About this apartment rental

We're ready to share our completely renovated beach condo with you this summer. We are located about a mile west of OIB center and the pier.

Enjoy beautiful inlet views from both the front and back decks. We are only a 4 minute (200 yards) walk to the beach. After fun on the sand, return for a swim in our community pool (chairs provided) fishing or crabbing off the docks, or launch kayaks in the inlet. Later, catch a beautiful sunset over the inlet from the docks.

This is a perfect couple's get away. However, the condo will sleep 4. We have two single bunk beds off the master bedroom so great for a couple with 2 children.

Guests can use our storage room downstairs, with 2 bikes, chairs, umbrella, charcoal grill, etc. When requested, linen can be provided in off season for a fee.

Use your Netflix, Amazon or other account as we have Roku for your streaming entertainment. TVs in den and bedroom.

Our complex does not allow guests to bring pets. We do have a parking lot for boats, trailers, golf carts, etc. (Guest must register with management co)

GOLF CARTS ARE PERMITTED (with restrictions) and has stand alone golf cart charging for guests. You must let owner know if you plan to have a golf cart.

My husband son and I visited for our son’s 5th birthday and this was the absolute perfect condo for a small family! Very clean, peaceful, and a quick walk to the beach with views of the intracoastal waterway from both front and back balconies! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s Elaine and David and they were super nice and very great in communication before and during our stay! We will definitely be returning!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. Having use of the bikes, beach chairs and storage unit was a huge bonus! The beach is just a short few minute walk. The owners were great, quick to respond to any message. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo location and being on the first floor made loading and unloading easy. The pool was clean and close. The sunset from the dock was gorgeous. The short walk to the beach was great to haul everything without being tired out. Lot’s to do and so relaxing.

Very cozy condo! It was perfect for a short getaway. The condo was very clean. The complex was queit and the local neighbors were very nice. We had a short and easy walk to the beach. It was nice that they provided a wagon, chairs and umbrella. Easy communication with the owner.

The condo was charming, clean and in a great location. You can see the inlet from the balcony which was beautiful for the evening sunset. The beach was a short 3 minute walk. We appreciated the beach wagon and other equipment for hauling our beach gear. Pool was great too! Overall we had a great stay which our two kids (7 & 9).

We booked the condo as a last minute mom and daughter spring break/16th birthday celebration for my youngest daughter. Booking was crazy easy and Elaine was wonderful to work with. The condo is adorable and so close to the beach. Our only hiccup was that the roof was being worked on so parking was a small challenge. But we knew it was happening before we got there and it really didn’t effect our stay at all! I’d definitely recommend this for a family who’s looking for a nice relaxing beach trip. We’ll definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Ocean Isle Beach again!

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this property. The space was just perfect for a weekend or an entire week! My favorite spot was the swing on the back deck! I definitely recommend this place especially since the property owner was so attentive and responsive to our questions.

My husband and I loved staying at Elaine’s condo. It truly made us feel like we were at home. It was decorated so nicely and it was truly relaxing. The perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful extended weekend in this beautiful condo! The views are spectacular and the location is excellent. Such a quick, easy walk to the beach....the beach access is one of the few on the island that doesn't have stairs...so easy to pull your beach cart right onto the sand. The owner, Elaine, was a pleasure to deal with. We've found our new vacation spot!!

We had a great experience with this condo. It was the perfect size four myself, my spouse, and two small children. It was a very short walk to the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. Having a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board to use was great. We were happy it was on the 1st level making it less steps to carry all of our belongings. The property owner was pleasant. We would be more than happy to return again.

We were looking for a small, comfy condo for a weekend wedding stay. Elaine's place did not disappoint! It is in great shape and has all of the conveniences of home. The private porch off the master that overlooks the marsh was the icing on the cake. Beautiful sunsets! The king-sized bed was quite luxurious, and access to the bikes and beach chairs was so thoughtful. The hosts were wonderful communicators and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend!

We could not have been happier with the beautifully appointed condo for our first visit to Ocean Isle Beach. It was just as described and perfect for the beach wedding we were attending down the road. While it is on the dock/inlet side, it is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the am. Owner could not have been more communicative and kind in taking care of our questions.X

I’ve rented maybe 20 different properties along the east coast, from Melbourne, FL, to Ocean Isle, NC. I’ve never given 5 stars before now. This was our first time staying on the marsh side, and we were pleasantly surprised. Last 15 years we’ve always stayed ocean front, but I don’t think we will go back to the ocean front. We absolutely loved being on the marsh side! The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. They checked in with us to ensure the vacation was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and a perfect location. Amazing sunsets, fun fishing, great pool for kids, close to ocean, very friendly neighbors,.. We were very impressed. We will be back!

This condo is perfect! Great location and quick and easy walk to the beach. Condo is very updated and has adorable “beachy” decorations. Lots of small amenities that help you to feel right at home. Plenty of room for a family and the sunsets from the back porch are fantastic! Would 100% recommend!

This is a wonderful location, close to the beach with beautiful water views. It is on the west end and the beach is wonderful. Beach access is easy. The condo is very comfortable and has everything we needed. It was very clean. Other people in the unit are very friendly. Elaine was excellent in communication and making sure everything was working properly. Our family has 2 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room.
