About this cottage rental
An amazing Hacienda style, self contained, little villa only 5 minutes walk to town. Close to all beaches and wineries of the area. The Hacienda has only one bedroom with a king and bunk bed. Wheelchair friendly access also. Surrounded by native grass trees and your own verandah with bbq area. No visitors after 10 pm please, we live in a quiet neighbourhood. Unfortunately we can not host school leavers during leavers week. Visiting dogs need to be included in the booking request. Please do not leave your dog unattended when you are out and about. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. BBQ has to be cleaned after use.

Stayed here for two weeks. Really loved the place. Location was great, close to everything, bed was amazingly comfortable - best I have ever slept in during any Airbnb stay. Martina was really, really lovely and helpful. Will definitely return here.

Lovely pet friendly holiday house close to the centre of Dunsborough. Compact space but kitted out with a full kitchen, and decent kitchen and dining area. Perfect get away for a couple.
The host was great to communicate with - friendly and helpful. Will be back again, hopefully soon

We, and that includes our two dogs, were greeted with warm welcoming smiles and made to feel comfortable from the very beginning of our stay. The property was perfect and secure (especially as we have a very clever escape artist)! There is everything that you could need and spacious enough to allow our 2 dogs to be indoors. The shower pressure and hot water was amazing and the overall cleanliness was excellent. Our beautiful hostess provided us with fresh eggs and milk on our arrival and an extra bonus, was watching the happy chickens (on the other side of the fence). It is a short, comfortable stroll to the town centre, which has all kinds of things on offer. If you have precious pups like we have please stay at the Hacienda, you won’t regret it! Thank you Martina for making our stay so special.🙏

Very clean and cosy. A lovely space for our Anniversary getaway. If I had a suggestion, it would be an electric blanket or extra blankets so we didn't have to run the heater all night. But a lovely stay. Thankyou!

The property is well maintained, very welcoming down to milk in the fridge, kitchen basics, a bowl of chocolates, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, all that's necessary in the bathroom, THE ultimate comfortable, cozy bed! Thanks Martina for an awesome break, home from home.

This little hacienda was the perfect little home away from home for us. It was super cosy and comfortable and the location was so central, you could walk to the town centre. Our kids loved it and so did we. Martina was very helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early when we arrived and meeting any other needs we had. We would 100% recommend this little place and will be visiting again.

We stayed for 5 days and the location is fantastic for walking to town but in a nice quiet area.

The property was very cute and perfect for our quick trip to Dunsborough. The kids loved the chickens and the fresh eggs were lovely. Nice and close to town. We drove to the beach because of little legs but it is walkable. The coffee machine was my saviour. Thanks Martina!

Martina’s hospitality was great. She greeted us on our arrival. We were given some chocolates and many eggs. Place was very clean. Location was awesome. Easy walk to the town centre and to 2 ovals where our 2 dogs enjoyed the run. It’s a small quaint and cosy cottage. Kitchen amenities were sufficient. We did miss having the convenience of a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Overall we enjoyed our 8 day stay. Thank you Martina.

We had a very nice 4 day break in Dunsborough. It was very easy to contact our host who was very friendly and helpful. Loved the touch of milk and eggs etc in the fridge on our arrival. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped for preparing our meals. The shower was hot , just lovely after a tiring day. We would be happy to stay there again and will be recommending the property to others.

We had a lovely relaxing stay with our mini schnauzer. Martina is a lovely host and the property had some nice touches like chocolates, coffee and coffee machine, eggs, milk and a good kitchen. The board games came in handy also!

Pets friendly place. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Overall very happy. Great location.
The only negative thing that we would like to raise is the shower curtains which tend to cling to you when you are in the shower so you will have to apply your best multitasking ability while having a shower 😅
