All in All Pennwood is Great, we will stay there again when we are in the area.

We liked the location, the cleanliness and the fact that it had a kitchenette with a stove, good sized fridge and a sink. No Bad Smell, No Carpets and Especially No Bugs!!! The office staff is Fantastic by the way...

The ONLY Down Side was that the Ac/Heat in our room didn't work properly. The Temp got down to about 47' and it was about 50's in our room the first night and we were cold. The 2nd night, the temp was fine inside the room, no problem and we didn't need heat. We leave early in the morning (about 6:30 a.m.) and arrive back late to hotels/motels (They Close at 6 p.m.) so we didn't get a chance to tell them the heat didn't work in the room. I'm sure that they were not aware of that. You Normally Don't Need to Heat a room in South Florida. :(

A good value for the money.

The room was a good value for the money, considering all else. The pool and the room/bathroom was clean. The motel is also close to the beach.

The lack of personnel at night was a concern, and the room itself was not well lit.

Clean quiet needed more lighting

Tried to up the price when I got there said the online price was incorrect had to fight with then for two days with it

Had to fight about my online price. Always had the pool locked until way after sunrise.

Awful experience

Absolutely nothing I booked emailed and had plenty of phone calls with these people and never once did they say they didn't except cash I get 12 hours away from home to find out they won't take my money then she tries to run my card and zeros it completely out for 4 days cause I was $9.45 short of having the room money on my card cause that was our safety get back home money so I then had to go find another room that I could pay for with cash and still have enough money to get by while we was there cause my bank account was zeroed out after the woman insisted on trying it even after I told her number of times that I was a few dollars short of having it in my account I was about positive

Nothing they need to be more open to their policies among booking people hours away from home

Old Florida Rustic feel in a updated new Florida room and bathroom with a nice shower with a seat. like staying with fam

had a old Florida Rustic feel. rooms were not to big yet also not to small. open both windows a little bit and the fresh salt water air flows right through the room for always a crisp pleasant fresh air smell. like old Florida before air conditioning but updated with all the amenities expected in a higher priced hotel. Even the shower had a seat in it. Service from staff was very good as like we were staying with faimly.

Pennwood is a fine place to stay!

Nice and quiet. Serene and excellent work personal. Would highly recommend this establishment. I'd definitely be coming back here my next visit to Sebastian.

Nothing to complain about. Fine establishment. I can't stress it enough.

I would definitely stay at Pennwood again.

The motel was clean and comfortable; kind of rustic. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a refrigerator, microwave, stove and a coffee maker in the room.

The Wifi didn’t work.

Couldn't wait to leave.

Bed was comfortable & room clean.

Extremely disappointed. Staff is not available from 6:00 pm - 9:00 am. Our shower did not work and no one there to help. Towels are paper thin and very small. No soap. train came through every night at 3:00 am. Air conditioner on wall kept going on and off making noise. Went out and got ourselves earplugs. Soda machine broken. No breakfast . Definitely a low-budget, no frills operation. Not worth the $90/night fee.
