A beautiful property, hidden a little up from the foothills of north east Adelaide. Unique and suited our family gathering perfectly.

We came from four different states. We were a range of ages from 8-73. The place was so well set up for our family. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and being a family. The children enjoyed playing cricket and footy with some of the adults. The Bush Mechanic DVD was a hit as we knew most of the actors. Board games were played with much laughter and a little manipulation. Food was eaten in abundance. We really appreciated the fruit bowl, different types of milk and breakfast supplies. All in all a great four days.

I booked this home for some of my colleagues going to work in the area. To say they were impressed was an understatement. They loved the home and tranquil surroundings and the location was great for where they were working. The hosts were also very accommodating and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again if we had future work in the area.

We were very happy with our stay in Greenwith, the property is a hidden gem on the fringes of suburbia. there was plenty of room for our three families with the generous bedroom options available. The property was stocked with necessities by the hosts that go far further than we have experienced before - we were very happy to not have to shop for bread and milk when we arrived after our long drive.
All had a good time and enjoyed our stay in Greenwith

House was lovely and clean. The back yard is decent size nice lawn too which I don’t think it shown very well in photos. There is also a decent size lounge area that isn’t shown in photos. We had a great time. Kitchen was very well equipped and there is a great flat top BBQ and grill top BBQ. The shops were only a 5 min drive away despite feeling like we were in a secluded area. Thank you very much ladies 😊

This was a wonderful place to stay that was close to shops but also secluded enough to make you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere. The hosts were wonderful in working out how to best fit people's sleeping as we were a very big group and the photos of this place do not do justice for how nice and spacious the place actually is.

We had family gathering for Xmas in July - the kids loved the sandpit and we loved the kitchen and long table - Xmas in July lunch was so much fun and this lovely property allowed us to do it all ourselves - Highly recommend this place for extended family gatherings - at ours we had from 9 months to 79 years and it was great. Close to a great IGA, and we did an lunch outing up to the Barossa - this place has it all!

Perfect family or group getaway
Property was beautifully presented with a few little extras such as fruit bowl ,milk bread etc to make the stay easier. We had the full family so 9 adults and 2 little ones which the property catered for so well with many fond memories achieved of our stay . Shops etc easy to get to by car whilst property in its own sanctuary of sorts. We did a private wine bus tour on one day via Steve @Cellar Door which was great and a few other outings otherwise we all just relaxed and caught up which the property makes so easy as a group or smaller given its size and amenities . Cannot rate this property highly enough if you are looking for a fun homely environment with great hosts in Sarah and Mary .

Gorgeous house & awesome hosts
The property is absolutely stunning both house itself and the surrounding. As the house sits in the middle of the land, it is so quite peaceful & private. The surrounding nature is gorgeous to just sit and relax. The house is stunning as well as it's full of character. The hosts (Mary & Sarah) are really accommodating and nice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay being our second visit with a different group.
It was sn exceptional house that we are rebooking our group again for next year.
To be close to Adelaide but have the feeling you aren’t in the inner city. ❤️❤️

Fantastic place and amazing owners who will help you with anything you need.
This is our 2nd time staying at Emlot farm and every time we stay here everything is just perfect. The place is just amazing and Sarah and her mom were able to accomodate us with a very very short notice wedding as our previous venue fell through. I cannot express how amazing they are! They just made everything so much easier for us. We will definitely come back and I know for sure that my family and friends have found our go to vacation house in adelaide.

Family Easter holiday
Emlott Farm was a wonderful family holiday house. A unique and spacious home beautifully presented. The owners were very helpful in organising sleeping arrangements to suit our mix of children teens and adults and the large interesting garden was a bonus for the young ones. Would recommend it to friends.

Emmlot Farm holiday weekend
Beautiful place to stay, loved the house with its luxurious spaces, modern yet timeless. Very well presented, clean and immediately homely. Lit up one of the two indoor fireplaces pre-stacked with wood on arrival and had it keeping us cosy all weekend. Kids had plenty of space to roam and play outside and in, enjoyed walking around the 20 acres with some encounters along the way, a flock of sheep and some beatiful birdlife........even picked some fresh olives! The outdoor courtyard at the front of the home was a great place to warm up with its pot belly fire and sheltering solid brick walls, the back porch area included a bbq and a sound system.... this opened up to a large well kept grassed area with a playground.
The bedrooms were stunning, master bedroom with a walk through robe into the ensuite with spa - My only regret is that we didnt stay longer. Great place, definately recommend it.
