The owner and his kids were so sweet! Drove us everywhere. Felt so welcome. He learned on us how to surf!!

very far location and have to rely on the owner for travel, which is expensive

the location is not great. it is in the middle of no where, and the owner chargers high prices to drop you off to places. although it is advertise it is in Kuta, it is about a 25 min drive to the centre. you will have to rent mo peds or rely on the owner. However, for the price, the rooms and beds are good.

Good price and location close to Are Guling.

- No breakfast - a weird moldy smell in the room - No sink in the bathroom Couldnt stay more than 1 night, will get sick if you live in moldy buildings for months :/

for the price it’s good, walking distance to mawun beach, nice warung next door

very Strong smell of ?laundry detergent? very difficult to get away from there (no grab available, the owner and other people around will charge you insanely high for a short ride to kuta for example, better come with your own rented bike)

not a great experience, over priced and very run down.

to be honest, not a lot… the location is probably the best bit and the aircon is cold

we weren’t given blankets, it’s pretty run down, the toilet broke, the breakfast is literally a boiled egg or two, the shower is pretty bad and there’s no sink in the bathroom. really not worth the money, you can find way nicer places for the same amount of money if not less.

Owner not trustable, be careful

Near one of the most beautiful beaches of Kuta. The cooking of the owners wife was very good and cheap. They offer cold water for 5k.

BE CAREFUL. I forgot my phone in the taxi, 8pm. The owner said he will help me, he called to a friend in the airport, who quickly knew who was the driver. Firstable they said the driver had sold the phone, 1 h later. Then, they said he just didnt want to bring the phone to me, except if I paid 100€ (1,5 million IDR). I tried to get down the price but no way. I wanted my phone. The owner of the house wanted me to think it was just the drivers matter. Next morning the friend of the owner brought the phone, a very well dressed man with a very big snd new car, he gave to the owner who gave to me. I gave him the money, and he left. in Bali and Lombok, nobody does anything for free. So, you can get your own conclusions. Next morning I wanted to move to kuta, he offered a ride for 150k (5 km). The room was simple. Dirty shower, no toilet paper. Breakfast was a banana and one omelet for 2 people. No wifi.
