Home comfort for a short work trip.

Wendy as a host is just exceptional, so friendly and accommodating, she really makes you feel at home. The breakfast as well is just divine, with so many thoughtful touches. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortbale.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like. Stayed for 2 nights on a work related trip and it was ideal.

Loved Grove B&B! Wendy is so lovely house, and her house is beautiful. It’s tucked in a gorgeous neighborhood near Coleraine, and we felt right at home. Breakfast was super yummy, and you can tell that Wendy puts a lot of love into her business. We enjoyed eating fruits and veggies straight from her garden, and she was super friendly and helpful. We loved the view of the backyard, which backed up onto a farm with sheep - it was so beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved everything about the property, and would definitely stay again. There are a few shops & restaurants within walking distance, but most places are in Coleraine and Castlerock - maybe a 15 min taxi ride. We didn’t mind getting taxis around, but it might be easier to rent a car if you decide to stay out this way. We were visiting for a wedding, so we weren’t going out to any of the main tourist spots and didn’t need a car, but just an FYI!

The property definitely felt like a home from home. It was spacious yet quaint. It was always left clean and tidy.

Great room, excellent host

What I liked about the Grove B&B is simply everything. Wendy is an amazing host, anticipating every need you might have. she was able to provide the number of a local taxi service. she is also able to provide hair-straighter, scissors and adaptor just in case you need them. the room and the ensuite bathroom are in excellent conditions and very well decorated. Breakfast was also amazing with traditional english breakfast, fresh orange juice and fruit salad, granola and yogurt, toast and a variety of jams.

I can't think of anything. maybe and I'm just saying maybe the bed was a bit small. but probably it's just me not used to share it with someone :) (I was travelling with a friend).

Wendy gave great ideas for places to go to. Her food was delicious and filling. We went to a local restaurant she suggested & it's hygiene rating was 4- the Grove has a 5 rating which is the highest. We had leisurely interesting conversations with our host & had a great time

Top notch in every way!

I really couldn’t have had a better stay away from home. Every aspect was taken care of so beautifully & carefully. The location is in a quiet little close surrounded by fields at the back. It was easy to access from a main road out of Coleraine, near a walk through woods by the River Bann, which had the oldest known monument in all of Ireland free to walk around. Wendy is a perfect host… attentive, caring & a delight to chat with. It’s never been easier to give excellent ratings for a stay in someone’s home. Thanks so much Wendy.

One of the best places in Ulster

Wendy is one of the nicest person we met during our travel. Scones upon arrival, tips and tricks for visiting, everything is made to make this B&B like home.

One word describes the grove PERFECT

Breakfast was perfect as was everything else at the grove including Wendy She puts her heart and soul into her business and it really shows. We will definitely be back to stay with Wendy again when we visit colraine

Absolutely delightful!

Our host Wendy was absolutely delightful! Her home was warm and comfortable. Upon arrival we were treated to tea, coffee and scones with jam. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice, clean, and cozy. Breakfast each morning was served in a bright, cheerful living room and was filling and delicious. Wendy was accommodating to our schedule and was very good at anticipating her guest's needs. She made good recommendations and gave us some good tips for getting around the area. She was very organized and easy to contact if we needed her. I couldn't recommend this b&b enough.

There was nothing about this place I didn't like.

It was really amazing. We recommend a stay in her house.

It was an amazing stay. We changed our arrival time on the day of the arrival and it was no problem. When we arrived, there were scones with marmelade in our room. The house was beautiful. There were nice pictures in our room and in the breakfast room, which we were allowed to use all day. Both rooms were really comfortable and clean. It was really quiet and Wendy has a lot of different small things that you need: Adapters, ear sticks, shampoo, conditioner,... That was really great. Wendy was really nice, helpful and we talked a lot about everything. She also gave us recommendations for our stay. Breakfast was really nice. We had scrambled eggs, toast, greek yogurt, fruit salat, marmelade and porridge. So we were really happy to stay in her house and will defently come back. We can really recommend a stay in her house.

A bit far from the central bus/train station if you're on foot but it's a nice walk and I didn't feel unsafe even late at night.

A terrific cozy Bed and Breakfast with great hospitality.

The B&B lies in a very nice neighbourhood and is very cozy. Breakfast was accompanied by nice music and host Wendy took al the time to give us advice about the things to do and here for she used beautiful small paintings of these places. The bedroom had a lot extra’s, even a fridge.

Fantastic stay!

We were welcomed warmly to this beautiful home! Our room was gorgeous with an amazingly comfortable bed, kettle (tea, coffee and treats provided) and beautiful ensuite bathroom with a fantastic shower (with adjustable temperature and pressure)! Our hostess was awesome - warm, friendly, eager to provide excellent service, which she did! Breakfast was absolutely delicious - full Irish cooked breakfast with multiple choices, including fresh fruit salad, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, pancakes, toast and fresh French-press coffee (regular for my husband and decaffeinated for me as requested) - absolutely delicious! We were sorry that we only stayed two nights! Thank you Wendy!

Simply amazing

Beautiful room in beautiful house with very calm and silent surrounding. Everything was perfectly clean. There was pretty everything what you can need in your room (hairdryer, iron, TV, mini fridge, super hot shower). Room was heated during our stay. I loved that bedding it was so soft, better than in our own house. The cherry on the top is Wendy - till now most kind and helpful host we have ever met. We have spent hours chatting together. She knows area very well. Oh, I almost forgot, The breakfast - I am not gonna say more, you will be surprised good way. Thank you Wendy you made our stay spectacular.

There is nothing to say only that you will find your stay so short in so amazing accommodation.

A must have vacation B&B

Everything!!! Pristine cleanliness, welcoming and warm host, breakfast exceptional, even homemade jams. Can find absolutely no fault!!! Wendy was available when needed, yet blended into background when not. Even though it is her home, you don't feel intrusive. A must have experience. To date, the best B&B we've stayed in. Breakfast and service second to none!!!
