Located in Residentie Baelskaai 20 on the East Bank, you can stay on the 5th floor with a view of the wharf and fishing boats. Also in rear park (in construction, but children can already play). Take long walks by the sea, stroll in the bustle of the city or enjoy a nice dinner in one of the numerous restaurants.
Our new holiday apartment (105m²) contains a large spacious living room with a lot of light and 180 ° view. The entire apartment has oak parquet flooring throughout, the sanitary areas are tiled (anti slip). Everything was decorated with new trendy furniture. High ceilings and high windows on the floor, which provide an open feel. South facing terrace and living room. 2 lifts present. Fire alarm.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Top sauber und schön eingerichtet. Küche bestens ausgestattet. Ein komfortabler Tiefgaragenstellplatz.Check in kontaktlos hat super geklappt. Alles bestens. Allerdings ist die Infrastruktur in dem neuen Viertel fast nicht vorhanden. Kein Supermarkt kein Bäcker. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Schade

Toller erster Familienurlaub!
Wir waren mit unserem 1 Jährigen Sohn zum ersten Mal im Urlaub und zum ersten Mal in Belgien. Der Kontakt mit Ann war super freundlich, die Wohnung sehr sauber und auch sehr gut ausgestattet! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für den kleinen war vor allem der Ausblick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern zu den Fischerbooten das tägliche Highlight. Wir werden unseren ersten Urlaub als Familie in toller Erinnerung behalten und kommen gerne irgendwann wieder :-)!

Sehr sauberes Appartement mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Schöner Blick auf den Fischereihafen.

Sehr komfortable und schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir (eine Familie mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, komfortabel, modern eingerichtet, hell und bietet einen großartiger Ausblick über den Hafen. Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung sehr gut. Ann ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation ist sehr zuverlässig und wir wurden zwar kontaktlos, aber sehr herzlich mit einem Willkommensgruß, Wein und Orangensaft empfangen.

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Tolle Lage und prima organisiert von Ann! Der Ausblick ist wunderbar und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar schöne Tage am Meer!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und tolle Gastgeberin
Aufgrund von Corona mussten wir unsere geplante Reise nach Oostende mehrfach verschieben. Für Gastgeberin Ann war dies kein Problem, sie war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nun konnte unsere Reise endlich stattfinden. Der Kontakt mit Ann verlief bereits vor der Anreise sehr positiv und wir bekamen alle Informationen sehr schnell und zuverlässig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand, ist modern eingerichtet und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, was man braucht, wir waren noch nie in einer so rundum gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Zudem ist zu betonen, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber war, was wir gerade in der aktuellen Zeit für sehr wichtig empfunden haben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung am Oosteroever
Auf Grund von Corona wurde die Wohnung kontaktlos übergeben, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war, da wir bereits vor unserem Urlaub per E-Mail über alles Wissenswerte über Wohnung und Umgebung informiert wurden.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt - wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar nicht groß, waren aber sehr sauber und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Und dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte war perfekt.
Die übrige Wohnung ist offen und loftartig gestaltet. Vor dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den Fischergafen zur einen Seite und zum kleinen Park hinter dem Haus.
Die Umgebung ist sehr durchwachsen. In erster Linie zum Hafen wurde bereits viel getan und macht Einges her, die zweite Linie wird jedoch durch Bauarbeiten, die zum Teil auch recht laut waren, und Industrie geprägt.
In ca. 250m Entfernung findet man einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt ("De Faar"), ansonsten gibt es einige Restaurants am Oosteroever. Zur kostenlosen Fähre ins Zentrum von Oostende sind es etwa 800m und auch der Leuchtturm ("Lange Nelle") sowie der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben uns am Bahnhof Fahrräder (70,00€/Woche) geliehen - so waren wir etwas unabhängiger. Ansonsten gibt es im Zentrum von Oostende auch an jeder Ecke E-Roller per App zu leihen, die auch richtig Spaß machen.

Hoe leuk is het hier verblijven. Zelfs als het weer even niet mee wil is het hier super leuk verblijven. Ruim, lichtrijk, goed uitgerust, modern appartement met leuke vergezichten. De communicatie en afhandeling liep ook super, merci Ann :)

Zeer vlot contact met eigenaars, na bevestigen onmiddellijk ontvangen van allerhande informatie over appartement maar ook toeristische informatie.
Appartement is zeer proper en heel mooi ingericht. Al het nodige is aanwezig om te kunnen koken.
De lokatie is op oosteroever maar met de veerboot die vlakbij is ben je zo in het centrum van Oostende.
Kortom een aanrader.

Sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Fischereihafen von Ostende, wo gerade ein sehr modernes Viertel entsteht. Es ist großzügig von der Fläche, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, um sich selber zu versorgen. Im 5. Stock hat man durch die bodentiefen Fenster eine herrliche Rundumsicht, die wir trefflich ausgenutzt haben. Der kilometerlange Sandstrand ist fussläufig nur 10 min entfernt.

Wohlfühl-Ort bei jedem Wetter
Vier Herbsttage in dieser Wohnung sind viel zu schnell vergangen. Die helle, große und perfekt ausgestattet Wohnung ist gewiss immer einen schöne Unterkunft für vier. Aber auch gerade, wenn das Wetter mal ungemütlich wird, ist es in der Wohnung besonders angenehm. Viel Licht und Aussicht; schnell kuschelig bei leistungsfähiger Heizung. Und wenn das Wetter mitspielt, ist man schnell am Meer, mitten im spannenden Hafen und auch unkompliziert in der Stadt . Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!

Appartement is mooi, modern, schoon, smaakvol ingericht, luxe keuken. Veel licht door de glazen puien rondom, met uitzicht op de haven. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prettig contact met de verhuurster. Inpandige parkeermogelijkheid. Goede ligging t.o.v stedentrips zoals Gent en Brugge. Bezoek Oostende mogelijk d.m.v gratis pontje. De buurt zelf is nog in opbouw; iets minder gezellig, maar daardoor wel erg rustig. Kortom: zeker aan te bevelen!

nieuw appartement met uitzicht op vissershaven. Leuk om niet direct in centrum te zitten terwijl dit toch snel te bereiken is. Woning is compleet goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Auf der neuen Seite von Ostende, d.h. auf der östlichen Seite des Hafens in einem hochwertigen Neubaugebiet mit hippen Hochhäusern (z.Z. im Sept. 2019 sind drei fertig gestellt, weitere drei sind im Bau und weitere in Planung) ist dieses stilvolle Appartement auf dem 5. Stock (von 7) gelegen.
Zwei Doppelschlafzimmer (Platz knapp bemessen, aber ausreichend) mit jeweils eigenen Toiletten und Duschbädern in modernem Stil,.
Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie W-Lan-Router.
Großraum mit Küche und Mittenblock, Esstisch und Wohnen mit Flachbildschirm-TV und JBL-Bluetooth-Box.
Beleuchtungsvarianten für unterschiedliche Stimmungen.
Auf drei Seiten lassen große Glasfenster Licht von Sonnenauf- bis -untergang den Raum durchfluten.
Für vier Personen (oder weniger) ist das Appartement bestens geeignet (eigene Erfahrung im Laufe einer Woche).
Für mehr als vier Personen erscheint das Appartement nicht geeignet.
In der großzügigen Tiefgarage ist dem Appartement ein Abstellplatz für einen PKW und für Fahrräder zugeordnet. Für weitere (E-)PKW‘s sind Parkplätze/Elektro-Tank-Plätze im Außenbereich vorhanden.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung
Wir haben 1 Woche Ostende gebucht und als Standort diese Wohnung gewählt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und trotzdem gemütlich. Sie bietet für 2 Personen mehr als genug Platz und durch große Fensterflächen in allen Richtungen interessante Ausblicke auf die Stadt und auf das Hafenbecken. Die Kusttram ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen; das Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Your keys include a garage door opener to the completely secure underground parking with a lift that zips you up to the fifth floor apartment.
There is a full size washer and separate dryer which is wonderful. The WiFi is fast and powerful and fully capable of handling any number of electronics.
It is a short walk (or drive with free parking) to the free ferries that make the crossing across the harbor to the city every few minutes. The crossing takes only 5 minutes and they run before sunup to after dark.
Ann, the owner, who is multilingual, warmly welcomed us and will always be reachable during your stay to answer any questions you might have. She is truly a genuinely warm person who will go out of her way to make your stay as delightful as possible!
