You don’t need to think or research…. Very good place to choose whiteout hesitation.

Fantastic apartment and cozy place for small family. Abdulrahman (host) very cooperative and fast responding to any inquiries you might need. Very clean place with great location. All your needs is around you. Relaxing view of Manila bay.

100 percent safe & secure beautiful swimming pools

Well presented nice size apartment nice bathroom with fantastic auto washing machine separate bedroom leading to balcony with breath taking views of Manila bay excellent value for money & the host is only a phone call or text away it made my stay in Manila nice experience with easy access to any part of the city

not getting the keys faster was my fault because I missed the landlord his message through booking.com Very contactable on email and great service level if any issues arrive

1. Mr Abed, the owner, was very kind and easily approachable yet professional in dealing with his customers. I contacted him thru whatsapp and he responds fast. 2. Ms Rose, the caretaker, was also kind to us and we checked in easily. 3. No other hidden fees were charged from us. Much better, no security deposit unlike other places. 4. Location is 15-20 mins to the airport. Accesible to both private and public transpo 5. Room was LEGIT a home sweet home. Much better than the pictures. Very clean and cozy place. 6. Queen size bed was comfortable. Had a good sleep. 7. Wifi is very fast. They even lend us their netflix account. 8. View is quite good. Didnt really have the time to gaze outside or use the pool because I prefer staying in and watching TV. 9. Cool temperature. Aircon was working well. 10. Bathroom is clean and they give free toiletries. Also all appliances were working well and easy to function. 11. Kitchen was complete but didnt really use it because we prefer take outs 😅 But thank you for the free water 🤗 12. Overall a very nice place. Highly reccommended for staycation.

No shops available in the building, only BDO branch. But food shops are available just walking distance like alfamart and 7/11.

It was as advertised. The photos of the unit are accurate as well. The place was clean and looked lovely. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. AlfaMart on the ground floor of the building is a big help. Restos near the area. Easy to book Grab car rides or just flag down cabs. Owner is really easy to contact through the app!

It can get a bit dark in the shower area because of the shower curtain, but it's not that big of a deal.

The room was decent and had a fantastic view. I was able to do everything I wanted while there.

The room was comfortable and the view was great.

The bed was not comfortable for me. There was noise in the hall late at night from other guests. Smoke alarms were going off every night in the hallway (not the room I was in). There were some other minor issues but the owner was responsive to these issues and overall, the experience was good.
