Probabilmente merita un punteggio superiore

Struttura pulita, camera sotto tetto spaziosa. Bagno molto funzionale. A causa di un problema con porta bloccata a metà soggiorno ci hanno spostato in un altro loro hotel: un bellissimo 4 stelle. Per compensare il disagio arrecatoci ci hanno offerto la colazione che non era presente nella nostra prenotazione. Molto gentili e disponibili

Gut zu gebrauchende Unterkunft nicht unbedingt für Traumurlaub.

Die Lage war gut und das mit dem PIN um ohne Personal Zugang zu bekommen war auch nicht schlecht.

War schon Verkehr auf der Straße, und das Zimmer war nicht sehr geräumig.

Unkompliziert beim Check in, sauber und ruhig, gut für Selbstversorger, wirklich sehr gute Betten

Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von den Betten. Die waren extrem bequem. Auch die Ruhe und die nahe Lage zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt fanden wir sehr gut. Auch Sauberkeit 1a.

Es gibt 3 Dinge die mir nicht gefallen haben 1. dass am 2. Tag der check in nicht funktioniert hat und wir uns aktiv darum kümmern mussten dass wir ins Hotel kommen.(der Herr der uns dabei geholfen hat war sehr höflich und kompetent, aber wir standen vor der Türe und kamen nicht ins Hotel) 2. Dass sich niemand von der Krone Hard am nächsten Tag gemeldet hat um sich zu erkundigen, oder zu entschuldigen oder ähnliches. 3. dass es im Badezimmer keine Ablageflächen für Kleidung oder Täschen gibt. Auch ist der Raum generell für 2 Personen etwas klein.

Thé stay was correct, without any comfort!!

Breakfast was only in the See-Hotel but there superb! Qualité, service, help were super! We got excellent explanations and instructions from charming Personal!

The room arrangement, the bathroom!!! was not convenaient at all!

Lovely little village, very nice accommodation

Lovely characterfull exterior. Clean and modern inside with electric velux window that closed itself when rain was detected, which was very good. Shower was superb. Excellent access to bus services.

Lack of character inside but nicely modern and clean. Only one pillow on the bed. As there is no meal option it was a shame there wasn't some articles such as a kettle/fridge to serve ourselves.

Exceptional

Lovely old exterior with incredibly nice, modern, sleek finish inside. Very quiet and comfortable. Great value for money and good recommendations for food from the staff.

On arrival we had to go to a different hotel to pick up the key cards, which I thought was a bit odd.

Beds were comfortable. The room, bathroom were functional and clean.

we had to go to another hotel located 600m away from this one to collect the card to access our room. This was only communicated the day before. We had to walk extra 1km (there and back) with heavy luggage. It should have been properly communicated on the website. It should also mention that the hotel has no reception. Another issue is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every conversation at the corridor.

"What are you looking for?" instead of "Welome" (no joke). Broken shower facility. Smart window system which decides itself whether you live in +35C room without air or not.

Good

Convenient on a main road, but still quiet. Near restaurants, bakery, and groceries. Received door codes via e-mail (only staff we saw was a housekeeper in the morning).

The bicycle rack is not secured to the ground. We had two rooms -- one was under the eaves with a ceiling window, and both window and Rolladen are automatic. The window closed automatically when the rain began, so the room was quite warm (no air conditioning). When it wasn't raining, the choice is between and open window or closed Rolladen, there are no additional blinds or curtains to help darken the room. The room across the hall did not have this issue.

Easy to find in Hard. Room was very clean and comfortable.

There is no staff. I had a pin number for the door. It didn't work at first, but there was a button to press to speak to someone. Turns out I was early and the pin worked after 3pm. After that all was well

The room was clean, there is a hairdryer. Nice landscape around the hotel.

The room is so small, that I couldn't open the shower door because of the opened window. There is no reception, you check-in and check-out yourself. Afterwards I had issues with payment and had to contact the property and pay by direct transfer. I didn't feel safe having quite basic and obvious code for entering the room.

Hard am Bodensee

The location was perfect. Close to the sea. Nice place to go for a walk. Hard is a very nice city. The hotel is completely refurbish. Good taste!

It would be good to have a coffee machine in the room. For early travelers like me it helps a lot. The safety box instructions should also be in english.

Not crowded - good, quiet location

Very good and quiet location to explore the area. Bike paths nearby. Very clean except for bathroom floor. Bikes can be stored in garage, supermarket across the street, lake front and restaurants in walking distance. Good wifi.
