Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht ganz den angegeben Bildern, wir waren ein bisschen enttäuscht. Die Lage ist gut.

Die Lage war gut. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöner Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem eine ruhige Ecke in Tiflis. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Ausstattung war veraltet und teilweise kaputt. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wegen der Hitze war es in der Unterkunft kaum auszuhalten. Der Vermieter/ die Vermieterin telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Kontakt Herstellung erst am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthalts. Schlüsselübergabe durch Reinigungskraft, die wir zufällig angetroffen haben. Alles ein bisschen unzuverlässig.

It was a great experience, despite some unlikely moments this place was cozy.

The location is very good, there are cafes and restaurants near here. You can walk by foot to Vake, Saburtalo and Rustaveli avenue. Also the view on the city and mountains are wonderful from balkony. In December it was warm in the apartment. An elevator is free. The host was nice and always ready to help.

There were no much stuff for cooking. And chairs were not very comfortable. TV was small and wasn’t in front of a sofa.

Комфортнее традиционных тбилисских апартаментов, а настроение не теряется

Приятный вариант с отличным местоположением: тихая улица, полчаса приятной прогулки до центра, замечательный вид на три стороны с балкона, в соседнем доме Spar 24/7, а напротив отличный бар с римской пиццей. Сами апартаменты тоже уютные и тихие. Кухня, микроволновка, минимальный набор посуды, кондиционер в каждой комнате и гигиенические наборы (разве что без одноразовых тапочек, они бы с учётом балкона не помешали). А ещё это относительно новый дом, и при заселении найти подъезд проще, чем было бы во дворах старого фонда.

Сломанный ящик комода в коридоре -- ну и фиг бы с ним, вряд ли на несколько дней его кто-то вообще будет использовать. В чайнике белый налёт -- но это во всём Тбилиси вода такая. Ключ срабатывал раза с третьего.

Exceptional

Everything was great, the view, the comfy, even bed was significant and soft. Super clean and nice environment. One of the advantages is that markets are quite close to apartment.

Not a big deal but worth to mention that there were very small cups and glasses. If there were bigger glass for juice or cold coffee, or beer, it would be fantastic. Not a big minus but if you are going to reserve, take it into account.

Cozy, modern spacious and well lit apartments with a great view of the city. The staff were quite pleasant people. Definitely would visit again

Modern, roomy apartment with a good potential that has sadly fallen into disrepair

The apartment complex itself is modern and of good quality. The apartment is roomy and very warm, it's also pretty quiet. The cost per night is reasonable.

The technical condition of our apartment leaves much to be desired. The couch (which we used as a bed for a child) was outright falling apart. It was quite dirty too. The regular bed was better, but its headboard was about to fall off as well. Unruly tangles of wires hanged around the TV set all over the place, some huge broken butcher knife instead of normal cutlery. No disposable slippers, fairly dirty floor. The location itself is average. To get in any place of interest you'd have to use a taxi, there's next to nothing in the walking distance.

Awesome apartment.

The superior apartment (#8) was very spacious and has a lot of natural light. The big living room was very relaxing. The bedroom did not have AC in it but it has never been a problem. The kitchen was equipped and had everything we needed. The location was also easy for cabs to reach.

Very good

We came to rest with our friends, the apartment is clean, spacious, there are all the necessary things. The manager Christina told us where it is better to go, what places are nearby and answered all our questions) The location is the center, it is convenient, but since Georgia is a mountainous country and I run every morning, I’m tired of going up and down all the time)) I recommend the apartment !

the view was good

the balcony photos is misleading, i was stuck with a very small balcony jn which you can barely stand, the water was cut for my last day without prior notice, i had to book another place with extra expenses, supposedly they said they clean the place every 3 days, i stayed there for a week, no one showed up, only when i asked i got towels replacement but no cleaning. there's no wardrobe, just a little hanger for clothes.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location

Super clean, peaceful/quiet, non smoking rooms, staff were very helpful, well-stocked kitchen. Enough space to live comfortably for two people. We plan to stay here again when we come back! Tip: if you stay here, check out Hurma Cafe nearby.

An excellent 4 nights in Tbilisi

The apartment was spacious and clean. Liberty Square was a short 5 mins taxi ride away. Taxi’s were plentiful and cost around 5 Lari to Liberty Sq, 10 Lari to the cable cars and 35 Lari to the airport. Kristin was very helpful with organising a transfer to and from the airport. Thank you team at BFG!

The toilet/plumbing system was loud. We were also unaware that the apartment gets serviced.
