Parhetic behaviour and customer service

They refused to honour the booking and the price they advertised the suit for. Their Guest relations officer refused to put me through to his manager and hung up the phone. I was about to check in with family including a toddler and an infant but they created such a tough situation around 9 pm in the night.

Great Area to stay in but the rooms are nothing like the photos. At best a 3 star hotel!
The Location, for me, was perfect as the Area is cordoned off from the main Rawalpindi Streets. Within walking distance, you have many restaurants and the area is nice and quiet. The staff at Reception are tremendous and very helpful with information regarding the local area and restaurants etc. and good English.
The electricity went out twice! The room looked nothing like the photos! And it is rated as a 5 Star hotel, it can barely pass as a 3-star hotel. The Bathroom is a joke with hardly any pressure in the shower. The shower head is in front of the clothes rail, so you can't use that. Once you have a shower all the toilet paper gets soaked. There isn't a dining area, the Breakfast is delivered to your room, and there is some ambiguity about what you can order from the Breakfast menu. The staff aren't trained very well, so they don't ask for example, what kind of eggs you like etc. If you like to sleep early then you can forget about it as there seems to be a party going on outside that goes on until around midnight. Two of the lights didn't work in the. The slippers are just washed and left for the next customer. The carpet had marks all over it and the BAthroom was falling apart in places ( See the photos )

Nice clean area and a very nice hotel rooms are clean and everything works as it should, and the service is amazing staff are very helpful and accommodating, we will deffo be staying here again 👍

Location was good.
I phoned to book the room and was put on hold then told to phone back in 10 minutes. I then phoned back after 15 minutes and was told that they would phone me back, however, after not receiving any call I booked via this app. On two occasions no mention of my booking shown on the system and asked to provide ID several times despite haven given my Pak ID.

Im a Canadian citizen and have travelled more than half of the world Alhumdullilah (Can be verified on my history of booking.com) I usually dont write a review, but i think this is really needed. customer service was horrible at the hotel. Manager Malik Usman is extremely arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. I usually dont say negative things because i dont want people to have a hard time at their job because of me, but i had to report this one. I booked the room a day in advance, and when i arrived after a tiring journey with my 63 year old mother who had to use the washroom urgently, we couldn't find any parking. As they have a marriage hall on the ground floor, and they have no parking except for parking on street (at your own risk) and that too was full so we had to park far from the hotel there was no valet or guard or security to guide us with the car. we had to climb the stairs up and then catch an elevator to go on the reception, which was on the second floor. And the rooms on 3rd floor. When we finally arrived at reception, instead of welcoming us warmly, the receptionist was using his cell phone and had loud music in the background, whereas the manager stood there asking me for my name, etc. They should have been expecting us but it took them a while to find my booking. I requested the manager and the receptionist to send my mother to the room so she can use the washroom and i can pay and do any formalities meanwhile she can use the washroom as there was no washroom in the reception the manager refused and made the old lady wait. They finally found the booking, and the rent amount was paid full in cash, but then the manager started arguing that you have to deposit 3000 PKR for the mini bar. I said i never saw it on booking.com. You people never mentioned it, so we didn't carry enough cash as we prefer to use cards, but he again argued, but my mother calmed him, and then eventually we went to the room.
The room was ok. The next morning, upon checking out, i was told that i had taken 3 items from the mini bar, which i didn't take. We only took 1 bottle of water, which i was willing to pay for but the manager was extremely rude created a scene infront of all guests and staff, raised his voice multiple times and i had to calm him and i kept telling him thst i have not used the bar its only Rs. 800 that's like $3. Why would i lie for such a petty amount. But he kept misbehaving and then said here is a sheet that was shown to ur mother upon checking in but she didnt sign, so i said to him, if it isnt signed how can u confirm we checked the items in mini bar. (You must have gotten it signed) Maybe the staff made a mistake. Maybe there was another error. Initially, i had to rush back to Lahore. i decided to pay the Rs. 800 but then the extreme arrogant attitude of manager Mr. Malik was highly disappointing. So i chose not to pay for it. The receptionist, the waiter, and the bell boy, all were trying to calm the irritated manager, but he wasn't willing to listen. Ammar, on the other hand, served us breakfast and was very polite and kind. My only question to the management is would your customer with such a decorum lie for Rs. 800? If yes, then should the management misbehave or figure out a solution in a respectful way. I highly suggest keeping Mr Malik indoors for account related works and not dealing with customers. The receptionist in the morning along with other staff was very polite. I shouldn't mention it as its charity, but maybe i need to mention it. i tipped about 500 right after checking out to different staff. If i were to lie for Rs. 800 why would i tip staff almost the equal amount? There was no light during checkout, and a printed receipt was never given to me. I asked the number of the owner or higher management so i could suggest them that they need a better manager to succeed, but the number which was given to me was turned off.
