This 450m2 light and spacious property offers the perfect tranquil retreat from all the activities and facilities to be enjoyed at the nearby resorts of southern Tenerife. This magnificent detached villa with plenty of cool and contemporary living space is set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds above the Costa Adeje and the exclusive resorts and beaches of Fanabe and Bahia del Duque. Al fresco dining is a delight on the covered terrace which overlooks the solarium and swimming pool (heated during the winter). A built-in BBQ offers another fun outdoor dining option amongst the gentle and welcome shade of palm trees and other tropical plants. The villa offers a beautiful, peaceful and private setting for family and friends to come together, relax and soak up the sun in style.

Nice Villa had a good Holiday

I do not think we could have picked a nicer house for our family vacation. The host was great and was very quick to respond to any issues that popped up ( although there were no issues, just a couple of questions). The house was very clean with a great layout and view of Adeje and the ocean. All bedrooms were private and quiet. I highly recommend staying here. The beach is maybe a 10-15 drive and faster with no traffic.

Lovely clean very large villa with incredible views.
Taxis or hire car definitely needed as very high up in the hillside. Great for families and groups

Great villa and pool area, plenty of room for all 9 of us. Only downside is a little far out and too far to walk to the beach and main areas, so reliant on taxi's which was not easy. We had a great stay and made good use of the pool and BBQ.

The villa is very spacious, with a great outdoor space (and pool), and the most spectacular view of the Adeje coast. It's quite far up the hill and the walk into Adeje is quite long, so I would recommend a car (though taxis are easy enough to book too). The property manager (Sandra) was very attentive and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place to large families or groups of friends!

Property is fantastic, very spacious, everything you need. Check in was great with Sandra and east to contact. Sandra answers back very promptly. Wi-Fi is the best we have had on any other villa holiday. Amazing views could look at them all day. Fantastic outdoor area and pool even supplied pool towels. Overall 10/10.

situated at the top of the hill you cant go much further up giving you the most incredible view of Adeje.
The villa is very spacious & airy with 5 large bedrooms & a great outside area with a well maintained pool.
Sandra was very helpful in getting us settled in & helping us with any queries we had.

What an amazing property. It was spacious for our party of 10. Bedrooms are an amazing size. There was everything you could need. Washing machine, hairdryer, fridge and freezer. Near to all activities, but far enough away relax. We had a great time!

We have stayed in this area before, however the Villa exceeded my expectations. Spotlessley clean. View is amazing, beds so comfy. Host was very informative and was esily contactable. We had a car, but a taxi would be needed if you dont. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi and tv was good. It was so good, we are booking for next year.

Fabulous villa...we really couldn't fault it! Beautiful views and sunsets. The villa and pool are lovely and large enough to host 10 people very comfortably. It is around an hours (slow) walk to the beach but we knew this prior to booking, the taxi's were cheap and easily accessible, and being a little further away from the main strip was nice so don't be put off by that...well worth it for the views! The host was very helpful and easy to contact for any queries we had. We loved it so much and hope to return in the future. Thanks again Sandra xx

Great family holiday for winter sun in a great part of Tenerife

I was for a week in February , is a perfect place for relax and chill for a family or even 2 families.Area is a bit higher than the Costa Adeje and give a stunning overview of the La Gomera island. The balcony was a perfect place for an early morning coffee for us. The heated pool was my children joy and we spend almost every evening in it. House is very clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We definitely will coming back in future and I am strongly recommend the place to families or groups up to 8-10 peoples who like to go out of the hotels area.

Villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Clean, spacious, great views. Hire of a car(s) would be adviseable but we choose to use taxis and an airport transfer. Taxi @ 15 euro to the beach. Sandra welcomed us and was very helpful and easy to get old of.

The villa was excellent and sleeps up to 10 adults and has fantastic facilities. Our host sandra was very accommodating and was only a call away if we required anything. The only negative was it was at the top of a very long steep hill but in saying that it only cost around 8 euros for a taxi for 8 people from adeje back to the villa.

Villa was great, very clean and nice to be welcomed and shown around. Refreshing to go to a villa where the owner has tea, coffee already there for the first drink, with a couple bottles of cava and things like dried herbs and spices all there. It’s a nice touch and makes life easy. Location is good, stunning views, local supermarket 2 mins drive down the hill and main supermarket 4-5 mins drive. We were 2 families, 9 people in total and plenty of space for all plus good dining space for us to sit down as a group. Recommend having a car for getting around but cabs are always available if you need them. Totally recommend this as a place to stay and relax. Nice and quiet and sunsets are amazing. As regular villa renters it was great to have someone come in half way through, change the linen and towels and clean, not had this before, so really nice

Ville Verde stay
The villa is as described and better.
Great location with a magnificent view over Costa Adeje.
Everyone had their own room and separate en-suite.
Close enough to main nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quite.
Car essential, as it is quite a steep walk uphill to the villa.
Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect holiday retreat
Villa Verde is situated with a wonderful outlook over the Costa Adeje and only 10 mins drive from some excellent beaches. The property is huge, very clean and well kept. The advantage of being up the hill is the peace and quiet of this location and amazing views plus sunsets. Pool was good, general facilities excellent and super comfy beds.
The most convenient local beach is Playa Duque, if you park in the Centro Commercial Plaza del Duque (Underneath the circular shopping mall) you get an hour for free plus cheaper parking than the beachside carpark. Along the beach front are excellent bars and restaurants.
You're 10 mins from Siam Park, 10 mins from the port to get whale watching boat trips (We took Monte Cristo Catamaran) 1 hour from Loro Park and only about 20 mins from the airport.

A great week in the sun
We booked the villa with a big group of friends (children included). Although it’s located on the hillside above Costa Adeje and we didn’t hire a car, the local taxi service was great and affordable. The views across the coast are stunning with a perfect view of the sunset over the pool each evening. The listing doesn’t do the size of the villa justice, there was so much room for all of us! Thank you Sandra.

A big house, large enough to accomodate two families. We enjoyed the garden where we found sunny spots from morning 'till evening, with great views of the Atlantic ocean and the beaches of Adeje. The pool is great and, although the heating had broken down before we arrived, it was pleasant enough to swim. A large living room and ditto dining table but deserves new dining chairs. Spacious bedrooms and again great views of the atlantic. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Sandra was always very prompt to respond whenever we tried to get in contact.

So much space for everyone, fantastic views, bonus heated pool.
Sandra so lovely, very easy to contact if you need anything.
We had an amazing time there.
If I had one negative, it would be to have a bigger fridge, and maybe just update the showers.
But this Villa is amazing, would definitely go back.

Fantastic Family Villa
We have just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. You know when a holiday property is good when you are discussing on day 2 when you can return for another visit! The villa itself is spacious, well furnished, with a pool and a view of the ocean a sunset which is beautiful. What sets this property apart is the attention to detail from the host Sandra. A lovely welcome package in the kitchen when we arrived, a thorough tour of the villa on arrival, bags to go shopping with, a spice rack better than mine at home! Little things that made our visit all that more enjoyable. Car hire might be required if you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill though taxis are plentiful and reasonable. I’d thoroughly recommend this villa and I’m looking forward to returning soon.

We all had an amazing week in this villa, Sandra answered very quickly to each demands and was such a lovely person.
The view from the house with sunset every night was probably the best we could expected.
Everything was clean. I would highly recommend it, you will for sure have a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay here while in town for a family gathering. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view is truly breathtaking and we enjoyed many sunsets while eating dinner outside. We have no complaints and would come back in an instant. Cars are necessary, there is no problem with parking but a long walk uphill without a car.
