About this apartment rental

Apartment renovated and classified "Furnished Tourism ***" in 2015, 2 or 4 people (5th and last floor) located in the residence of FONTAINES-BLANCHES, in the heart of the Avoriaz resort. A large area of 30 m2. In winter, beds are made for your arrival, towels provided. You will find two televisions. Very bright "Grand Charme" apartment - Entrance - bathroom - separate WC - living room with a sofa bed - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven) - one bedroom with a double bed. A very large bay window with access to a 3m² balcony facing south which gives you an extraordinary view.
You can put on your skis when you leave the building on a track that passes in front of you and brings you back on skis, which is ideal.
The apartment is close to all amenities, the children's village, the supermarket, the tourist office ... everything is within 200m.

L'appartement est très bien agencé et rénové avec gout. L'électroménager est de bonne marque er récent. En plein cœur de la station, baigné de soleil, au calme au dernier étage (5e) Très Bonne échange et gestion de la réservation avec le Propriétaire. On reviendra!

The property is well designed & in a great location, it is very well kept with all modern conveniences including a large corner bath! The beds are very comfortable and a good size. The host was helpful & communication was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊

Das Appartement war kleiner als erwartet. Da wir (Vater + Sohn, 16J.) beide Betten nutzen wollten, d.h. das Schlafsofa ausgezogen haben, blieb im Wohnraum wenig Platz. Ein kleiner Schrank mit 3 Fächern führte dazu, dass wir aus dem Koffer lebten. Aufgrund von Covid-Auflagen mussten wir die Betten selber beziehen. Bezüge und Decke war 2x2m, was für ein 1,4m Bett etwas mühsam ist. Die Internetverbindung war leider instabil und fiel immer wieder aus. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und das 140er Bett ausreicht, ist das Appartement ok. Wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist oder beiden Schlafgelegenheit nutzen will, kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Bel appartement bien situé dans la station. Très bien agencé et très agréable pour un séjour. Les conseils donnés par le propriétaire sont TOP pour profiter à fond du séjour.

Appartement au cœur de la station aménagé et décoré avec goût dans le style d un chalet de montagne . Tous commerces et restaurants au pied de la résidence . C est un vrai plaisir de se retrouver dans l appartement après les activités de sports d hiver et de passer les soirées dans cet espace cocoon avec de nombreuses commodités ( wifi - enceinte blootooth - 2 TV - cheminée électrique ,jeux de société ....) De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques , toujours à votre écoute et très arrangeants afin de vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible . Véritablement , un appartement de standing à réserver sans craintes à Avoriaz ! Nous reviendrons assurément à Avoriaz et ce sera chez Mr et Mme Mathey

L’appartement est idéalement placé, extrêmement bien décoré comme un chalet. La vue est magnifique. Le plus les lits faits à l’arrivée et une bouteille de champagne en bienvenue le top ! Notre semaine dans l'appartement de la famille Mathey a été optimale, de la réservation - rapide et en totale transparence - jusqu'à notre départ d'Avoriaz. L'appartement est exactement comme présenté dans l'annonce d'Abritel. Très confortable, intelligemment aménagé et décoré avec goût, disposant d'un petit balcon avec vue sur la station et les montagnes, il est vraiment agréable d'y vivre. Sa très bonne luminosité (orienté sud, grandes fenêtres) et ses équipements de qualité (cuisine, literie, salle de bain, canapé, Wifi, etc.) contribuent également à la réussite du séjour. Le logement est situé en plein coeur d'Avoriaz, donc tout proche des commerces indispensables (boulangerie, épicerie, journaux...) mais aussi des espaces d'activité pour les familles, les jeunes et les enfants. Et bien entendu, le départ pour les nombreuses possibilités de randonnées s'effectue à pied dès le seuil de l'immeuble. Encore merci à M et Mme Mathey pour leur accueil chaleureux et les explications communiquées à notre arrivée à Avoriaz. Nous recommandons vivement la location de cet appartement.

Nous avons passé une semaine à deux dans cet appartement que nous avons très bien équipé. Il est bien situé proche des commerces et bien sûr ski aux pieds. Il est décoré avec goût par des propriétaires attentionnés. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons tout adoré: l’appartement très bien conçu, très propre, très organisé, nous ne manquions de rien. Nos hôtes ont prévu tout le nécessaire de nettoyage pour ne pas être embêté durant notre séjour. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de découvrir une bouteille de champagne et deux verres à notre arrivée. Que demandez de mieux. L’appartement est confortable, très bien décoré et chaleureux, on se sent bien et nous pouvons imaginer être à l’interieur d’un chalet très cosy. L’appartement est bien insonorisé, pas de bruit extérieur, une magnifique vue sur Avoriaz et les montagnes. Merci à la famille Mathey de nous faire partager cet appartement que nous nous empresserons de louer lors de notre nouveau séjour à Avoriaz.

We stayed over the New Year period and the owners were very accommodating to our needs. The property was immaculately presented and had everything we needed, it was also perfectly located in the centre of the resort and easy to ski down for the first lift in the morning to get the children up to the ski school area. If visiting Avoriaz again we would definitely return to this property.

Lovely apartment, ideally situated in the centre of Avoriaz. Very cosy and nicely decorated. It's one of the few there with really high ceilings, which is an added bonus. Fantastic views and would highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants dans ce très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Tout y est fonctionnel et facile, et ce dans toutes les pièces. Quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec la grande baie vitrée avec la vue d'Avoriaz. La situation est idéale, en plein coeur de la station. Nous recommandons !

We loved this apartment! It was comfortable for our family of three. It had a great view, a great location and a great electric fireplace. There was a ski locker downstairs, champagne and cookies to welcome us and a lot of incidentals like olive oil and spices. We really loved the place!

Magnifique appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût! On aurait presque envie de rentrer plus tôt des pistes pour pouvoir en profiter d'avantage. Les équipements, les matériaux,...sont d'excellente qualité. Situation très centrale, idéale pour les courses, les divertissements, le ski,... Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont charmants et espérons pouvoir vous voir sur notre île! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location : grand confort, propreté des lieux, très belle vue, situation dans le village au top (aussi bien pour le départ à ski que pour les courses), et enfin quand il fait beau, une clarté éblouissante ! L'accueil a été aussi à la hauteur : nous avions prévenu de l'heure de notre arrivée et tout a été fait pour que nous ayons les clefs sans attendre ! Nous recommandons complètement cette location.

Par pitié, que les futurs locataires prennent soin de ce bien !! Les photos ne sont vraiment pas trompeuses, appartement fonctionnel, superbement rénové et placé (hyper centre station), bien isolé des bruits malgré sa situation, vue idéale et décoration "so swedish" ! Propriétaire soucieux de ces hôtes ce qui dénote de la relation impersonnelle qu'il y a souvent...nous reviendrons dés que possible...La famille Doublecourt
