We really enjoyed staying here. It is about a 4 minute walk from the beach and very close to a grocery store and ice-cream/donut shop. The location is very convienient. This unit is also very affordable. The AC worked great and the shaded deck is very nice as well.

It's a beautiful place, very close to the beach ⛱️ store right in the corner. Place was clean. But beds are horrible... why I did only 2 🌟 Beds with cover plastic...noise and sweating & Sofa it's horrible 😢 I had so much back pain ...no way to sleep... and it's very old and looks like dirty so nasty... you feel frame from the bed.... I text first night...and nothing was fixed...they send just like sponge thin top for bed....was smells toxic and not helpful... sofa need to be changed... we ordered this place because it's says sleep 4.... but no one can sleep on this sofa....had horrible nights...

Was minutes from the beach.

It worked for us, the location is a walking distance to the beach so never had to fight parking issues for spots at the beach. We liked that the grocery store was within walking distance too (two blocks maybe)

Cozy is right!
Close to everything we needed. Full size fridge and stove, large bedroom, cold AC, clean and comfy. Private deck for morning coffee and hanging bathing suits to dry. We will definitely look for this place again!

Cheap
As soon as we walked in the front door, we noticed that the property smells like a thrift store. We were told that the property only supplies one roll of toilet paper for four adults for a two night stay. We had to buy our own. The couches have stains on them. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. there were two dishwasher tablets left for us to clean our dishes, but no dishwasher. Everything in the property looked like it came from a thrift store and was thrown together. This property claims to sleep 4 adults, but the pull out sofa mattress looks and smells as if it is 75 years old. It is nearly impossible to sleep on and has a disgusting amount of dust that fills the air when anyone tries to lay on it. The toilet wasn’t working when we arrived. My dad and husband had to constantly open the tank of the toilet to fix it so that it would flush. There is mold in the tank of the toilet. There aren’t enough blankets for the sleeper sofa and chair. There isn’t enough parking for 4 adults not traveling together. No tv channels for children. When I express my disappointment to Misty from Vacasa, I was told to leave it in the review, so here it is. This place is cheap beyond comprehension. I would not recommend this rental or company to anyone and I will absolutely not rent from this property or this company (Vacasa) again.

Location Location Location
We stayed in Unit A
Pros--LOCATION--walk a few houses to the end of the road and you are just across the road from a gorgeous ocean and miles of walkable beach full of shells. If you turn left you are a block away from Thomas' Donuts and ice cream stand(daily morning stop for hubby) If you turn to the right you are a block away from a decently prices grocery and liquor store.
Unit A had split systems on the walls for heating and AC. One unit in the living area and the other in the bedroom. Both worked great for heat and cool. Kitchen was fully equipped but note that it is a drip coffee pot so bring the small round coffee filters with you if you want to make coffee. Outside table and chairs were nice to relax outside in the sun and shade.
Cons--the whole unit was one level except for the really strange big step up to enter the only bathroom. I'm guessing they had to work on the plumbing at one point and decided to increase the height of the whole bathroom?? Second thing is that the queen bed is wrapped in a crinkly plastic mattress cover that is HOT, makes noise everytime you move and the fitted sheets keep popping off it. We didn't expect anything fancy and the unit is definitely basic (2 star) but the location is great.

Cute and cozy!
So close to the beach you can even see it from the window! I actually got to meet Linda and what a sweet woman! The remodeled units are very nice. Very relaxing place to stay.

Linda's unexpectedly awful duplex
This place was nothing like the photos... it's old, dingey, and needs remodeling. Plastic cover on mattress in bedroom, totally horrible pull-out bed, dirty ceiling and ceiling fan in bedroom, and no A/C in living room. There is a wooden ramp on outside sidewalk that is very unstable and moves sideways when you step on it(fall hazard). Way over-priced!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Very good
Everything was clean and in order. Very close walk to beach and a short drive to multiple restaurants. Quiet area without a large crowd. Perfect for a couple.

This little cute house was very nice and definitely coming back the customer service from vacastay was the best. I will use them as my only source for bookings in the future.

Great little getaway
This place was just perfect for my boyfriend and I. It's a few blocks down to the beach with a grocery store, doughnut/breakfast sandwich/ice cream place, and a pho restaurant. It was rainy when we were there so we were glad we had a car to get out and explore, but you really wouldn't need one. We would stay here again!

Linda's Cozy Duplex/Cottage
I stayed in Apt. A and could not have been happier. The property was sparkling clean - two tvs, everything in working order, and everything you would need for a trip to the beach, including beach chairs! I needed to get away to the beach for a couple of nights, and a friend found this location for me. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cottage - what a bargain.
Anyway, it was just as advertised - 1/2 block from the beach - abt 3 miles north of Dusty's so it was away from the crowds, and two blocks away for Thomas' Doughnuts - unlike I've ever eaten! I will definitely visit this property again, and highly recommend it.

Decent-No Frill's Duplex
First, we did not book this location and was relocated by Vacasa staff after a snafu. This unit is a no-frill location that offers a great location to the beach, eateries, and local grocer.
The bed and couch are badly worn and could stand to be replaced along with soft spots on the deck out front. No laundry or central air conditioning with only one window unit in the bedroom. The front living room gets rather warm during the day.
For the price and location, its an option just don't expect much.

Not like picture shows
Property not like website indicated, old dinghy furniture n uncomfortable beds. No d/w nor w/d. Some dead bugs in n out. Out property needs repairs n garden. But good thing, the beach is down the block walking distance. No, I will not rent from Vacasa again.

Very dirty and full of garbage property
A lot of garbage under the bed including hair, used face masks, old food containers and dust. Porch very dirty. Couch and rugs dirty as well. Presence of roaches in the home. Closets full of unused storage items and garbage very dirty too.
The property needs a general reparation and a serious deep cleaning: gabinetes doors and baseboards are Rotten. Bathroom sink is seriously damaged. The bedsheets and towels were stained.
There no were bedsheets For the bed sofa neither essentials items in the kitchen. I called vacasa which is the company in charge reporting the dirt In the home and they just ignored me. I absolutely do not recommend this property and less in this delicated health situation times.

Weekend Vacation
The duplex met our needs, but was smaller than was described, and was not as nice as was described. The property was definitely worse for wear than the pictures showed. The location was good and close to the beach.

Got the job done .
Property is really small as depicted . Property could have been cleaner, it wasn’t dirty but just some small things like a stain on the sofa and the shelves in the fridge wasn’t spotless . I don’t think I would stay there again unless there wasn’t any other option .

Our stay
The house wasn’t cleaned very good, it was really hot when we arrived, and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. They had sand all in them. If the clean process was a little better this place would be perfect.

Decent but not as nice as pictured.
There were no bugs, huge bonus for that. The countertop in the kitchen was old and in need of replacement. The walls are thin and lack insulation. There was hair on the bathroom wall and the shower was not as clean as it should have been. Be careful of the toilet it appears to be meant for little people as it is small and low to the ground. Not a single electrical outlet in the bathroom and not an electrical outlet close to the mirror in the bedroom. A few cracked tiles in the flooring. On the plus side the neighborhood was quiet for the time I was there. It is close to restaurants and the beach. If you are staying here, be one of the first to park for the night as the person that stayed and parked closest to the entry, parked so close that you had to rub against the shrubbery to get by without rubbing on the car. Only enough parking for one car per unit. Closet door was off track when I arrived, I never touched it after noticing that. Window air conditioner is efficient but noisy. Has a heat setting but be prepared to bundle up if you visit in the cold time of the year. I gave it a three star because I didn't love the place but I didn't completely hate it either. Would I stay here again? No. Hopefully this review gives you enough insight to make an informed decision on whether to book or not.

Quaint Cottage Close to Beach
We absolutely loved Linda’s Cozy Duplex A! It has a cute beach cottage vibe, and it was very clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings while sipping our coffee. Plus it is in a very convenient location - close to the beach, Lahan’s Carousel, and Thomas’ Donuts!

Not worth the price
No amenities. No trash bags. Crappy window unit. Mildew smell in bathroom. Small unventilated kitchen. Not pleasant.

Three Day Two Night Stay
The home was very cozy and away from the normal craziness of Panama City which was a plus since we were on a family vacation with our two small children.

Perfect private getaway
1/2 block from the ocean, no major traffic to cross the street. 5 min walk to ocean, 5 min walk to Thomas' donut shack. Best breakfast ever! Very clean, very cute. No frills but super nice and everything needed was there. Shower to rinse on outside. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Lazy summer vaca house. Kudos Linda. We'll be back.
