Nice but underperforms for the price.

The staff was responsive when they understood. The biggest hurdle was language, as they had a very low level of English, especially the night reception.

1. You have to make sure every day to have your room cleaned. Otherwise, it will not be cleaned. Something about previous guests! 2. The WiFi in my room was the worst in any hotel i have stayed in. It was unuseable. I did make a complaint, but there was no discernable improvement, so i used data and planned my time to mainly use wifi in the office. 3. The 6th floor is a great space that could be used for guests, i.e., a guest lounge or even gym, but dirty and abandoned, such a shame. 4. With so many international clients, the hotel must improve the English proficiency of its staff. 5. I had a big corner room with floor to cieling windows, but during the day, if you went out and took the electric key with you, the electruc shut off, and the room would be unbearably hot on your return.

Еле теплая вода, толком не помыться. Нет ложек в номере, хотя чашки есть. Даже обычная вода 0,5 - платная. Хотя номер взяли лучший. Очень душно, не чем дышать, окна не открываются. Все старое, шкаф сломан, розетки плохо работают

Waste of time.

They cancelled our booking on us! We reserved the hotel for a night in Ho Chi Minh, flying in from Hanoi. Around midday that day I received an email from them saying if I don't check in by 10am they will cancel my booking. I emailed back and said please don't cancel our booking, our flight doesn't get in til 8:30pm. They emailed back and corrected that if I don't check in by 10pm they will cancel the booking. After paying for a taxi to the hotel we arrived at 9:20pm, only to be told they cancelled our booking and that the hotel was full! We then had to find another hotel, late at night and pay for another taxi fare. Not impressed.

Beautiful wooden furniture

We arrived after the airport, so we chose this hotel. I liked that the administrators know English well. At the indicated price, clean and comfortable.My husband said that the price-performance ratio is chic

Great Experience!

Everything was perfect. The photos on the website are accurate and the facilities were exactly as described, although honestly it felt more like a 3 star than a two star hotel. Everything was scrupulously clean; generously sized rooms; 24 hour reception &etc. The hotel is also very easy to find.

There really isn't much going on in the area, even if you are used to local life in Vietnam. The airport is a good 20 minutes' drive away, and everything else is much further.

the stay was disaster. i booked stay there for one night to sleep after flight. i was not able to sleep as the whole night was noisy. the bathroom was smelly, no windows.. never more

what a booking dot com!

I book the hotel for one night. when I arrived at around 11:00 PM and really wanted to rest. The receptionist say sorry that someone else took the room! He explained that he tried to contact me (to ask me when would I arrive the hotel) but got no response. I said to him this does mater that you could contact me or not. I booked the room and if I did not show up then the hotel could charge me because the booking is non refundable. Perhaps the hotel had an ill thought that I might not arrive then he can earn twice for a room; and if I finally turn up, he just need to say sorry. the hotel did not understand receiving a booking is a commitment, and this will affect the hotel credit. It was a Saturday midnight then it was difficult to find and book another room in the region. i used Booking app to book a last room in a hotel (Jade Hotel) not far Venus hotel. lesson learned, after booking, i carefully phone the receptionist that keep the room for me. it was not a very good night when the receptionist of that hotel answered me that the room was also taken!! after some try, luckily we found a hotel near the airport. it cost us much more for the room, twice the taxi fares. and a couple of hours of hassle. Booking Vietnam should do something to correct the ill practices of local hotels, using booking for advertising their hotels, they always show room availability in Booking.com but the factual situations are quite different.

Overnight stopover close to airport

Priced higher than it should be...

The location is in Go Vap, its a good district, the parking is free for motorbikes

The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom smells like hot wet mildew, I'm pretty sure there is balck mold growing in the crevices of the bathroom. The room is always so hot, even with the air conditioning and the fan on high. When you leave the room the power gets turned off and the ice and cold things in the fridge never stay cold or frozen, and you can't charge any electronics while you go for dinner. Also the bed was quite uncomfortable. And someone was constantly smoking cigarettes and I could always smell cigarette smoke.

If you are just looking for a basic place to stay then this is good.

The Main thing about the Hotel was the location as I got in very very late after delayed flights. It was a place to sleep, and freshen up before continuing my journey.

Did not enjoy that there was no hot water. Especially after a long day of traveling and an early start the next day a Hot shower was what I was in dire need of..

Disappointing

needed a quick place to stay for the night and was cheap.

It was not cleaned properly and a used condom was found on the floor. bogeys were found wiped all over the walls. Even though we had a private room on the top floor you could hear people talking and shouting all night long.
