About this apartment rental

Our fully furnished Flagler Beach condo is centrally located right downtown. Full kitchen and bath renovation completed July 2024. You can see and hear the ocean from the front door and its a quick 20 second walk to one of the most unique beaches in the state. This is a ground level access, one bedroom condo with a fold out couch and we have a single mattress that can be placed on the floor. Sleeps up to 4 adults, plus one on the single mattress. Conveniently located behind the new Tortugas restaurant in the Mayo Condominium building. LBTR# 28785

This property’s location couldn’t be any better! We could see the ocean from the doorstep, and it was only a short 20 second walk to the beach. Amazing! The small town had everything you’d want from a commercial beach, minus the crowds and traffic! There are excellent restaurants very close to the property, a gas station, seven eleven, and friendly people everywhere you go. I was especially pleased with the property owners and the way they handled an issue we had at check-in. The issue was nothing extreme and had no negative impact on our trip or our opinions of the property or it’s owners. They are super kind and answer messages promptly and efficiently. We definitely plan on visiting Flagler Beach again soon, and we want to make sure to stay in a property owned by the same owners. It was an amazing vacation!

My husband and I stayed three nights here and found it to be a satisfactory experience. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, the ocean, and boardwalks by the ocean and through the park at the end of the street. We enjoyed getting out and walking and sitting on the beach. We would book again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised and more. Great location in Flagler Beach and just steps from the beach and restaurants. Hosts communicated all instructions and procedures in a clear and timely manner which made check-in and check-out completely hassle free. Hosts were also very responsive to all communications. This is a great property. Roomy and clean. Centrally located to many restaurants and bars. Tortuga's is literally right next door. Once I parked my car, I didn't really have to get back in it to go anywhere. Beach is right across the street. Ray was a great host. Quickly responded to any question. No issues with the condo.

The price for the placement could never be beaten. Less than half a block from the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised online. Plenty of great food and entertainment on every corner. With the ability to keep groceries at the condo to keep from going out if wanting. So if you are looking for a fantastic place quietly tucked between, Daytona Beach and St. Augastine then Flagler beach is where you want to be. Both of these places are a short beautiful drive down A1A. Along the cost. I can't wait to go back!!

I enjoyed my stay . The condo was in walking distance to the beach and restaurant. The owner Ray, was very nice and helpful. Nice big screen TV. With WiFi. The King size bed was so comfortable . The pull out sleeper in LR was not at all comfortable. Could not take bath because the stopper did not work. The air condition was great . The condos were very nice. The people were friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I would return.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. The condo was comfortable. Communication was fast and easy. Only complaint- I wished there were extra linens- an extra blanket or towels. That was the only downside. It wasn’t a huge deal, so I didn’t reach out. If I had they probably would helped me out based on our previous conversations.

Ray was the perfect host. The condo was well equipped and had plenty of space. The room was beautifully decorated and convenient to everything. Ray was extremely responsive to my emails, and my security deposit was returned before I even got out of town. The community was lovely and safe, and it was definitely suited for pedestrian activity. I hope I can stay there again some time.

Yesterday was the last day of my month-long stay at this condo. I had so much fun and already miss the place! Everything was exceptional, from communication with the owner to the cleanliness and livability of the space. If you're considering booking a place to stay in Flagler Beach, this is it. You cannot find a better unit anywhere. Almost EVERY restaurant and bar is within walking distance, as are many convenience stores and grocery stores. I absolutely loved my time here, and I would probably live here if I could. 😊

This was the first time we have utilized Home Away instead of a hotel. The owners were extremely responsive to any correspondence we had with them from the beginning. The home was just as advertised. It was neat and comfortable. The owners left a welcome note which was a nice touch. They also communicated with us in regards to the best places to eat and local activities to engage in. We will definitely try Home Away again and if in the same area would love to stay in the same home.
