Pen y Graig is a well-presented detached bungalow situated in Trearddur Bay on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of a super king-size double, a king-size double and a twin with a family bathroom and a separate basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a conservatory with dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a mostly enclosed large lawned garden with hot tub, decking, furniture and barbecue as well as off road parking for three cars. Set in a stunning location, Pen Y Graig will make a great holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars/watercraft. Front gravelled garden with lawned area. Rear mostly enclosed lawned garden with decking, hot tub, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: property accessed by a few steps from the front parking area. Note: Duvets and pillows are feather, two hypo-allergenic pillows and a single duvet are available on request. Please note : From November 2022, the property will have a walk in shower rather than a bath as pictured. Photos are due to be replaced. Town: Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. Its truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches. Watersports, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. Its a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore.
