Bad bad that lodge was not like before

At the receptionist special the day shift they don't have menace, they can't talk to customers, they not honestly they treat me bad ,liers

Short stay; we went on a food walking tour that met there.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe not a place to walk around at night. I am not sure; however, we were the only white people in the neighborhood.

Overall the stay was a 9 out of 10.

On both occasions (check in and check out), there was no proactiveness from the reception staff with assisting with my luggage, both occasions I even loaded the luggage on the caddy myself before staff could attempt assistance. Not sure if maybe guests are expected to use the caddy "at their own risk"?

It was a pleasure trip- and really enjoyed my stay

I stayed for 3 nights and was only there after 17h00 due to commitments during the day .I only had supper there at nights . I must compliment the chef on all 3 nights stays. The first Night My wife and I tasted your burgers which was out of this world.. That is genuinely a gourmet burger. Out of this world.. recommend it to anyone. I am hoping its the same quality at the city lodgers here in PE, so that I can eat there when going out to eat, instead of an overpriced restaurant The second night we choose the ribs with salad chips.. .Taste out of this world. and soft . It melted in the mouth ..WOW. The ribs was nicely cut up ,which allowed me to jump in and eat straight away. Real value for money The 3rd and final nigh (Sunday) . we ordered the chicken pizza(think it was th Tikka). Topping was so thick you would think you have a pie.. full of chicken and cheese .. For 110.00 definitely a bargain.. Two of us could not even complete it and I am a Pizza lover.. Please send out your chefs to PE so that they can train the chefs this side. Lastly The barman Whose name was Jacob gave me excellent service.. He even brought our meals up to the room for me.. where we were supposed to collect it.. Special Thanks to him Lastly ..although the area is suspect.. Lost of people hanging outside around ..which can be scary for a young family.. The place itself and security is superb.. Would rate it a 4 star plus experience for me Morga Moodaley

Just the surroundings outside by the station People loitering around Area where its located .. But it was okay for me as i wanted to be near Witwatersrand for my daughters residence...

Quite comfortable in the end.

Reception staff at our arrival - Excellent service, patience, advice... the works! Even to irate customers. Twin beds made for comfortable sleep. Generator for load shedding, is a winner! The dinner we bought was cooked and presented quite good too.

Please sort or cancel relations with online Booking.com got confusing at check in. Food could be delivered to room. Staff could have manual price-lists as opposed to that scanning inconvenient system. The vending machine could work better or have someone on all-time standby. Please please get legal advise/ service on allowing us to choose WHO/ WHAT picks us up from the hotel without being made to walk to our ride, for taxi feuds.

Comfortable Hotel for short stay in Johannesburg

Nice hotel for short stays in Johannesburg. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Very close to downtown, to the Theatre Market and to a shopping mall but take care the area around the hotel is not much secure at night.

Everything was on point.... Beautiful room , lobby ,outside swimming pool area and friendly staff Hot water always available Breakfast 😋 yummy

I didn't like the door, it was giving me a problem. I struggle to enter my room. The door needed to be pushed with all the strength I had....most of the time I called for assistance.😔
