Lovely hotel in Copenhagen

Great location and the very best staff. So friendly, very international and helpful! Lovely rooms with plenty of space to unpack and really relax. Pretty bar area and quaint terrace. We enjoyed a special wine pairing dinner for NYE which was fantastic.

Honestly there wasn’t a thing!

Non è un 5 stelle. Non c’è un concierge e c’è una sola persona alla reception. Qualunque richiesta extra diventa un problema. L’hotel è un 4 stelle carino ma non bello o lussuoso. Troppo caro per quello che offre.

Beyond the location, the room, the restaurant and services (bike rental), the staff is the a very valuable asset. All expectations have been fully met.

Absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Great ambience. Rooms were a great size and exceptionally clean. The on site restaurant was lovely and they had just changed their menu to be online with seasonal vegetables. And then there were the staff. All were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel has a sense of design, and the restaurant on the roof is very beautiful

The only thing I don’t like is that the shower in one of the room types is open, which will wet the entire bathroom floor

unfortunately, amenities and services do not worth 3600 euros for 2 nights(no breakfast included)

very intimate, cozy place to stay in with attention to style and deco details. heart of the city. nice breakfast.

Bluetooth speaker battery was empty (no charger), Apple TV in living room didn’t work, I could hear everything behind the connecting room door (neighbors) and they could hear us. only 2 cotton pads which were not fulfilled. room was cleaned only after request around lunch time.

Horrible room in a beautiful hotel

The hotel lobby is very cozy with a feel at home feel ; the breakfast was nice

I hated the room I was in (211), which is not a room but a closet. Not only was it small, it was also very dark, with the view on a wall. Rooms like this should not exist in hotels like that; or at least it should not be charged the same rate as some room of similar size.

Disappointed - not what I would expect for the money.

The location is excellent. The hotel is well presented. Very close to everything.

The bar was closed on a Monday night. Service was not fast nor good outside on the terrasse in the evening. The pillows in the room were either used or not clean at all. They smelled terrible.

Probably the best hotel in Copenhagen...

We were a couple staying for a weekend. Great hotel with perfect ambiance, nice vibe and very good staff. Breakfast is served a la carte style and is one of the better we´ve had. Nice location in the very center, but on a more quiet street. Best hotel in it´s category in Copenhagen (less pretentious than D´Angleterre where we stayed last time)

Nice but too expensive

Central in Copenhagen small boutique hotel in English style with lot of candle lights inside and outside. Small room standard size upgrade rather expensive.

Funny breakfast menu. No self service everything has to be ordered within 4 courses. 1. Egg two mini pieces of bacon, 2. Bread. 3.Drinks coffee or juice. 4. Mortadella. Cheese? 50 kroner extra. Price 300 DKK or 35 Euro. Never breakfast at Sanders.
