A great camping ground to stay at in the National Park.
basic room with everything I needed. bed was very comfortable. the blinds were blockout and let in little light which is great. The Amenities Block was in great condition and the showers provided hot water with good pressure.
it was a bit of a walk to the Amenities Block.

Comfortable living...
Heated bathroom, warm quilts and the rooms were clean and very close to perisher valley.
Wifi should be provided as complimentary...

Said it all above.
The Park
The location of the cottage next to an old dilapidated caravan. The entrance car porch was not swept for a long time. The front step had an old stain on it and security door not closing any more. Maybe it is called rustic? General ambiance of neglect around the office and grounds with old run down cars and vans parked and open work shed with old mattresses to be seen. However the cottage inside was spotless.

The accommodation was convenient, warm and clean.
Cabin was warm and close enough to the toilets to be reasonable - the possum was a great hit and just wanted more attention. Cheeky pos! Cooking facilities were adequate and the room was clean and comfortable.
Road was a bit rough, bathroom had time limits on the showers. The cost was a high for a caravan park.

Overall pretty happy with the stay. Happily stayed there for 2 trips to snow in 2023.
Close to snow fields, good shower blocks, nice warm cabins, park is small and everything is close to cabin. Walking trails are close. Very quiet place.
Obviously night rates are a bit crazy for what you get but it's a season+location thing so not surprised. Cooking appliances are a bit weak (not sure why, probably due to basic gas systems). Simple dinner meal may take up to 1 hour to cook in winter (including communal kitchen ovens).

For the price you pay might as well stay in Jindabyne
Was very quiet. Heating good and property clean. 15 minutes closer to Perisher than Jindabyne. Staff helpful and friendly.
Charge extra for wifi and wanted $40 for use of drying room which we only wanted for 1 night. We paid $600 per night and for that price and the fact that the cabin was very old inside and out I would have not expected to pay $40. Facilities in cabin very old and outdated. Needs to be renovated. Would expect more for $600 a night. Had to bring own sheets for bunk beds

Awesome, just an awesome place to stay
It was an awesome location to access the ski slopes. The facilities were amazing, the cabin was clean and well kept. The electric blanket was a bonus as it got down to minus 8. The location to the ski slopes and into the town was unreal real.
