The location was perfect, for a hostel, the individual rooms are more spacious than business hotel!

The location was perfect, very close to both Shin-Kobe and Sanomiya stations, both within walking distance. I enjoyed that the stay came with Ninomiya Onsen tickets to go to the public baths!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Since it is a renovated "old Japanese house", the walls are thin, so I had to be careful with phone calls or having the TV volume too loud.

また機会があれば、利用します！

布団がフカフカでした！耳栓して、寝ました！よく寝れました😊 4人部屋だったのですが、同室の方で、イビキをかいて寝てる方がいて、耳栓持ってきてて良かったと思いました。空調は、自分で同じ部屋の所に、調節できるスイッチがあったので、勝手に調節しました。すぐそこに銭湯があり、チェックインの際に銭湯のチケットを頂けました！宿代に銭湯のチケット代も含まれているのか、420円くらいする銭湯が、無料で入れました。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、バスタオルは、宿に置いてあるので、それを借りて、銭湯に行きました。コンディショナーが少なかったので、もう少し多めに入れてくれると助かります…。また機会があれば是非、泊まりたいです！耳栓必須で！

コンディショナーをもっと多めに入れて欲しい。どれも、コンディショナーのみ少なかった。髪が長いので、困りました。

夜中でも早朝でも入浴可能な温泉銭湯入場券付きの便利な宿

チェックインさえ済ませればあとは簡単にいつでも出入りできるしチェックアウトも簡単にできる。三宮からも近いし、夜中でも朝10時までの営業の温泉銭湯に行ける券が付いている。部屋も児童公園に面していて気持ちいい。

総じてかなりコスパの良い良質なお宿

とにかく清潔感がある。すぐ近くの温泉銭湯の入浴券をいただけて、お得感ハンパ無い！シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープのセットされた籠の用意があってバスタオルも無料。そのまま温泉施設へ持って行ける。もちろん宿自体にシャワーもある。チェックインの説明をしてくださったスタッフさん(オーナー？)がとても感じが良かった。

ベッドスペースのカーテンの幅が足りない(あえての？)ので、隙間から丸見えで着替えなど気になった。もっと布の幅を増やすか、マジックテープとかマグネットとかで密着できたらいいなと思いました。

很不错。

就在二宫温泉附近，火车站出来走8分钟就到了，非常好的民宿，干净舒适，还送我2张温泉票，很好。

隔音不是太好，第一晚很安静，第二晚来了2位客人到凌晨1点还在大声说话，很吵。希望老板都跟客人交代清楚晚上10点以后保持安静。

温泉が近くにあることシャンプーなど洗面道具が無料で使えること

出来ればティッシュも置いてて欲しかったこと。確認不足だったかも知れないけどパジャマが有料とは知らなかったこと

気持ちよく過ごせました。

お部屋やベッドシーツなどとても清潔でした。近くの二の宮温泉のチケットや、シャンプーなどもセットで持っていけるようにしてあり、嬉しかったです！道案内も丁寧にしてくださいました。

夜中も公園の電気が明るいので、遮光カーテンだといいいかもしれません。トイレがお部屋にあるといいなーと思いますが、お値段抑えてあるのでそれは贅沢ですね。

ベットメイクが完璧でシーツがさらさらで気持ちが良かったです。

ホステルに慣れてなかったので戸惑いはありましたが、親切に教えてもらえたので困りませんでした。

必要最低限以上(ウェルカムドリンクがお酒、お水、銭湯チケット)の物が揃っており施設内も清潔感がありました。スタッフさんの案内もよかった。

場所も三宮駅に近く、部屋も清潔で、ベッドも寝心地良く最高でした‼️ 神戸に行く時には、是非また利用したいと思いました。

いや、特にないですが、しいて言えば廊下の音が響きますね。

Bedbugs!!!

We booked a private room for four, the oven didn’t work only microwave, then at 11pm we had to evacuate because the beds were full of bedbugs!! Luckily I saw them crawling on my pillow before sleeping so we didn’t get bitten in the night. But when I pulled back the children’s cover they were all over them! The guy working was understanding that we couldn’t stay there and helped us find a new hotel in the middle of the night right around the corner. Unfortunately we had to pay twice as much for the new hotel which was out of our budget :( Do not book this room until it has been properly treated for bed bugs. It was a big shame the place seemed very nice otherwise..

2軒隣の銭湯の入浴券が付いていたり、美味しい水が用意されていたり、利用者のことを考えたサービスが素晴らしい。個人的日には古民家は好きなので、古くても気にならない。清潔で快適でした。

Loved this place!

This was one of my favourite accommodations in Japan. The host was so kind and helpful, the room was spacious, there was free tea and the location was nice. It was also great to get a free welcome drink as we could try sake! We were offered a free public bath ticket for each night we stayed and I went twice - that was a really cool experience and a nice extra :) I would definitely recommend this place. It's also pretty close to the train station. (The host also introduced us to his friend's pizza place as we wanted a vegetarian friendly restaurant and it was really good!)

Good day in Kobe

The hostel is better than I thought. The bedroom, bathroom, shower room are clean. There are complete facilities. Quiet place to relax Not far from Sannomiya Station. The owner is very kind and helpful. I'm very impressed. If I have a chance to go to Hyogo again , will definitely stay there ☺️

Booked a single room. Hostel is conveniently located within walking distance from Sannomiya station. Facilities are clean and comfortable. They provided entrance tickets for free use of the nearby Onsen which was a nice touch. Host was also friendly and able to assist with luggage storage for the day after the specified check-out time. Would definitely stay again if passing through in the future. Travelers should note that to check-in, you need to go to the Sake shop located a few units down! Was initially confused when I got there but managed to get help from a nice passerby who directed me to the shop. Otherwise, everything was great

Would rather choose somewhere else next time

Very convenient from Sannomiya Station. The bed and washroom are very clean. The owner was very kind to explain the building and facilities. It was interesting to stay in this building. Got a complementary ticket to the public bath beside the dormitory to experience a public bath with the locals.

I stayed in the dormitory on the second floor of the restaurant below. I could smell the stir-fried smell of food from below during the night time when the store opens for customers, despite the door separating the living space and restaurant. The smell continued till the restaurant closed late at night. Also, the cabinet to store shoes is very noisy since it made of metal. The clanging sound when opening and closing is very unpleasant. Saw this comment in other reviews but seems like it was not taken into consideration by the owner to do something about it. Lastly, there is NO privacy at the sleeping area. Please be prepared for it... The curtains of the sleeping space was so narrow that it still allowed people to peek into your bed, you can hear the next room person voices and see their lights since the walls are more like a partition. During my stay, the people staying together with me was very noisy and stayed up late. You get what you can for the price, it is more of a stop-over for a night sleep. Stayed in other capsule hotels and inns in Japan but this is very different for it being an old building with the second floor converted to a dormitory.

Superb

Nice 'cubicle' to sleep in - spacious, space to store luggage under the bed, private as can be separated by a curtain. The female dorm feels like a studio apartment - ample spaces to sit, make coffee/tea. Nice two big sinks with hygenic products. Another bathroom (with shower) outside the room. It felt super clean and somewhat hotel-like. Entry to onsen was included, they even provided me with a towel, tote bag and shampoo/conditioner! Great place, would happily stay again.

You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the stairs that lead upstairs to the room. There will be some noise in the evening but I had no problem with earplugs. In the morning it'll be very quiet again ;) I wouldn't say it's bothering too much, just keep it in mind

If you are going to Arima Onsen, it is a good place to stay. It has a direct bus to Arima Onsen.

Nice stay in Kobe!

7 minutes walk to Sannomiya Station. The host is super nice, friendly, and helpful! Free coupon to enter the hotspring (just next to the guesthouse).

The wifi in female dormitory is not very stable. The staircase is quite steep so it may be difficult for those who have bigger luggage.

Great to know the local people and quite resonable.

Onsen right next to the hostel and that was the surprise I didn’t expect at all. You can enjoy the atmosphere what local do.

It’s not about the hostel but I didn’t like other hotel user was eating oily food and it smelled.

Didn't intend to book a shared bathroom property, but it turns out a great choice.

The property is in the centre of Kobe, a short walk to many many restaurants, but a quiet neighborhood filled by mainly local residents, with convenient stores, local public onsen and local shrine. It reminds me of community life 30 years ago, where everyone knows everyone in the street.

nice single room, spacious and clean. clean bathroom and showeroom as well. the best part is free onsen tickets and the place is just 1 mins walk! also a shrine near, can visit anytime.
