The kitchen is fully equipped with quality tableware and cutlery. It includes an electric oven & hob, two big refrigerators for large families (one for food and one for drinks), freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, juice maker, blender, pop corn machine, coffee machine, toaster...everything, even a separate water refrigerator with 3 free bottles of water. The first of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have patio doors that lead directly to the pool terrace. A separate guest cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.
The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, the other with en suite bathroom and both sharing a balcony that overlooks the pool and beyond to the waves that gently break against the Coral Bay coastline. The master double bedroom features a separate dressing area with walk in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom , and a private balcony also overlooking the pool, with panoramic sea and mountain views.

Generally, the BBQ area, has all the equipment you need for cooking and having great meals and excellent time out at the fresco.
Moving to the lower tier of the exterior grounds you will find the spacious sunbathing terrace with the impressive 12m x 6m private swimming pool with walk in steps and ladder. An added feature for families with young children is that the swimming pool terrace is gated and enclosed by railings so access to the pool, can be monitored. The pool depth starts from one meter and is ending at two. The swimming pool huge area is equipped with 12 very comfortable sunbeds,5 umbrellas, tables, chairs, and a poolside shower.
