Brand new, this stunningly stylish, architecturally designed, coastal country house sits in its own two acre idyll. Only 2 minutes from the Michelin starred restaurants of Carovigno and 10 minutes from the ‘white city’ Ostuni, yet with no immediate neighbours, this beautiful house offers total seclusion and serenity. Chic modern, designer, interiors and luxurious furnishings blend perfectly with a traditional Puglian Masseria stone country house structure, suspended hundreds of years in time. With every room opening up onto established, well groomed, gardens and olive groves, and, of course, an enormous, heated, entirely private, 10m x 4m swimming pool, this truly is the Puglia destination property for those for whom only the very best will do.

Honestly, after many years of holidays booked online, this was for me the first time in which the real location was truky corresponding to the pictures on the site and this made happy from the first minute in the house! Beautiful villa surrounded by olive trees, in the relaxing countryside, but still strategic as very close by car to all nice attractions of the area: Carovigno and Ostuni ancient and fascinating small towns, Torre Guaceto protected natural reserve, Ostuni and Specchiolla beaches. We have greatly enjoyed the swimming pool, perfect for the little kids, the terrace for an unforgettable aperitif at sunset with the seaview and the multiple table to eat outside. Our stay in this house has been further delighted by Nikola: she is the perfect host! Matthew, the owner, is lucky to have her taking care of everything! Our group of 7 had an amazing week at this villa. Nykola was so helpful with any queries we had during our stay. The pool was beautiful and much needed with the heat. The town of Caravigno is wonderful with so many great bars and restaurants. Nice beaches nearby. We hope to be able to visit again in the future. Ps. We had regular visits in the garden from a stray cat and her kittens which was lovely. If you see her she loves sardines

We had a fabulous week. Nykola was a fabulous host who was always on hand to help and advise. The house is beautiful and, given the 40 degree heat, the pool at the property was very welcome. Thank you, Nykola, for making our trip a great success.

We had a fantastic week at the villa, and were delighted with it overall. We did struggle to find the property in the dark though, as there are no signs. It should also be noted that the tap water is not drinkable. The pool was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for the welcome pack - and for a great stay.

Beautiful property with an ideal location close to Ostuni. We appreciated all the goodies provided by the host including crackers, cookies, pasta sauce, and wine. Thank you for the selection of spices as well. Only recommendation is to install a shower curtain in the bath in the primary bedroom Grazie!

Great house, pool and property area. Clean, modern and well-equipped. The various outdoor dining areas were lovely to enjoy at different times of the day. The house is well-secured by locks and a security system. Convenient location to visiting Puglia towns and coastal beaches.

This was exactly what we needed for our 3 generation family vacation in Carovigno. A spacious villa in the midst of an olive grove, with 4 bedrooms, multiple outdoor eating areas, a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace….quite secluded but only a five minute drive from town. The location is perfect for taking day trips to Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare….. and the local beach is only a 10 minute drive away. The perfect spot for a family vacation!

The property manager, Jerry, was a real great guy, funny and extremely supportive. We felt home from the beginning. The location of the house is a great starting point to discover Puglia. By the way, all of us felt in love with the house and Puglia. Italy at his best!

Ideale Aufteilung für 2 Familien

Die tolle Aufteilung mit der Küche in der Hausmitte und den beiden Schlafzimmern rechts und links daneben jeweils mit einem Bad machen die Villa Seaview zum perfekten Ort für befreundete Familien. Die Terrassen rund um das Haus und den Pool sowie auf dem Hausdach lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der mit Wärmepumpe beheizte Pool wäre mit einer Aufrollvorrichtung für die Abdeckung noch komfortabler. Jerry ist der perfekte Ansprechpartner vor Ort! Wir haben uns Anfang Oktober in Carovigno sehr wohl gefühlt. Die apulischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à 8 dans cette belle maison Superbe piscine transat pour 8 serviettes piscine fournies Un peu surprenant les grilles aux fenetres mais on s y fait tres vite Tres bon acceuil par Jerry qui nous explique tout et un frigo garni de l essentiel pain frais pour un encas en arrivant tres appreciable Peut etre la literie a revoir dans une des chambres Terrasse en surplomb tres agreable pour l apero et le petit dej Les autres terrasses tres sympa Très bons moments

Nous sommes arrivés à la maison tard et après un long voyage. Nous avons eu le grand plaisir de trouver le frigo plein de bonnes choses ainsi que des boissons que les propriétaires avaient mis spécialement pour nous. La propriété est très belle, construite et équipée avec des matériaux de qualité et la maison est très joliment décorée. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le toit est extraordinaire. L’endroit est idéal pour rayonner dans la magnifique région des pouilles.

We stayed for a week, 2 adults, 3 kids (aged 6, 8, 10) and 3 grandparents. The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and has all the extras you'll need for a great holiday. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean, with plenty of loungers. The property is very secluded; it's quiet and private and we didn't have to worry about our kids being too noisy. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular and it's a lovely place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The only thing to note if you have young kids is that the pool is one depth throughout and our ten year old wasn't able to stand in it. It was perfect for our party, but if the kids had been younger then it might have been tricky.

Thank you Matt & Nykola for all the welcoming details on our arrival after a long drive from Roma. We had a wonderful relaxed family holiday, as 3 couples the house worked perfectly, lots of space, beautiful bathrooms and as foodies a great kitchen to cook up local produce. The outside spaces are well placed, the rooftop for morning yoga and the sea views, the poolside for relaxing, (and of course playing like kids again in the heated pool) the outside dining tables to follow the sun around until it sets over the olive trees. The white and stone interior and exterior are quietly stylish with a calming relaxing feel, we didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing time, the property worked well for our two families and couldn't be faulted. Even in early April the pool was really warm and a lovely place to come back to after a day out in Puglia. Puglia itself was a real find for us, lots to do, great restaurants and friendly people. Specific highlights included our day trip to Lecce, Zoosafari which the kids loved and the caves at Grotte Castellana. The owner was really helpful throughout, including getting us reservations at local restaurants.

The first was in the summer, with our children (who absolutely loved it!), and the second was when we managed to sneak down again, this time with friends, in late October, when the heated pool was a real bonus.The photographs simply don’t do justice to the house’s stunning, and very private, grounds, landscaped pool area and delightful interiors. Nykola, one of the lovely owners, has even agreed to help me work some of her interior design magic on our own house in Harpenden!As for the surrounding towns and villages, Ostuni is, of course magical, but it was actually Carovigno which sneaked our vote. With its frankly, for a town of this size, ridiculous number of wonderful bars and restaurants, incredibly well priced, and filled with as many locals as tourists, it really offers the kind of authentic, immersive Italian country experience, sadly no longer possible in Tuscany.And, before you ask, yes we are booked in for 2016. This time with our parents as well as the children.
