About this house rental
Middleton Barn, set on our small mixed farm has been newly converted over the last six months and offers a stunning modern and comfortable living space. With large open plan lower floor it is wheelchair friendly with a decked area and ramp to the parking spaces. There is a goundfloor double bedroom with large wetroom opposite with grab rails if required. The large open plan sitting room has a stunning woodstove with vaulted ceiling and stairs to the mezzanine floor with glass infill to the oak stair rail. A kingsize double and a single bedroom adjoining with pull out trundle bed and a large bathroom are upstairs.
The location of the barn is truly rural with wonderful panoramic views but within the confines of the farm. There are numerous bridleways and footpaths and horses can be accommodated too as we run a small private livery yard. The riding walking and cycling in this area is outstanding and we have maps and routes available to get you started on your rambles.
The area has a good selection of pubs and restaurants locally and a trip to the Jurassic coast is highly recommended with Lulworth Cove and Studland within a 40 minute drive.
A hot tub is a new addition to the facilities, with child friendly lockable cover.

Immaculate and spacious
This was our second stay and there was no sign of any wear and tear of the property. The Barn is very spacious, well-equipped and the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom suitable for people with limited mobility. It's secluded and peaceful and this time round it was warm enough to sit out on the deck.
The coast is easily reached - we went to Swanage and Bournemouth and there are plenty of other places to visit including the nearby vineyard. It's also a good base for walking.
Sarah and Neal were very helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble, and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped
A really impressive barn conversion with everything we needed supplied. It was spotlessly clean, we loved the layout and the thought that had gone into making it accessible for people with limited mobility. Sarah and Neal were very friendly and gave us some good tips for days out. Although it may seem to be quite remote, you are only a couple of miles away from the main A-road so it doesn't take long to get to the coast.

Absolutely amazing with the best customer service and experiance from start to finish!
Sarah (owner of the property) has been incredible, from start to finish. She was really accommodating and helpful with the whole booking. She stayed in contact regularly and no questions were ever too much for her. She most certainly went that extra mile for the guests and would highly recommend this property. We as children's charity will most certainly use Sarah and her lovely property again!
