The location was great, you have so much to do. Only negative point is that after receiving the keys we already found some dead bugs in the rooms.

The property grounds are amazing. There is lots of room outside and many areas set up with chairs to hang out with beautiful views. The “Paradise” was our favorite spot to take our morning coffee. Having a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges and 2 dish washers is well thought for 20 people.

The location was amazing. There were 16 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to either be together or reading quietly/looking at the view in 'Paradise'. There was plenty to do all day, either in the pool, on the beach ( the path is a bit slippy in places), playing pétanque - I had no idea it was such an absorbing game, playing table tennis or just sitting round chatting. The views were stunning and there was plenty of shade to sit out of the hot sunshine. We had a problem with the pool the last couple of days, it it turned green. There were 16 of us in and out of the pool all day and into the evening so we feel it should have been checked half way through our stay. The cleanliness was really good in the housed and the 'lovers' room but wasn't great in the other little place. The shower was really dirty and there was rubbish lying around. We waited for 4pm to check in but found that there was no-one there and we could have actually arrived earlier. We had asked if we could. We also had a problem with the drains. 2 of the toilets got blocked and 1 of the showers didn't drain properly, we did get it sorted by the manager but we were unsure if it would be sorted that day. It was a bit of a worry and meant the day was spent discussing drains. All things considered we had the most fantastic time. We loved the place, it was truly beautiful and we are very grateful to the owners for letting us have it and we would love to return. Totally recommend this beautiful place.

The property is remote and initially difficult to find so better directions would be helpful. The family enjoyed the pool, volley ball, petanque and table tennis. We used 3 of the paddle boards and the cycles. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses cooking pots and pans for a large group. Also plenty of space and places to sit in the shade or sun with wonderful views of the sea and sunsets. However, one of the dishwashers did not work properly, the pool robot was broken and no instructions about how to manage the pool. There were no cleaning materials at all. Usually there are some cleaning materials , especially for bathrooms and toilets and some basic cooking items in rented holiday homes so this was disappointing. A vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket were all that were provided. We had to purchase additional hand towels and Michel bought some oven gloves and extra t-towels. The path to the beach is treacherous and impassable for most people. Strangers and dogs walked through the property, which was un-nerving as we thought it was private property. There are lots of steps as the property is on lots of different levels. Although there are safety gates, it would be unsuitable for small children or people with mobility difficulties A car is essential for staying here.

It was a wonderful place, with mountainbikes and subs. In a beautiful environment. Swimming pool is heated and the beach is definitely worth the very steep climb.
The places to sit, couches and chairs were very very comfortable. If possible we will return !

WE enchanteur dans un coin de paradis… Le rêve ! Tout y est… les ados ont adoré, paddle, terrain de volley… la remontée de la plage est sportive. Lieu idéal pour faire une parenthèse dans la vie stressante et speed… le temps suspend son vol ici !

Great house for a large group - poor communication & expectations!!
We stayed there with my elderly parents, my kids (4 and 6) and our friends who had their 2 year old. The house is huge and well appointed - although the downstairs rooms have no windows, which can be a bit claustrophobic- we didn’t end up using them. The outside buildings are very convenient if you have a large party and most things you would need are provided in the house. The climb down to the beach is a bit treacherous but totally worth it.
Now for the negative part: We would have had a great stay had it not been for the checkout process and the follow-up: we weren’t told what’s needed (but we took off and piled up all the linen, cleaned the kitchen and ran the dishwasher) and were rushed last minute to haul up trash to the top of the street. Also the lady coming to check us out was was messaging us in a very rude tone about not emptying the dishwasher (we ran it before we left the house) and supposedly breaking the pool crank (the pool person was there when we arrived and saw that it was already broken - it’s a plastic thing anyway!) and threatening us about charging all of this from the deposit. The house booking comes with a large payment for cleaning and laundry (over five hundred euros for 3 days) so I think we did more than enough! The host takes the side of the care taker of course, who is I'm sure a nice person to those who speak french, unfortunately not to us! The saga is still continuing, we were charged over three hundred and fifty euros.

Tolle Zeit mit Freunden!
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, das Wetter war genial, die Außenanlage ist klasse, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche war sauber und die Betten bequem. Großartig, dass es Fahrräder und SUPs gibt. Am Strand hatten alle viel Spaß, der steile und steinige Weg dorthin ist abenteuerlich. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 10 Kindern dort, das Haus ist aber für 20 Personen aufgrund der Zimmer im Keller nicht optimal ausgelegt. Mit maximal 10 Personen insgesamt wäre es richtig gut. Im Pool war etwas zu viel Chlor, es kam niemand zur Reinigung, obwohl es angekündigt war. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, weil wir auf der phänomenalen Terrasse viele grandiose Sundowner hatten.

Lieu exceptionnel ! Tout est conforme aux photos, la terrasse principale, la piscine, la terrasse panoramique, la plage etc... Clairement un anniversaire inoubliable.

Im Bereich Freizeit und Küche eine sehr umfangreiche nicht erwartete Ausstattung! 2 Spülmaschinen, 2 Backöfen und Grill. Fahrräder und standup padlleboards standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Großer Pool, Beachvolleyballplatz und Tischtennistisch zur Freizeitgestaltung. Volleyballnetz und Tore für den Pool. Umfangreiche Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und Plätze zum sonnen und zurückziehen vorhanden.
Terrassen und ein eigener sauberer Kiesstrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gemütliche Doppelzimmer, Hilfe und gute Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen. Günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Incroyable séjour
Un incroyable séjour dans une maison à couper le souffle ! Toutes les chambres étaient toutes très belles, tout était très propre ! Et les espaces extérieurs étaient incroyables, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ! La plage privée faisait vraiment la différence, avec des paddles fournis qui nous auront bien occupé !
Je recommande à tous ceux qui désirent se détendre à 2 pas de la mer tout en pouvant faire du vélo / paddle / nage !

J'ai loué cette maison pour un EVJF et quel magnifique choix.
Le lieu est magnifique, silencieux, sans aucun vis-à-vis et peu de réseau.
Nous avons été bercées par le chant des oiseaux.
Un vrai paradis pour les amoureux de la nature.
Piscine propre et chauffée à 29°C, douche et wc extérieurs si vous le souhaitez.
La maison est très bien équipée, nous étions 13, nous n'avons pas utilisé les chambres en sous-sol mais pour y dormir cela ne nous aurait pas dérangé.
Accès à la plage par un chemin, faire attention mais passage obligé pour profiter de cette magnifique crique en cailloux noirs.
Nous recommandons toutes ces résidence avec ses terrasses panoramiques et reviendrons surement y séjourner.
L'accueil par Maya a été super, elle est arrangeante et à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Exceptionnel
Idéal pour se réunir en famille + amis. Le site est très beau. La nature préservée. La maison enfouie au milieu des pins est entourée de terrasses qui permettent de s'installer à l'ombre ou au soleil selon l'envie, avec toujours une belle vue sur la grande bleue. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. La maison est très bien équipée. Les ballades vers îles du gaou ou le cap sicie peuvent se faire directement sans prendre la voiture. Nous avons passé un week-end formidable.

Beautiful scenery, perfect garden and great house (if you only need 4 bed rooms)
It is a really magical and amazing place! You have a great view onto the ocean, really a lot of space outside and a beautiful private beach. I really recommend this place but be aware that you can only use 4 bed rooms. As written most of the rooms are in the basement and they have no windows. Because the was a water damage a couple of years ago the rooms smell and in every room is a machine that sucks out the water from the air. These machines are really loud and you aren't allowed to switch them off. It was impossible to sleep in the basement and we only used that rooms for one night. After that we sleep in the living room, outside and in our caravan. That said, the place is really beautiful and we had a great stay, just be ware that you cannot use the basement.

Vacances de rêve en famille
Magnifique séjour dans un lieu paradisiaque sous les pins. Très grande terrasse où nous pouvions manger à 20. Crique privée accessible par un chemin bien agréable en période de COVID. Les chambres en sous sol sont très bien supportées par les jeunes . Pour les parents les quatre chambrées en réa de chaussée sont plus appropriées . Quant à la douche extérieure ..... un pire délice.. nous reviendrons à coup sûr .

Cadre extra pour passer un moment idyllique entre amis, les pieds dans l'eau.
La maison est super bien équipée, des salons de jardins confortables à plusieurs endroits permettent de se réunir en petit groupe ou tous ensembles à 18 !
La présence de nombreuses lampes (fixes et portables) permet de profiter des différentes terrasses de la propriété le soir et de changer de décor sans sortir de la propriété
En plus de l'arrière-saison exceptionnelle cette année, la piscine chauffée permet de se relaxer en prenant tout son temps et à toute heure.
Les chambres du sous-sol ne souffrent en aucun cas de l'absence de fenêtre et nous ne nous sommes même pas servi des déshumidificateurs présents dans les chambres.
Et puis cette vue, ce bruit de la mer et les couchers de soleil...
Nous reviendrons assurément.

Belle propriété sur site exceptionnel, avec terrasses dominant la mer.
Grands espaces de jeux, piscine chauffée très agréable, possibilité de repas et détente à l'extérieur, dont nous avons hélas peu profité compte tenu d'une météo très pluvieuse.
Côté intérieur, la maison possède une vaste salle de séjour très conviviale même pour un grand nombre. La cuisine est très bien équipée tant en vaisselle qu'en appareils ménagers. Les chambres en sous sol sont bien ventilées et confortables.
En résumé, un beau lieu de séjour.

Superbe séjour!
Villa idéalement située, loin de tout bruit dans un parc de verdure exceptionnel! Les vues des différentes terrasses directement sur la mer sont juste à couper le souffle, les zones de vie extérieures et intérieures sont idéales.
La décoration de chaque pièce est soignée, moderne et très chaleureuse. Par rapport au commentaire précédent sur les chambres du niveau inférieur, ce n'est qu'un détail, toute la vie dans cette maison se fait sur la grande terrasse principale dans une maison comme ça!
Enfin, le propriétaire ainsi que la dame remettant les clés se sont montrés extrêmement disponibles et chaleureux!
Bref, un cadre magnifique dans un lieu exceptionnel de calme à découvrir!

Une honte !
Six des dix soit disant chambres de cette villa sont dans la cave, sans aucune ouverture, ni même puits de lumière, ni aération. L'ensemble est on ne peut plus humide et obscur, sentant la bonne vieille cave ....
Il est tout autant inadmissible qu'illégal de proposer ces pièces à la location en guise de chambre. Une cave, même aménagée, reste une cave.
La maison, mono-orientée, est également sombre et humide, aucun courant d'air n'y est possible. Le mobilier de jardin est en piteux état, le terrain, par ailleurs magnifique, n'est pas entretenu et de fait extrêmement ombragé et très dangereux en cas d'incendie.
A condition d'entretenir le parc, cette maison pourrait être tout à fait agréable pour 6 personnes.

Très agreable
A plusieurs couples et avec plusieurs enfants entre 1 et 6 ans, nous avons tous passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa qui respire la tranquillité et le calme. La maison est spacieuse, décoré avec gout....
Les + : le cadre magnifique avec des vues exceptionnelles, une terrasse et salon de jardin très bien exposés avec vue sur la mer, une belle plage quasi privée !! Un grand jardin et espace de jeux pour les petits et les grands !, une superbe terrasse (une autre) en contre bas avec une vue toujours aussi exceptionnelle (un pur bonheur en début de soirée)....
Les (-) : une piscine non chauffée (difficile pour les enfants si mistral durant quelques jours), besoin de quelques travaux d'entretiens à l'extérieur....cependant ces (-) sont vite oubliés et largement compensés par les points positifs repris ci dessus !!
Nous reviendrons je l espère en 2017 !
Mention très bien également pour le propriétaire de part sa sympathie et sa disponibilité.
