight.
Nothing to say here. Compared to other towns we have stayed, room rates in Ajijic overall are higher than I expected and so Estrellita’s seems to follow suit.
4.7
Great location. The staff was very good and attentive to my needs. Ms. Lorraine, the owner would join us for breakfast almost every morning; Louie, her son provided information about rental contracts and what to look out for and a renter’s responsibility when hiring people to work in your home - he was a wealth of information; Amanda, the co-owner of the cafe, was very attentive if I needed anything throughout my stay. This place is worth the money.
The weekend cleaning lady; I had to ask her to clean the shower stall not just clean the room and take out the garbage.

everyone working here was super friendly and helpful

Everythinbg!:) Nicest people ever!!

There was a bad leak under the sink. Staff were very responsive and had it fixed promptly. Breakfast were good, nothing special but more than adequate. A pleasant dining room.
I thought the decor was bland. The furnishing and art were nice but everything was painted a uniform, monotonous pale yellow. There wasn't much natural light in the room and no outlook.
4.7
it’s located close to everything. Great breakfast every morning promptly at 9am. the staff is awesome and very attentive. The decor was beautiful.
love everything about it
4.7
The architectural design has been maintained while also including modern amenities. And the location! Next door to the Chapala Society, close to the lake, plaza, stores, restaurants- wonderful.
nothing - the owner and her son keep everything running smoothly.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about Estrellitas B & B.
The location is great. Easy walking to a multitude of great restaurants and shops. The quarters are spacious, comfortable and charming. Beautiful patio gardens to lounge in right next to the Chapala Society garden. The owners and staff made us feel welcome in their home. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great coffee!
4.7
Lovely place, the staff is excepcional, especially the manager. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is made to order. There's a convenience store right around the corner (everything in town closes very early).
A little bit pricey but Ajijic is expensive. Could offer more variety for breakfast: add a couple of sides to the eggs and have other options, not only bacon, to go with the eggs, the option of chilaquiles or molletes would also be nice.
