4.5 rating would be more like it. This place was nice with a great pool for families. Owner was very quick to respond! They brought us floaties which were in the advertising photo. The kitchen was stocked well with sharp knives and pans, as we cooked in the entire stay. Stair treads need maintenance, as several were split. Missing moulding around kitchen cabinets was simply cosmetic, yet the home was comfortable and clean overall. LOTS of room - large Master suite. Very nice quiet neighborhood and A/C.

Property was in good shape and everything that my family needed. The home had plenty of room. It was clean, nice decor and a lovely pool. As we were not interested in the LV strip nor the locations of Memorial day events, I can't speak to the close proximity to popular things. I can say that the essential needs (grocery store restaurant and Gas)were close by. Owner provided sunblock, sufficient cleaning products and soap. Suggested updates; since there are no towel racks in the bathrooms, they may want to add a paper towel holder to dry hands, air freshners or plug-ins. More bathroom towels, all sizes especially wash cloths are needed. Air-conditioning was sketchy downstairs but upstairs worked just fine. The house rules before booking doesn't quite match the rules received after booking. I suggest for the owner to update the home rules in the property profile and information so that everything is transparent and clear when shopping for a rental. For example, home entry code was not the last 4 of my cell as originally stated and visitor rules and additional fee requirements were different after booking. If you have any intentions of doing a secret party or event, this is not the house for you! There is a extremely bright light with a recording camera to greet you at arrival. The owner also interviewed me 24hrs in advance to make sure of my intentions for his home. Utimately the home is being updated nicely. I am certain that it will be in prestine shape once finished

After a very bad experience at a different rental property, we found this place and jumped ship. This place is nice. The kids were enjoying the pool within moments of arriving, and the host was really helpful. Great experience, and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation for the rest of our trip.

Home was as described. Pet friendly for sure. Recommend a good cleaning though. The floors are in desperate need of a good scrub with appropriate cleaning products. Some safety concerns with missing stair pieces, etc. Neighborhood is nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic and felt very safe. The house was clean and a great size for a family. The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos, but with some cosmetic damage (broken floor boards, blinds, holes in a couple of doors, etc.). Nothing too big, but several small things to note. The kitchen is very well stocked, but the rest of the house is very minimalist. This is likely one of the reasons the house stays so clean. Unfortunately, the pool heater didn't work for the first couple of days, but communication with Ari was very fast and easy! They got the heater fixed the second afternoon we were there and from that point on, the pool and spa were fantastic! Overall, if you're looking for a "home base" for your Vegas trip, this is a good option.

A simple, but nice home. Dealing with the owner was pleasant and the few issues that arose in the home during our stay were dealt with quickly. The pool area is nice with plenty of shady areas. We would stay here again in the future.

A lovely and spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. Several very comfortable, reclining couches for a reading or movies on the giant screen TV It had lots of amenities really nice, coffee pot and blender and things that you would need to cook… lots of spices and little extras! ThankYou ! Will stay again!

The listing is pretty much how listed. Ari made the check in process very simple for us & communication was very clear especially since we arrived till very late. Appreciated the understanding. Came out here for some golf and gambling… The property was very clean… the internet was very fast… the pool/spa was also very clean and refreshing… Ben was a great host, who was very accommodating… every chair/recliner was super comfy… I would love to stay here everytime I come to the Vegas area…

We enjoyed our time relaxing at this property. The pool and hot tub functioned perfectly and we spent a lot of time out there. The pool deck area is limited so we had to move chairs around a lot to find sunny spots but it was fine. All the beds were very comfortable, we found everything we needed in the kitchen and the location was great for accessing Vegas strip, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire and other attractions. Grocery store, Starbucks etc...all within 5 minutes.

We had a great time here and loved having access to a pool without worry of crowds, lines, or covid. Or kids were in heaven and swam 3 or 4 times every day. The sleeping arrangements worked out great with 3 closets big enough to put a pack and play in. Close to parks and not too far from the strip.

This verb was perfect for our stay. We kept the car in the garage. The hot tub and pool were great post-breakfast experiences. Lots of room throughout the house, including the bedrooms. Loved the showers. Well stocked.

The house is in terrific condition, spacious and comfortable. Everything from the kitchen to the bedrooms were spotless. My only concern was the soft mattress in the master bedroom, but then my wife and I are used to our own firm mattress at home. All in all, a nice experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay in this large, comfy home on our recent visit to Las Vegas. There are recliners in every room and lots of seating areas for a large family. Although it was too cold in February to use the pool, it looked fun and inviting. The home is in an active neighborhood and 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Las Vegas depending upon traffic. Everything was just as pictured.

We just stayed here in December and could not have been more pleased. Great location to the strip, Red Rock, Hoover and the Grand Canyon West, (which is tourist driven but beautiful views). The parking is in a driveway, 2 spaces wide with access to the garage. The place heated and cooled well and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub! You won’t regret staying here!
