we loved the location to Rhodes and Beach Park. The house is very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is supplied very nicely. Beds are comfortable. House is kept up well. wish we could have stayed longer

This home is comfortable, clean, and inviting. It is close to the beach and grocery stores. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. This place checks all the boxes, would definitely recommend!

This house was more than we ever expected. 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms was perfect! We could be woth the kids in both floors without having to run up or down for the restroom. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, plenty of blankets for lounging! The backyard is amazing; we even had a visitor! (Doe) We will definitely visit again!!

The property was very clean and well equipped with nice cookware. Great outdoor deck. Close to the beach. I didn't like having a 10 am checkout, especially when we were asked to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, and dishwasher. Made it difficult to enjoy our morning and we decided to go out to breakfast because of the tasks required. One other issue we had, was the numbers given to call connected us to someone in a foreign country working for Vacasa. He was unable to help with the problem or give me a lical phone number. He did say he would turn it over to maintenance, and they would contact me. However, he didn't know how long that would be. Later, a local person did contact us regarding the issues. It would make sense to have that maintenance person's phone number available at the residence.

Everyone needs to know that the code they give you that you assume is the front door key code is not the lock box is around the corner and on the post of the fence that was a frustrating part of our trip we couldn’t get in and couldn’t get help on the phone! The owner needs to be made aware that the upstairs shower drips constantly causing lots of waste of water and I’m sure a very large water bill!
The cooking pots and pans in the kitchen are less than goodwill, quality and horrible to cook with.
The two queen beds are stiff and hard and old and need toppers put on them. The sheets are old and pili and uncomfortable..
The back porch light does not work make it an impossible to be out on the deck at night and or grill at night. It’s pitch black.
The house is super cute very comfortable and very clean. In spite of everything I’ve listed I’m not trying to be negative. I’m just letting the owner know that they need to put a little bit of money into the house to make it a more comforting stay.

This property has great potential, the house needs a few upgrades and some maintenance attention. If a few things were attended to, such as the blinds that are falling off, vents that are not attached, damage to the walls and a fresh coat of latex paint, instead of flat paint this could be an amazing property. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent again.

Such a great house. We saw whales just down the road in depoe bay, the ocean is a stones throw from the house so we’ve walked the beach and watched beautiful sunsets.

Nice Beach Rental
On the good side: great beach house and convenient distance to the beach. Plenty of space for the 6 of us that were there. Clean, comfortable and welcoming! On the down side: a bit dusty and some of the door knobs appear to be about ready to fall off. We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed sitting out on the back deck!

Well Equipped Home
Home was clean & about a block to beach access. Had a view of the water from kitchen window and a wave view from window upstairs. Setup is 1 bdrm, 1.5 bth on main along with kitchen, eating and sitting area. If furnace comes on it gets very loud as its in the hallway and not blocked off. The upstairs has 2 bdrm,1 bth and a large living room, nice and bright.

The location is fantastic, close to shopping and food, the beach is a short walk. The bones of the home are good but the interior certainly could use a refresh and a good cleaning. The furniture and beds are past their expiration dates. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful weekend in LC!
Had an amazing time at this perfect little home out in Lincoln city this weekend! We had a family of 6 and fit super comfortably! The house is a block and a half from the beach & stores are super close! The house was super clean and we loved the back yard! Definitely will be looking for this same home next year! Thank you!

the house itself has a good layout. Two common areas, comfortable beds, within walking distance from the ocean and a nice back yard. The cleanliness was lacking. Doors are dirty from fingertips, baseboards are gross. Deck out back is rotten and a serious danger yo walk across.

Upstairs is new and lovely. Downstairs is small but adequate. Sofa in living room is old and covered with a throw which always looks messy. Towels were still in dryer. Unable to locate lockbox so called mgmt co and someone came and showed us after she called someone to figure out where it was. Suggest you put its location I. The rental instructions. Overall it was a nice choice to stAy for my sons beach wedding.

Perfect place for a family trip to the beach!
This house was so pretty and clean! It’s about a block away from the beach and you can enjoy views of the water from the upstairs! It’s close to the casino, grocery stores, and several restaurants! We loved our stay here and would definitely book it again!

I really liked this home! We saw deer every day walking by the house. A momma and her 3 kids. Its a close walk to the beach {about 6 houses down and across the road} The house was cozy, clean, and cutely decorated. There is plenty of room to spread out in. I liked the family room upstairs. I would definetly come again.

We had a great time at this place. Great location, a few minute walk to the beach. I would definitely rent this place again. Having the upstairs living room is huge benefit. My only complaint is, there is no true dining room.The dining table is part of the living room.

Didn’t want to leave
The check in process was painless and the home was very clean! We had a small issue with power but between the property manager and the home owner it was easily resolved! Great location and very affordable!!

This house was great for our family. Plenty of space and the backyard was nice to hang out and for the kids to play. Short walk to the beach. Short driving distance to stores. Easy keypad to get in and out. We enjoyed our stay!

Beach house near Roads End
We loved the proximity to beach access at Roads End Recreation area. We also really liked the ease of entry into the property with the code lock on the front door. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Also, the office staff were super nice when we had a mishap with our dates and stayed 1 night over what we had booked. The house could use as bit of sprucing up, but overall, it fit our needs for our trip and we had a great time.

Beautiful, spacious house with close beach access!
Thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's stay here. Very close to the casino, which was nice, because we were going for their year end festivities. Very well maintained and decorated with lots of space to relax and unwind. Beautiful backyard with a nice deck that would be great for barbecuing during warmer months. Not a ton of dining space, but plenty of comfy couches to relax on, especially upstairs with the cozy electric fireplace. More than enough room for our group of 5. Wireless network was very good, and although some people had mentioned no cell service, we seemed to have two or three bars the whole time. My wife and I have Verizon, not sure what our friends have. Not a crazy amount of cleaning required by the management when checking out like some places. We were going to start a load of laundry before we left, but couldn't find any detergent. Also, some paper towels would have been nice. Overall though, a wonderful experience!

R&R at Road's End
Overall, the house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of sleeping room for three couples. With the futon, couches, and very open livingroom upstairs, it would easily sleep 2-4 more children. The kitchen, bathroooms, and bedrooms were well stocked. The only issue was that all the bath and kitchen mats were still wet, probably from being washed right before our check in and not being able to go in the dryer. There were still wet when we checked out two days later. Other than that, it was a great house. Very close to the beach. The property manager, Patrick, was also easily available. We will reserve again.

Nice house but no cell phone service...
The house is nice, especially the upstairs (very cozy). The only issues are that the house is at the end of a very dark, unfinished road and there is no cell service. My family and I all have different cell providers and none of us got service, which was a little scary. I'd rate it like 3.5...
