Set in almost 4000sqm of landscaped gardens, Cacti, Palms and fruit trees. A private pool and some of the best views to both the mountains and coast. A little taste of private paradise and, yet within 10 minutes to all the main tourist areas and beaches.
Villa Shania in La Sabinita is divided into three separate living / sleeping areas, all with their own bathroom and shower facilities and two with private kitchens. Your own private Pool house with kitchen and BBQ Grill makes this the ideal property to enjoy with family and friends whilst still maintaining privacy and personal space.
The main house consists of an ample fully fitted kitchen and dining area with guest toilet. Oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, four ring hob and dishwasher all readily available for preparing your morning breakfasts or evening meals.
On the first floor, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen or via the main external staircase, you will find the main living area. With comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a bright enclosed terrace, overlooking the garden and pool area, the terrace boasts stunning views to the coast and some of the most breathtaking sunsets that Tenerife has to offer. As with almost all Spanish properties, the villa does not have central heating but a fully functioning open fireplace is also available for those cooler nights.
The main house offers the master double bedroom with air conditioning holds patio doors facing the garden as well as an ample twin bedroom facing the entrance to the property. A large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, double sink and shower facilities allows plenty of room for relaxing and preparing yourselves for a night on the town. You will also find a small guest WC and sink on this floor. Lastly you will find a well fitted walk in wardrobe with drawer and hanging space. This room can be locked to allow a secure storage for personal and valuable items.
Located in the main house building with a patio door entrance you will find the separate one bedroom apartment with its on American style kitchen and breakfast area. The separate bedroom with built in wardrobes offers a calm and quiet sleeping area. A small bathroom with WC, sink and shower is available. The apartment also holds twin beds in the living area, allowing sleeping space for up to four persons.
Overlooking the garden and pool, you will find the third sleeping area. "The loft" studio apartment can be accessed by a spiral staircase that leads to a breakfast terrace. Behind the patio doors you will find a luxurious sitting area with leather sofas. A double bed which can convert to twin when required and an ensuite WC, shower room. Although this room does not have any kitchen facilities, it holds the most panoramic views of the entire property, from the surrounding mountains to the Atlantic Ocean! The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic glass of wine before bed.
The Pool house is the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ and a refreshing drink after a long day of relaxing by the pool! The swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters has a graduated depth of approximately 1.30m to 1.85m. Entrance and exit via 5 steps located at the shallow end. Sun beds and Benches are available for your comfort and use. In the Garden area you will also find an outdoor shower. Next to the one bedroom apartment you will find the laundry room with washing machine and hand washing facilities.
The property is completely walled in and secure. Parking for maximum two cars outside is available. In the event of three or more vehicles staying at the same time, the private car port will be made available. We also invite our clients to enjoy the seasonal fruit trees of Mangos, Oranges, Avacados, Nispero and Guayaba when available.
The Villa is located approximately 28.5km from the South airport. 7km from Los Cristianos and 8km from Playa de las Americas Siam Mall and the nearest beaches.
Locally you have all you need in respects of supermarkets, banks and medical facilities, all within 5 minutes drive.
The Teide National Park is located a mere 30km away, making a memorable day out, or a night of star gazing within 45 minutes drive from your Holiday Villa's door! And if you wish to venture a bit further, then a short 5km drive will take you to the TF1 where you can easily travel to the Capital Santa Cruz, 57km or the scenic Puerto de la Cruz 75km.

We enjoyed the size of the property for our group, had plenty of beds for all of us. There is a nice courtyard and large kitchen and outside kitchen too( we did not use) 2 apt. Units that have their own bath rooms. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out, they enjoyed lounging in the BBQ house on the couches there and by the pool.
Property is walled and gated for security, but it was a safe area with no issues for us on our stay. There were a few small maintenance issues, but host was very responsive and took care of them promptly. Host had great communication and had people out quickly to take care.

Very large and clean villa's. We stayed at this villa as two familes of 8. The living area is perfect for a relaxing stay and the large pool is ideal.
A car is required as this villa is a 5 min drive to the greatest town, 15mins from Los Cristianos.
The host was excellent, always keeping us informed through the booking process and when we had a slight issue with plumbing, it was resolved via a professional service within 24hours. You can't ask for better service. 5/5.

There was 8 of us that went and we found it amazing, the pool is definitely the highlight of the whole place! There is so much room for everyone, a bus stop just at the end of the close which takes you to los christianos and was only £1.45 for a single! The manager was always happy to help with everything and anything and replied straight away! It truly is a paradise and we cant wait to come back in the future!

Amazing amount of space - plenty of room for people to find their own peace and quiet. Elevated position meant good views and a lovely cooling breeze. Hire car is essential as no amenities close at hand and public transport very limited.

The villa is absolutely stunning- the pool and the garden are in amazing condition. The host Claire was so helpful and so attentive. She made our whole trip better.

Great location. Quiet and spacious. But have to mark it down for the (poor) cleanliness and overall tired looking state of the property.
The pool would also benefit from a solar cover as it was full of insects and debris which I had to clear before using it.
Wanted to like it but, for the price we paid, we were disappointed.
Wouldn’t book it again. Sorry.

Spacious and beautiful outdoor space.
Location up in the hill made for colder temperatures compared to the beach area which made it difficult to enjoy the pool itself but still we enjoyed relaxing by the pool area.
Host was very responsive to any questions before and during stay.
It had all the basic kitchen and household items except No blender or vacuum in the house.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

What a place, didn’t quite understand how expansive it was till we arrived. It’s 3 separate living spaces, all uniquely connected, so much fun. Then there’s the added barbecue house and kitchen, outside toilet, outside shower and a huge pool that’s cleaned weekly. The property just creates fun and is a great place to wake up in - absolutely fantastic. There’s numerous outside seating areas, a carport that we didn’t even need to use as 2 cars fit on the driveway. So the property is a 10 minute drive up the hill from the TF1 / Las Americas, from there you area connected you to everything. We liked the La Camella area too for a quieter more local evening, plenty taxis to take you back up the hill. Claire is a fantastic host and really chilled out to speak to, checked up on us numerous times and responded to questions and queries as though we were already good friends. If we return to Tenerife with a lot of people then we’ll be staying here again.

Spacious property with accommodation for our group of 8. The pool, garden and BBQ area lived up to expectations as it was a priority for us when researching suitable properties.
We hired a car for travel flexibility but also used the bus that stops at the end if the lane to travel into the resorts. Claire was very helpful and always on hand to give assistance. We would happily return

I stayed at this villa with 10 of my friends and every single one of us couldn’t find a fault with the place! The villa is absolutely beautiful and Claire couldn’t have done anything more as a host - made the experience so easy! We honestly can’t thank you enough for everything!!

Can't Put Into words How Amazing Our Stay Was
From the booking process to the leaving on the day of our departure there was nothing but amazing service from Claire, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with couldn't of been anymore helpful, always on the other end of the phone to help, the villa is absolutely beautiful to stay with Family or Friends has everything you could need, there is beautiful views from the top terrace that would take your breath away the sun setting in the evening is stunning, I would recommend the villa to all ages, If everyone in the world was Like Claire the world would be an amazing place, we will most definitely be back.

Family holiday and birthday celebration
The property was delightful, the space we had and the beautiful garden made for a little paradise in the hills. The different style of accomodations on the site made for good level of privacy between children and their partners. The pool was a delight, a good size, the TVs and the lounge excellent.showwers were powerful. As previous people have mentioned a little more outdoor lighting would be good to enable dining outdoors. We used candles to try and done outside however a little bit of wind prevented it from being perfect. Table lanterns would make it perfect. The little welcome pack was useful as it had fresh milk and bread in. We had a beautiful holiday.

We stayed here as a group and the property is a lot bigger in person. Everyone had plenty of space. Claire was very helpful before and during our stay, answering any queries we had. We’d definitely stay again.

Amazing villa to stay in!
Myself, my husband and our 13 year old son stayed here for a week. The villa is exactly as described and we were blown away by the outdoor space it has! Our communication with Claire the owner was outstanding, she was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Great things about the villa are the outdoor space, the bbq house and the fact that our son had his own mini apartment which he completely loved!
The pool isn't heated so it was too chilly for us to be in for any length of time in October but I bet it's a welcome relief in the summer! You definitely need a car to stay here but we also managed to get taxis a couple of nights to take us to and from Los Cristianos without any trouble. The village of La Camella is lovely too and only a few minutes away in the car. We walked to it one day but the hill on the way back isn't for the faint-hearted!! The villa is in a peaceful area but be warned, the local cockerel gets up early!! This villa worked perfectly for our first getaway in a few years and it's set up well for larger groups of people to stay together too. There really isn't anything I would change or improve! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Fantastic Villa with a great host
This villa is great, it's absolutely huge with loads of outside space for relaxing around the pool. The BBQ house at the end of the plot is great for preparing food and dining outside. Claire is an excellent host and was always willing to help and give advice over WhatsApp during our stay. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be brighter outdoor lighting since it was quite difficult to sit outside in the evening.

Relaxed Again!
Thanks to Claire and team for a fantastic relaxing week away. Whether 2 or 12 in your party the property is perfect to accommodate your needs - peace and tranquility with sounds of nature to barbecues and outdoor gatherings beside the huge pool. As per the other reviews, the property is large, fully enclosed and not overlooked. It’s very well equipped to make your holiday run smoothly with no fuss. Amazing Place!!!
Please see all the other reviews. They are all spot on. It was like having your own little compound. Claire, is awesome at responding to any issues and gave some very good recommendations on places to eat out! The location is awesome. It is only 10 mins from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns. I recommend a rental car. Also, have fun and rent a scooter. You cannot go wrong staying here. True relaxation!!! Thanks!

Great villa in lovely scenic location
We had a great time at the villa which was as the photos show. It was lovely and quiet and so relaxing yet a mere 15 minutes drive away and you could be in the hub of the action in Los Cristianos. Local shops had a good variety of foods and it was easy to travel around especially with a hire car. We were really lucky with the weather and would definitely stay again. Any questions that I had for Claire were answered really promptly so thank you.

Ideal for celebrating a special occasion!
The villa was ideal for our group of 8 women. Plenty of room in the villa and outside around the pool. The villa is in a lovely quiet location away from the busy coastline so a car will definitely be needed to get around including supermarkets to get supplies.
The villa has all the facilities and utilities if you want to cook or bbq instead of eating out.
If we had any questions for Claire the owner she replied straightaway and answered all our questions.
This villa is ideal for families especially a large family or group as there is so much space in and around the villa. I would definitely reccomend this villa to my family and friends.

Amazing Family Holiday In A Fantastic Villa
Having stayed in several high end Villas previously I was not quite sure what to expect from the property..... but WOW I was not disappointed the place has the Wow factor upon arrival.
The Villa main was spacious and well furnished to a 5* standard very clean with everything you could ever want spiralling across 3 buildings it was like being in your own hotel a couple of times I was wondering when the other guests would come down to the pool 😂😂😂
The garden was immaculately maintained and the pool clean and stunning with a seperate building with a kitchen and BBQ the pictures seriously do not do this place justice. A great place to go and relax and unwind or Party in your own private villa the size of a small village.
We are already re-booking for next year and inviting additional guests as we know they too will fall in love with the place.
Claire the owner was also on hand immediately for any questions or queries with great communication from initial enquiry to wishing us a safe flight home.
This is the plus side of fabulous and if I could I would give it 6 stars out of 5!!

Lovely villa
Myself with my 2 daughter their partners and there children aged 1/2/6 all stayed at this villa it was perfect. We all had our own living areas the beach house was great for cooking and we had some lovely BBQ at night there it’s about 1 mile to the closest bar and restaurant and a bus stop really close by. We would definitely go again maybe with a hire car next time!!!

A little piece of Paradise
Stayed here for one week with my family in September 2017 and made the most amazing memories. This villa is outstanding, spacious yet homely and plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was a huge hit with my children (16,13,5) and it was lovely to be able to use the BBQ house and eat outside whilst watching my children having fun.
I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting some fun in the sun with a touch of luxury , particularly families .

Perfect for what we needed
This review is more than the usual type of review about a villa,it is about the villa owner,Claire and Inocente and his wife who look after the villa.
We contacted Claire as a matter of urgency after we lost over £2,100 on a holiday let scam.It would have been easy for Claire to have charged the full price under the circumstances but she didn't,what she did do was provide us with the perfect,peacefull sanctuary that we needed.The villa is great,the location is perfect,the support amazing,so if you want a holiday away from the crazy driving,noisy busy coast then this is for you.No problem too big,(we had none,)and we loved it.I would guess for a big big family this would be paradise,safe for the kids,massive area to play,pool and lots of room for the parents to relax.Claire is a very very nice lady.

Idyllic villa in the heart of the picturesque hill
Peaceful, welcoming, modern, comfortable, idyllic spot in the heart of the Tenerife hills. The villa was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Large spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms. The gardens and pool were beautiful. Watching the sunset over the sea with a beer !!! Wonderful. The villa is easily accessible by car and busses run frequently from the end of the road to Las Christianos. Taxis are also affordable. I would give this an A***** rating and highly recommend as a peaceful beautiful get away

Paradise in the hills
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the villa and can not fault it . Very private and quiet but only 5/10 minutes in a car away from the resorts, shops and beaches . I would highly recommend anyone from a couple to large family groups to stay here as it’s central to everything that you need and places to go . The locals were friendly and helpful and without a doubt the next time I go to Tenerife I will be staying here . Get booking people !!!!!!

BEAUTIFUL PICTURESQUE SPOT
Amazing stay at this property, quiet location, and layout is just as described. Lovely landscaped gardens. The property was very clean, and well maintained inside the buildings. A few spots outside could do with a little TLC, but the overall opinión was that we would recommend this property to friends and relatives. We would definitely stay there again. It is ideal for families travelling together as there are several separate sections of the villa. The bbq área is excellent for dining al fresco. Then you have the large pool for cooling down during the day. All in all we had an amazing stay and didnt want to leave.
