The communication with the property manager was very good. The house felt very homey, clean and well set up. Convenient location. It was great for our short family stay. Bathroom floor tiles a bit slippery. Located on a busy street, but the traffic can barely be heard inside the house.

First of all , we have never stayed anywhere so spotlessly clean and well equipped. The house itself is fabulously decorated with modern bathrooms and appliances. Beautiful touches with lots of flower displays and interesting art works. Bedrooms were comfortable and cool enough with windows open. Outside area was great with fab Ziggy barbecue and comfortable seating. Magdalene was a pleasure to deal with and communication was easy. We hope to revisit again soon. 5 stars.

We were met by Tim who gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything works. He was very friendly and courteous. The house was very modern and very very clean with the kitchen being fully stocked.
The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We really loved the main ensuite which was very spacious and the mirror was one we had never seen before. Very lovely.

Great stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this accommodation. It was a very comfortable (renovated) house to stay in with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children, comfy furniture and lovely reverse cycle air con and mod cons. The house was also situated in a very convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Being on Bussell Hwy didn't affect us noise wise despite the busy traffic. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks Magdalene 😊

The overall cleanliness of the house was ok although there were biscuit crumbs under the cushions in the lounge. There were two odourisers on in the house which gave us headaches, and there was left over food in the fridge on our arrival. The towels left for us were old and we were accused of leaving two stained towels when we left which we have no knowledge of and were charged $35.00 for. The front door handle is loose and had to get the owners to come and unlock the door for us as they are keyless doors. There were shoes left at the front and back of the property and the overall feeling was we were always on tenderhooks as if someone was watching us. The house is old and full of too much stuff to have to make sure you don't break. We will not be staying here again.

fortunately the barbecue and the air conditioning worked well (throughout the house) during the record heatwave! At checkout I left behind the record player and records I brought along for our stay, but happily the owner immediately agreed to put these aside until out next visit!

The three bedrooms was very suitable.
The rea yard worked out well for us to put the trailer and then when assembled the boat trailer with boat on, it was secure.
A credit to you as the property was very well renovated I loved what your choices have been will pass that on to others.

I booked this property to use as an overnight stop whilst on a Motorbike Ride from Perth to Nannup to Busselton. After our first day of 400km, we where well ready to relax and unwind. What a surprise when we found our accomodation!Magdalene‘a property was more than we could have wished for. 3 big bedrooms with a super comfy bed in each. All mod cons were available in the house if you needed them. A true home from home. Outside, there was a wonderful deck and BBQ setup that would have been well utilised if we were staying longer. The accomodation was a very short walk to the main drag in Busselton, max 15 mins. The new Beer Barn might take about 30 mins going. No doubt longer on the return!Overall I found our experience to be fantastic but oh too short. Next time we’ll do this wonderful property justice. Thanks for having us Magdalene.
