Well equipped apartment with fabulous, huge, top-floor terrace that attracts full sun all day. Secure building. Underground parking on site but tight spaces. 10-minute walk to the centre of Old Jerez with some local bars en route. Quality of food - fantastic at very reasonable process. Great buzz about the place. Lots of tourist information in the apartment. Must mention Antonio who met us at the train station. He was incredibly helpful.
Only negative to consider would be the road noise to the front of the aprtment.

Within 10 minute walking distance to attractions, and dining. Host gave us a lot of information about the area restaurants and attractions. We were only two, but apartment could acomodate four persons comfortably. Only problem is that the parking garage is very tight, but not imposible. Highly recomend this apartment!

Overall a nice apartment, the terrace is great and with a nice view, especially at night, location close to the center.
Not so good: Only the bed rooms are air conditioned, not the living room etc. The seating throughout is uncomfortable and too less for 4 people in the living room. The fridge opens the wrong way so that it always collides with the kitchen door.

The apartment was great for my family on our vacation to Jerez. It’s only a 10min walk to Plaza Arenal and to the train station. Also a few nearby places for food and drinks. The terrace is a great place to hang out during siesta and for gazing at the stars in the evening.

A bit odd, but ok. One bed and one bath on second floor. Stairs are difficult. It was quite cold. The space heaters were inadequate. After a few days, we asked the agent, who was quite nice, and she said she would check with"management." Finally some heat. It is just outside the old city, but an easy walk to most things. Bedroom storage is good.Seating is ok for two only. Not much help in booking a cab to the airport. Did not see any written materials regarding the neighbor hood or tourist ideas.

Passt schon

Jerez Apartment
Great hosting skills by Carmen who welcomed us on arrival. The apartment was as listed and the terrace was fantastic in 30C.
My only complaint was that the cups hadn't been cleaned before we arrived but we put the dushes we needed through the dishwasher and used them for the 4 days we stayed.
I'd certainly return to the apartment if I went back to Jerez.

A Perfect Place To Stay!
From the moment we inquired about this apartment we knew it would be a successful stay, the communication with the owner Irene was perfect, swift responses, all questions answered, nothing was too much trouble for her. We were provided with lots of really useful information about Jerez prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we were met by Isabel and her husband who are neighbours, they showed us where to park our car, so fantastic having a garage at no extra cost. Isabel and her husband were incredibly helpful, showed us everything we needed to know in the apartment plus which route to take to walk into town which was 5 minutes pleasant stroll, we stay in many apartments and have never met such kind and professional hosts. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, it has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Irene has thought of everything, we saw there was a dvd player and dvds, we didn't watch any but that was only because there is so much to enjoy in Jerez. The beds were comfortable, we slept so well and the terrace is breathtaking, a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets. We found the apartment building quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the road and we slept with the windows open. We have visited Jerez before, we love this small, beautiful, friendly city, lots of wonderful bars, restaurants, sherry bodegas, flamenco and of course the horses, it has it all. We were very sad to leave this wonderful apartment in this fantastic city, we are so happy to have found Irene's apartment, we will definitely visit on many more occasions. It is a jewel!!

Great location to visit this lovely town
Great location, short walk into centre, lots of local bars and restaurants not far to the fantastic market.
Lovely apartment with large terrace - great to sit out and enjoy the sun and views.
Isabelle made the check in process very easy and gave us lots of useful information.
Would definitely go back if we return to Jerez.

Excellent Property
We found the property very clean, quiet and homely with all facilities in working order. The air conditioning was available in both bedrooms and a large electric fan in the living room. A previous review had mentioned the towels and I can confirm you get lots of them!
Due to unforseen circumstances it took about 10 minutes from our drop off by taxi to access the apartment. I had chosen and booked the apartment and I could tell from my husband's face he was thinking 'where have you brought me?'! The parking access side of the building does look a bit bleak but as we soon found out the rear entrance was our route to the old town.
Ezekiel was very friendly and gave us excellent tips of where the restaurants and bars were located and even provided a map. The location of the apartment is very convenient for all the city sights and it is on the edge of the pedestrian zone and no busy roads to cross.
After a day's sight seeing the apartment's large terrace was ideal for a pre-dinner G&T!
A real gem of an apartment and I would highly recommend it as an excellent base to see the city.

Lovely apartment for our short stay in Jerez
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Jerez. Really well situated for easy access to all the places we wanted to go. The apartment has the added advantage of parking on-site which is a big plus point. Lovely roof terrace with views across the town. Well equipped, and LOTS of towels provided, which is always welcome. Irene, the owner, always replied promptly to all emails, and Isabel, who welcomed us on arrival, was friendly. We would certainly book this accommodation again if we return to Jerez.

Lovely apartment in ideal position to explore Jerez
Stayed here in May as a group of 4 friends visiting from England. Comfortable apartment in a good location, situated within a close walking distance of the friendly historical town centre of Jerez. Comfortable and clean accommodation with well equipped kitchen. The roof terrace gives an added dimension, being ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or sundowner in the evening.
Lovely Spanish neighbours who made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Great Location and a great property
The apartment is on the top floor and benefits from a lovely roof garden. There are two bedrooms , each with their own bathrooms. The amenities are good with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Clothes can be dried on the roof garden. There is secure parking in the basement which was one of the reasons we booked this apartment. We were met by the owners neighbors who were very friendly and took time to show us around the apartment when we arrived. It was nice knowing that they were at the other end of the block if we needed help. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the center of town and the sherry bodegas. You could rely on local transport if you wished to visit Cadiz and the local area. Jerez is a great town with plenty of good value places to eat and drink. It feels like a genuine Spanish town and not like a tourist town so the pace is laid back and you can really unwind. The WiFi was good so the kids were happy and the rooms had fully operational Air Con. i would happily stay here again if I visited Jerez.

Had a great stay.
Our stay was in August 2018. The property is very well appointed and as shown on the photographs. It is very comfortable and clean, we slept very well. The terrace is fantastic, large and sunny with a very necessary awning to provide shade. The location is excellent being a very short walk to the centre of Jerez.
Irene is a very good communicator and Isobel, who lives in an adjoining apartment and welcomed us on Irene’s behalf, is friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again and recommend it highly.

Very nice flat, well equipped, comfortable and easy walk to the centre.
The flat is compact and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom/en suite is especially good. The terrace is great with views out of the city - quite windy up there during the day but a lovely place to have dinner. We ate in a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. The flat is in a good location - very easy walk to the centre - although as it is located at the front of the building, the closeness to the main road makes it a bit noisy.

Estancia acogedora

Excellent property
Due to late flights Isabel and Ezequiel met us kindly at midnight with the keys, this was a great help and saved us from having to book a hotel for the night. They we very informative with information about the apartment and Jerez.
The apartment, on two floors with a massive roof top terrace which had an awning to enable shelter from the sun if required. Everything was spotless and had everything you would need for your holiday. The air conditioning was brilliant in the bedroom.
Jerez was fantastic and apart from a couple of meals in the apartment and one pizza out, we never had a full meal, just tapas and sherry. This enable us to try loads of different foods which we otherwise would not have done.
I would not hesitate to go back to Jerez or this apartment and intend to do so at some point in near future

Comfortable accommodation with easy acces to Jerez
We have spent 3 weeks in Jerez as part of a longer tour of Andalucia. We were fortunate that one of those weeks was Semana Santa and the flat is ideally situated for walking to the many processions, which number 5 or 6 per day over the whole week. We found the central market to be one of the best in this part of Spain with a superb fish section, which is an absolute must if you enjoy cooking. The kitchen was very adequate with all the appliances one would expect in a modern kitchen including very large fridge-freezer. Bus & train travel to Seville, Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar is cheap and easy. We had a lot of our meals on the spacious terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, large sun shade andviews over the surrounding countryside.
Deserving of special mention is the zoo, which runs a wildlife restoration and preservation programme in conjuntion which the nearby Doñana National Park. It has male & female specimens of the Iberian Lynx in a large enclosure, not as zoo specimens but as part of the scheme to reintroduce these beautiful animals to the wild. They are not normally kept in zoos.
As other people mention Isabel and her husband are most friendly and helpful as is the flat owner Irene who responds very promptly to emails. We would be more than happy to make a return visit.

Vacation in Jerez
We are a retired Finnish couple with interests in golf, bird photography and culture. We stayed for 4 weeks and found the apartment - size wise and location wise perfect. The center of Jerez was an easy 10 min. walk away and the main exit roads were easily accessible from the garage. The golf course was a 7 min. drive away, a big supermarket was on the way there and a couple of sherry bodegas were also on the way. The apartment lived upto expectations and the private roof terrace was magnificent. There was Wi-Fi everywhere including the terrace and both bathrooms and the kitchen included everything necessary. We both drove and travelled by train to visit Cordoba, Sevilla and Cadiz and found Jerez the perfect peaceful base as we also visited nature reserves such as La Janda and Donana. The flat suited our needs very well, but I would brush up on my Spanish before another visit. The neighbors Isabel and Ezequiel were more than helpful and usually anticipated our possible problems and supplied us with maps and lists of what to do and where to go and where to eat which were very useful. The apartment would easily and comfortably accommodate 4 .

Great apartment in central Jerez
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this apartment in Jerez. For location, it was ideal. Less than a 10 minute walk to the main square, Alcazar and train station. Many small bodegas en route for tapas and coffee! An authentic town in easy reach of the beach or Seville. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished and with very comfortable beds! Everything amenity and utensil you could need was there for our use. The only negative we found was the occasional smell from the drains in the bath rooms. Other than that we found it to be a brilliant holiday home and would definitely come again!
Thank you Irene!

Modern apt in old town Jerez de la Frontera
This is a modern apartment with all the modern conveniences. Its location is very convenient, within walking distance to the city centre as well as the train & bus stations. We cannot say enough about all the attention and help we received from the caretakers, Isabel and Ezequiel. They catered to our every need. (We were in the apartment for a very long stay, so some of our needs were different from those of other tenants.) Jerez de la Frontera has many activities: bodegas, flamenco, horses. It is also a convenient base for visiting Cadiz, Seville, & other places.

Comfortable, well appointed, close to town centre
We were very satisfied with this apartment, and would be happy to recommend it. It was in good condition, bright, clean and all the furniture seemed pretty new (most likely from the IKEA). The location, facilities etc were all as advertised, although the place was a little more compact than we had envisaged.
The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, and enough crockery for basic use. If you intend to do a lot of complicated cooking (we usually do), you might be a bit stuck for kitchen equipment and cutlery, but with so much good food in local bars and restaurants - and cheap at that - this wasn't a problem. There was plenty of linen and towels, and also basic toiletries, which is handy if your flying on budget airlines. The parking space in the downstairs garage was very handy.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the local reps, who live in the block, were efficient and friendly.
It's an easy five or ten minute walk to the centre of town, and a couple of bars and shops very close. The nearest bar does great coffee and breakfast snacks.
