This place was fantastic, and Palma is a gem. She was there to meet us and made sure everything was in order and ready to go. The unit itself was fabulous, location was amazing. I can say enough good about it.

This was a great little apartment and had everything I needed while visiting my daughter. I could see coming back and staying here a month. Excellent location. Even treated to a procession that I could fully appreciate from the balcony.

The flat was very close to museums, the market and bars and restaurants the historic centre. We were able to walk everywhere.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. And the shower room modern and convenient.
Palma went out of her way to meet us the night of our arrival and was easy to contact, if needed.
A great place to stay in Malaga.

The apartment was perfectly located, well equipped, bright , clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed and charming art work (I especially liked the picture of the giant bull in profile!).
Unfortunately I was not well during my stay but was grateful to have such a lovely apartment to stay in. Palma checked in with me regularly which was very much appreciated and she directed me to a nearby private hospital where I received excellent medical care.
I highly recommend this apartment.

Everything you need is provided (and more!). Fantastic location for all the main places to visit in Malaga. Comfortable apartment, spotless and bright. Would highly recommend. Slight issue with the lift on the last day but not a major problem. Unsure if there were instructions in case of fire? Overall, wonderful!

Lovely bright well equipped apartment. Paloma was here to welcome us and provide all the information we needed for our stay. We would love to come back to Calle Nuevo for our third visit to Malaga.

Great location, great apartment
Palmas apartment in the centro of Malaga is the perfect spot to stay in Malaga close to all the happening in the city, one block over from Larios. Everything was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable, Palma was a fantastic host greeting us on arrival and assisting us with taxis to / from the airport. Highly recommended.

We spent a great week here. Really clean, well appointed with everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment in great location.
Ideal location for exploring the sites of Malaga. It's on 3rd floor of an apartment block (there is a lift ) on a busy shopping street in a pedestrian area in central Malaga, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the Market. However, after around 10, everything quietens down, so very little noise at night. The only issue we had was the people in the next flat having TV on loud to 4am, but if you bang on the wall they turn it down !
The apartment is clean and is very well equipped with everything you need. There's a good size kitchen / living room and a good size bedroom.
Palma was very helpful and welcomed us with some useful supplies. Thank you !
We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay.and would definitely recommend it.

Loved this charming apartment
This was a delightful bright and cheery apartment with all the amenities you need for a stay in Malaga. The place was super clean, comfortable bed and nice towels and linens. It is three floors up from the street so even though you can hear activity below it isn’t disturbing. The apartment is right in the heart of the historical distict on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Very safe and upscale. You get a nice view from the apartment of the bell tower of the cathedral which is lit up at night. There is a fantastic market just a couple blocks away with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and meats if you care to do your own cooking. There are cafes serving fresh baked goods and deliscious coffee all near by. The train and bus stations are 1.3 miles away (25 minute walk) or you can take a taxi or Uber to get there. It’s not a bad walk at all. Malaga is a good place to make as your base and do day trips from. We took a bus to Granada and the Alhambra and a train to Córdoba to see the Mezquita Cathedral, Roman Bridge and Alcazar Fortress. We did an Ebike tour of Malaga which was great. You can spend a day just walking the lovely streets and exploring the historical district. This is a lovely spot to stay during time in Malaga. I would come back here in a heart beat! I highly recommend it. I should mention the building does have an elevator if you don’t want to climb the stairs.

Perfect for us. Clean, compact, well equipped and very central.
We had a lovely week in Malaga. We felt totally immersed in the Spanish culture. There was something to do everyday-walking, cycling, swimming, visiting museums and of course sampling the huge variety of restaurants. This is not an over priced area, so everything seemed to be good value. The flat is close by the local market where fresh produce can be bought daily to cook if you prefer not to go out in the evening. The beach is also close by, so you have the best of town and coast. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect Apartment in the heart of the city
If you want to experience Malaga like a local, this is the place to stay.
We were fortunate enough to book our visit during Semana Santa (holy week) and were treated to multiple processions passing below the balcony on the street below. After the procession passed, we were able to walk to many of the restaurants that the locals were enjoying within a few minutes. Museums, churches, and all of the sights of the city were within a 15 minute walk of the apartment.
The apartment itself was very livable and was spotless when we arrived. Palma met us at the building and gave us a good introduction to the place and some hints for dining and shopping. There are very good internal shutters that when closed block out almost all of the street noise below.
There is really no place to park a car nearby that was not very expensive. We chose to put the car away upon our arrival with a parking service at the train station that will park your car for a week for less than 60 euros. Unless you want to visit the outlying areas this should work well.
We highly recommend this place for your next visit to Malaga

Spain in March
Our month in Malaga, at Palma's apartment, was most enjoyable. Very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast and lunch there most days and also a number of dinners. It is located in the central part of the city within walking access to the train and bus terminals. We used the apartment as a base then did a few one or two night trips in southern Spain. It is on a pedestrian street, so you often hear the hum of conversations and the sound of occasional music. It all added to the experience. Palma is attentive and available for questions as needed.

Excellent location and nicely decorated and comfortable apartment
Palma is a great host and offers valuable information on how to get around, what to see or do that is not part of the touristic tours. She also has excellent choices of good places eat. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed are Los Gatos which has very good food and service and La Barra which has excellent food.
This apartment is spacious, nicely renovated and includes everything you need for daily life.
Most importantly, it is perfectly located where you can walk everywhere and always feel very secure at all times of day and night.
Bring ear plugs, it can get noisy at night, like everywhere in the center!

Fabulous Location
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring all Malaga City has to offer. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance and only a minute or two to the Plaza de Constitucion - where all the action seems to be. It is also ideally placed for the bus to and from the airport - the bus stop is about a 4 minute walk. Palma responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and the booking process was easy. She was there to meet us at the apartment, was very friendly, welcoming and gave us lots of information about the City. The apartment was clean, well equipped (although there is no oven - only a microwave and hob - but this was not a problem for us as we ate out all the time and were spoilt for choice). Fantastic small balconies which you can stand on and people watch in the street below. Plenty of natural light. The bathroom was well equipped with huge bath towels provided and a large walk in shower. Bedroom was also light and airy, comfy bed - which is a must for us! There is some noise from the street below, but this was not a problem as the shops shut about 8.00pm-9.00pm and most people have stopped promenading by 11.00pm. We were with them every night and I challenge anyone not to be enticed into the streets of an evening. This was out first stay in Malaga City having previously only flown there and then onto other resorts along the coast. We would definitely recommend Malaga City and to us it felt like a small Barcelona. We could not fault the apartment and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lively times in sunny Malaga
This apartment was the ideal place to stay in Malaga. It was really central, easy to find- thanks to Palma's helpful instructions. We arrived by bus from the airport and it was a five minute walk from the bus stop. There are plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and cafes close by as the apartment is in the centre of the city. All the museums and places of interest are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed walking through the lovely tropical gardens to the beach a couple of times.
The apartment itself is very attractive and smartly furnished, neat and clean. we didn't cook much as the food outside is so brilliant, but the kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has an excellent shower. All towels and bed linens are provided and are of good quality.
Palma was waiting for us and explained everything and made us feel really welcome- as if we were friends.
We woke up to blue skies and bustling life each day and even managed a day trip to Granada by bus.
We would very much like to stay there again.

Very comfortable and bright
We had a great week in this apartment. Its position in the old town is perfect and close to many museums, bars and restaurants. We had lovely walks late in the afternoons to spend some time overlooking the water at Malagueta, enjoying a sundowner. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The owner, Palma was most welcoming and accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. We loved Malaga x

Perfect location for Malaga visit.
Stayed in this apartment for a week long visit to Malaga. Overall it was perfect for us as a couple looking for a cozy apartment for the week. It is well appointed and is as described. There is a hob only in the kitchen so you won't be able to do much cooking but why would you as there are countless restaurants and bars nearby! Palma looked after us from booking to check in and check out and came to help us with a smile when we locked ourselves out ( sorry again Palma!). If you are looking for a great value apartment in a central Malaga location, you will not be disappointed with this one. apartment in on a pedestrian street and there can be some noise from the street below in the evening but this is to be expected and it didn't bother us as we were either too tired from exploring or were out ourselves enjoying the atmosphere.

Historic Centre - lovely Apartment
This cleverly renovated apartment in the centre of the historic centre of Malaga is in a superb position on a pedestrianised street close to all the major sights. It is clean, light, well maintained and has everything you need for a holiday break. We didn't cook at all during our week's stay as there are so many great tapas bars and restaurants nearby. With the current exchange rate, the food and drink was cheap, however if you wished to cook in the apartment, I would recommend buying your food from the local covered market - a facinating destination in itself. Palma met us and was very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to be in the centre of Malaga amoungst the hustle and bustle (ear plugs are a must for light sleepers).
Malaga itself is a beautiful city and we were very pleasantly surprised by the amount of museums, art galleries, historic sights and alleys to explore; plenty to keep you occupied without travelling too far.

We arrived at this lovely apartment to be greeted by the helpful Palma who showed us around and made sure were settled in. The apartment was very light, clean and airy with a very small balcony overlooking the street below. We were extremely pleased with the accomodation and in particular with how central the apartment was. We highly recommend this apartment and will stay here again on our next trip to Malaga!
