Zeer klant onvriendelijk en gierig voor geld.

Het website is erg negatief ingesteld. Je krijgt nooit de juiste datum. Hierdoor hebben we op die dag 2 kamers geboekt. (Was geen bewuste keus, maar doordat het steeds mis ging met de reserverings datum) uiteindelijk gebeld met de centrale. O o o wat zitten er daar klant onvriendelijke mensen zeg. Ik heb besloten om niet verder in discussies te gaan, maar nooit meer bij Bastion te boeken.

No electric load installation I paid € 421.25 / night ("Hot Deal" !!!) for an ordinary room with 2 narrow beds. OK, I ordered it so because I am used to order rooms in Bastion, I trusted them and I did not realize it was that expensive. But whe I contacted the customer service, they politely wimped me off saying they have a "dynamic pricing system". They refused categorically to refung part of the price. I understand that the price raises when the demand is high. But not without limits. This is, according to my mind, actually usury. Therfore, I will NEVER return to Bastion hotels, whatever which one. It is a pitty, because the people in the hotel can nothing about it. But this way of pricing is, for me, unadmissible.

Bad

Receptionist was arrogant. He has refused to check on computer 🖥️ my booking number and asked me to pay deposit 200€💵 for letting me in my room. So being a foreigner it will be wrong to choose this particular establishment. Run away please from this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

Very clean, comfortable beds, well working AC, staff was very friendly and polite. Offered a free drink when staying for the first time. Room smelled a little bit of cigarettes upon entry.

Very disappointed.

Good location and price. 2 rooms with confortable beds.

Trip in family with kids. Got confirmation of a baby bed 5 days in advance, therefore we didn't take our portable one. Once arrived I've asked if the baby bed was in the room on check-in, and I was told yes. Once in the rooms, the crib wasn't there, I came down, and they told me they had just given the last one. Couldn't sleep all night with my baby kicking and getting up crying in our bed since she had never slept with us. Also, TV wasn't working in any of the rooms on the first floor. Telephone not working on the 9th floor, King deluxe room. There are not many varieties in breakfast to justify the price. I've dropped in the shower since it's very slippery in tile. No protections. My son also felt in the shower. Tap of the sink completely loose. 1 Elevator for 9 floors is insufficient. Someone stranger was able to enter our room on 1st floor with their card on the arrival day. It's a pity because the rooms are well presented, but be sure of what you confirm in advance and please get better maintenance.

Hotel staff very helpful, great location to attend event at the Optisport ice arena 5 minute walk.

Bad

The room was ok, there was coffee and tea you could make for yourself.

The reception was a horror to communicate with, only managing things from the system. No involved in the guests' problems at all. Bastion HQ did not forward the booking internally, so I had to book myself. Over 4 days' time, they did not manage to resolve the issue OR explain how it will be solved.

Rooms are not large, location is not close to the center. No slippers, and bathroom kit.

low-quality mattresses, unsuitable for couples, because the beds are pushed out, they are too light.
