About this house rental
The tastefully furnished holiday home is located in a very quiet outskirts of the seaside resort due to the hillside location approx. 2.50 meters above a supply road (dead end) for the few houses of the residents. There is no through traffic.
On the southwest terrace with pergola in front of the living area with fitted kitchen, life takes place as soon as you can be outside. A nice breakfast place is the north-east terrace to the facility, through which one enters the building.
In the morning you also have sun here. On the ground floor there is the shower room and the living area with a complete fitted kitchen, which offers every convenience with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob with three hotplates, one of which can be set individually for pots or pans of different sizes and of course a large fridge and separate freezer, each 60 cm wide. Dishes are plentiful and of course a washing machine that can be used on site for a fee.
Tenants who want to prepare their own meals appreciate our large kitchen very much. There are some really good restaurants (most of them are open all year round), but in summer the price-performance ratio is often not right for the seasonal establishments. You have to test it yourself.
In the living area there are also two additional beds on the changeable sofa bed with spring mattresses. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. From the spacious master bedroom across the entire width of the house you have a view of the sea, the garrigue and, depending on the clarity of the air, the Canigou at the foot of the Pyrenees, the "sacred mountain of the Catalans". Sometimes you can hear the soft sound of the surf breaking.
All beds in the bedrooms are at least 190X90 for each person. The comfort allocation is given to up to four people. There is space for a maximum of six people. The entire house is tiled.
There is free wifi.
