Very large apartment with modern facilities.
Most expensive place we stayed in our Italian road trip. Front door was very stiff to operate (owners were slow to acknowledge this potential safety issue). Apartment had a washing machine but no iron or ironing board.

Overall, we loved staying in Manarola and we enjoyed this location. The host was very helpful and had good communication. We appreciated that this apartment had a washer so that we could do laundry. They had a rack for drying your clothes. As this location is partially underground, it has a little musty smell to it, which can naturally come with a downstairs location such as this. The washer and drying rack are in the kitchen. We were able to close the door in the kitchen, to keep that area a little warmer to help with the drying of the clothes. The area we slept in had air conditioning which helped us sleep. There were not any noise issues. As I am a light sleeper, I had no problems here with noise. It was very quiet. Our family of 4 stayed here. One bed and one sleeper sofa.
The beds and the pillows weren't very comfortable. That could be an easy fix for the owners.

Very clean, tidy and it had everything needed
Everything was good

Apartment was very clean, bed so comfortable, lots of space & for us it was close to any restaurants, bars etc but also quite at night. It’s close to a lovely little square with a fabulous view. Great to come back to after a day of walking.

Very clean and simple

The property offered very clean and updated bathroom and kitchen, and cold, quiet A/C that helped us all sleep well after long days hiking and swimming. I'd highly recommend it to couples, or families with kids who can sleep comfortably together on a queen-sized bed. Within a two minute walk are two cafes at which you can get a simple breakfast or an afternoon coffee or Beer. A grocery store is within five minutes. Restaurants are all within an easy walk. Be ready to walk hills - but the benefit is less guilt from all of the eating. :)

goof location
you had to leave the car very far away from the town and nobody helped with the lugage , in the morning somebody was working and it was very noise so it was hard to relax , and the owner is VERY RUDE , and kiks you out at 10 a clock sharp, at 10 :02 was already inside the apartment talking very rude!!! not nice people!I WOULD NOT RECOMANT! i would not go again ever!!!

it is kind of difficult for us to find the apartment, google map seems not so accurate even the owner gave up detail instructions

The bathroom was huge and clean and well equipped, however the towels were not changed every day. The coffee which the host provided was delicious and the coffee machine was handy. We had a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival too which I appreciated. There was washing machine and detergent which also saved a lot of time. The station is close and you don’t need to climb stairs to reach the hotel. The host also provided a very detailed description via text message, with directions and restaurants prior to arrival which were very useful.
It was not worth the money because 4 star Astoria hotel in Genova where we stayed few days ago was cheaper than here per night. This is a flat on underground level (below street level) and there is no light and there is no air. It was humid.
It is more like Airbnb because it is self-check in and there is no reception. You will be given a code to enter upon providing a passport.
On our last night the code on the door was not working and we were locked outside at 9pm for more than 10minutes trying to get in. The host responded very promptly which I appreciated but If you want to use a bathroom or you are with a small child it is too risky.
Finally, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. I woke up with shoulder and back pain considering I was planning an early hike. There was only one cover and no additional blankets even though we visited beginning of October.

Comfortable bathroom and large apartment. Kitchen and washing machine with everything you need. Short distance to the train station/hiking trails. Very nice decorations.
Quite damp and little daylight. Wifi wasn't working on the first day.

Great location, big, clean appartment with very nice bathroom. Manarola is a great place to stay, so was the appartment.
The bed was a bit too firm, but that's a personal preference.

Very clean, good facilities, great location a 3 minute walk from the main town. Great bars and restaurants nearby and good access to the Cinque Terre blue trails. Easy check in.
The bathroom smelt strange (damp?) and there was no wifi for the first day and night although apparently this was a provider issue (it look several messages to get this information)

prime location
spacious, recently renovated, clean and well looked after apartment
responsive host with high attention to detail (we appreciated the laundry tablets and complimentary water and coffee machine)
the apartment lacks some windows and day light in the living area

A really cosy place in Manarola, perfect to discover the beauty of Cinque terre (Manarola being the second most beautiful village in our view). Owners are really nice and helpful to make your stay perfect. Thanks a lot !
A little lack of luminosity which is not disturbing

Very nice apartment, large, well equipped and clean. The owner sent all instructions we needed in advance. We can definitely recommend it. The trail to Corniglia starts outside the house. Easy to walk down and take a swim in the beautiful harbour.

Great walk-in rain-head shower! Washing machine available in the kitchen, with drying rack available. The apartment was awesome and I will stay if I go to Cinque Terre again.
It was a little difficult to find, and got confused by the directions, arriving from the train. Unfortunately locals weren't of any help finding the location, despite being within 40 meters of the location. It is located across the street from the little wine store with outdoor seating, near the top of the hill. My Italian is poor, and I didn't have cellphone coverage, so I couldn't use the translator app unfortunately.

Location, shower, spaciousness, on-site laundry
Not having enough replacement towels and facility not providing them on request.

Location was great! Apartment was spacious, quite and clean. Host was lovely and messaged throughout the stay to see if we needed anything.

Very central, easy to get to and very quiet. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen.
Very little natural light, so you always have to have to the lights on (there are plenty of lights though!)

Very clean, modern, cozy, with nice design, two (!!) TV with youtube and netflix, aircondition in each room, well equipped kitchen, location, toilet, the shower cabin, Well… Basically I liked everything! Great place!
Kitchen with a daylight would be nice but even without, the apartament is totally great!

the property was in a great place close to everything in town. Everything was clean and there was coffee, soap and laundry detergent.
This property says sleeps 4 although there is a queen sized bed and a full sized sofa couch which is quite uncomfy for two people to share.
4.5
Well appointed- good little kitchenette so could have breakfast and simple dinner. Plenty of space for two people. Clean. Even though late autumn it had good heating so it was warm. Excellent location- loved walking up to the church square and down to the waterfront.

Very nice apartment! Comfortable beds, great bathroom, there is no view, but we didn't mind as we did the hike all day and enjoyed the view there! Price/quality was perfect. We got all of the necessary instructions on how to get to the appartement on time and it was all very clear! Thank you for our pleasant stay!
