Affordable and great location on a safe and popular street. Private bathroom was a plus.
The host didn't have any change, which was a bit annoying to give the exact amount of money. There were a lot ants in our room, and they made it into our bags- not that nice.

Proche du centre
Un peu trop de bruit et chambres très chaudes malgré le ventilateur

Great price and great location
Feels a little rundown. Rooms are small and don’t have any airflow.

Friendly staff
Nice location
Good price
No hot water or aircondition, but this is common in Nicaragua
3.0 / 10.0
The only good is the location. On the main street but not in the area of the loud bars
Don’t understand how nobody talked about it- there’s no door between the room and the toilet!!!!! WHAT????
The wifi doesn’t work in all the rooms. It is a large place so if you’re far from the entrance you don’t have wifi in your room
Last thing (and I really don’t like to write it)- this is the first time in Nicaragua that the landlord wasn’t welcoming.

As a frequent traveler, I don’t usually leave a review, unless the experience was exceptionally good or bad. In that case it was exceptionally good. I have zero complaints regarding the accommodation itself and can’t thank the owners enough for their kindness when I had a little accident. Thank you so much, Sandra
All good

Price, and proximity to bus terminals
Mosquitos, emptiness of location

Owner very nice person. Location during the week couldn’t be better. On the main pedestrian street full of bars, restaurants, souvenirs. Short walk to Lake Nicaragua in one direction or Central Park and the Cathedral in the other.
Weekend nights are very very noisy. Because it is in a major entertainment district full of bars and clubs, loud music and thumping bass go on until at least 2:00 am. My last night was a Saturday and I had almost no sleep before catching a 7:00 am bus Sunday morning. Made for a very grumpy day. But I guess it would be great if you like to party until the bars close. Definitely a short crawl home.

Location is just in the center. Close to the bars and restaurants and main square. Decent price. Friendly staff.
Loud music at night
No a/c
Wall between the room and bathroom is not full so you basicly hear everything whats going on behind

Great value with a perfect location on the main tourist street. The owners were frienldy.
The room was a bit hot, which was better after I ran the fan with the door open for a few minutes.

Great location, staff was kind
Wifi didn’t work, the room wasn’t that new

The hotel itself is ok, but the neighborhood very noisy. Big parties with very loud music till very late at night. The windows can’t be closed, so I almost had no sleep when staying here. Also the room is very hot (even with the fan on).

I have very little positive to say about this place.
One of the first things I was told by the lady who runs the place was being lefthanded is a disease. I'm lefthanded and she knew it when she decided to share her thoughts. She was not joking, and was very offensive in the way she said it.
She was always arguing with her children and yelling. She does not seem to know how to be nice. When family or guests say something she does not agree with she treats the person who said it with an incredible level of disdain. I had an appointment with a government official and she made a point of telling me they wouldn't want to talk to me; insuating I was not important enough for them to take their time. She acted offended when the meeting was successful.
She went out of her way to explain how accomodating she was during the most difficult times of the pandemic, but then talked bad about her guests during that time. The things she said were very unprofessional and out of line.
The room was small, with little to no air flow. They had me turn the fan all the way up and I was still so hot I could barely sleep. I kept waking up drenched in sweat. The only redeeming part was when it rained and I could sit outside between about 2 to 4 am (I wanted to sleep).
While I did not realize it at first, on the second day I made the mistake of entering the wrong room. That was when I realized my key was interchangeable with at least one other room. I did not attempt to enter other rooms, but this was disconcerting, as I had left a considerable amount of money in my room. Luckily nothing bad happened.
They claim to have wifi in every room, but it only works on the patio or in the common area. If the son or grandson are playing games in the common area then there is not much bandwidth left for much of anything. It was very frustrating.
The location was good, with excellent access to food, drink, music, and dancing close by.
You can buy a traditional breakfast on site for 100 córdobas. It is well made and fairly prompt.

Location. Nice evening rest on patio or in the cool, spacious hall
All good, nice owners, excellent location. The only thing that spoiled the overall experience was that the room with fan was very hot , even for the tropical climate here
