About this house rental
Beautiful town house in the middle of the center- perfect for families and small groups of friends.
Between November and March, ther eare only 3 rooms for 6 persons possible, because one room can't be heated!
On the ground floor is the entrance with dining room , approx 24 m2 ,
The kitchen with gas hob, electric oven , dishwasher etc , approx 12 m2 .
The atrium with a washing machine and the guest toilet and a large storage room .
In the 1st floor are two bedroom one facing the street with balcony and one for the atrium with window .
Here is the bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC .
In 2nd floor are another 2 bedrooms, separated by the atrium .
The adorable harbor is 5 min to walk . It proceeds to Étang du Thau- where is a small beach . Perfect for families with young children . To the Mediterranean 10 minutes by car .
All year on Tuesday is the market to 13 PM.
From Marseillan begins the Canal du Midi !
Sète is 25 min by car , Montpellier 40 min , Carcassonne 80 min .

Uriges Haus mitten in historischer Kleinstadt
Wunderbares Domizil, alt aber mit Charakter, viele Schlafgelegenheiten, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Nettes Städtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kurzem Weg zum Strand (Fahrrad oder Auto).
