My home is a cozy and quiet apartment, completely renovated, with plenty of space and a five minute walk to the beach from the equipped beaches, restaurants and train station.
Ideal for a family that wants to be comfortable even on vacation and have all the comforts of home.
I offer you an apartment in the best conditions of maintenance and cleaning because you have a pleasant holiday and come back several times.
There are two large double bedrooms, each with a double and single bed, with new mattresses and new furnishings: if you like to sleep well this apartment is for you.
You will also find two bathrooms with crystal shower and towel warmer.
A 42 "new LCD TV with DVD and open kitchen on the living room.
Unlimited and fast Internet WIFI is free and inclusive.
The environment is quiet and quiet, not disturbed by the railroad, the windows are new.
The balcony, facing east, features two comfortable deckchairs and allows you to spend some time outdoors.
The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer.

Très agréable location idéalement situé dans le centre de Chiavari à deux de la gare de la plage et du centre historique.
Rien ne manque dans l'appartement et de plus accueil très agréable.
Je recommande sans hésitation.

Spazioso e tranquillo
Situato a pochi minuti dal centro e dal lungomare, comodissimo.
L’appartamento è molto luminoso e spazioso. Come in molte zone della Liguria il parcheggio dell’ auto è difficoltoso sotto casa ma per fortuna c'è la possibilità del box offerto con l’appartamento oppure quello comunale gratuito presso il porto.

Le charme de l'ancien tout en profitant de la modernité.
Le garage est un atout tant il est vrai, il est difficile de se garer à Chiavari.
La WIFI offre un débit franc, l'accueil est chaleureux et prévenant.

Buon giorno a tutti , grazie alla Sig.Elena abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza a Chiavari , abbiamo trovato un ottimo appartamento ,pulito, luminoso,spazioso e comodissimo sia per andare al mare che al centro storico, ci ritorneremo senz'altro e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio in questa bella e grande casa, adatta ad essere vissuta da più persone.Accessoriata, curata nei minimi particolari e veramente pulita.Riscaldamento perfetto.Avevamo chiesto di avere un punto luce aggiuntivo e ci siamo trovati una bella lampada in soggiorno per leggere con piacere. Consigliamo e torneremo!

SOGGIORNO OTTIMO
Abbiamo soggiornato già due volte in questo spazioso e pulitissimo appartamento e siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti.
Ogni volta troviamo qualcosa di rinnovato e questa volta è la cucina con la lavastoviglie, si vede che la proprietaria ci tiene a far star bene gli ospiti! noi torneremo presto e lo consigliamo.

Plein centre ville, magasin pour les courses, visite de la vielle ville, plage, les restaurants(miramare), les glaces, parfait, wifi haut débit, Chiavari très belle ville.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento della signora Elena per quasi due settimane nel mese di novembre con il mio bimbo di 15 mesi. Esperienza positivissima, appartamento enorme e dotato di tutto, pentole, stoviglie, tovaglie, padelle, accessori, tutto perfetto, la cucina e' piu' attrezzata della mia. Dvd per grandi e piccoli, divani comodissimi, due televisioni, due bagni, due camere da letto.
Posizione perfetta, dopo 50 metri sei sotto ai portici e arrivi in centro in una manciata di minuti. Passeggiate lungo il carrugio piacevolissime, in 15 minuti circa si arriva anche in spiaggia...
altra nota positiva, non si sentono i rumori delle auto, le camere da letto si affacciano su una via tranquilla e non trafficata, si dorme benissimo sia di notte che di giorno!!

L'appartamento giusto per una vacanza perfetta!
La casa vacanza si trova centrale in una bella palazzina ben curata, comodissimo con l'ascensore, al quinto piano. L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, con due bagni e una cucina ben attrezzata. I letti sono comodi e tutto è pulito e ordinato. Grazie alla Sig. Elena che mette tutto a disposizione senza difficoltà, in particolare se avete bambini piccoli. Molto utile anche il garage gratuito. Insomma tutto perfetto per un prezzo adeguato!

SOGGIORNO NELLA CITTA' DI CHIAVARI
Premetto che il soggiorno aveva più caratteristiche di relax che turistiche essendo presente nella comitiva anche un bambino piccolo con esigenze particolari ed una donna incinta. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene, l'appartamento, seppur datato, e' in posizione ottima . E' ampio e con due servizi ed e' fornito come da inserzione. E' posizionato in zona centrale e molto ben servito per quanto riguarda negozi di alimentari, panifici, farmacie; tutto e' raggiungibile nel giro di pochi metri a piedi.
L'appartamento e' anche situato molto vicino alla stazione per cui e' stato possibile muoversi col treno per raggiungere la costa vicina.
Chiavari come posizione fisica consente di raggiungere facilmente sia le Cinque Terre che le altre località' esistenti fino a Portofino.
Complessivamente sarà' un'esperienza da riproporre a tutti noi.

Siamo stati con le 2 bimbe piccole una settimana a Chiavari in questo grande appartamento con 2 bagni nuovissimi e 2 camere spaziose che permettono una buona privacy anche in caso di convivenza di 2 famiglie.Grande accoglienza della proprietaria, super disponibile e cordiale!a presto

La casa è come presentata nelle foto dell'annuncio; oltre ad essere un appartamento spazioso e e dotato di tutto è anche in centro, per cui vicino a numerosi negozi e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
La zona è molto silenziosa.
Nel complesso una bella vacanza, molto rilassante e divertente.

Meine Frau und ich waren im September Gast in Chavari.
Die Wohung die uns sofort zusagte liegt in einem Viertel der Stadt, das weit genug von der hörbaren Eisenbahn und nahe genug an diversen Läden wie Bäcker oder Obstständen ist.
Die Wohnung ist bis in das letzte Detail sauber und übersichtlich.
Ein großer Salon mit TV und einem Balkon in die Straße.
Ein Küche natürlich mit TV und einer großzügigen Geschirrbestückung.
Auch von hier ein reizvoller Blick über die rostroten Dächer der Stadt.
Wir waren zwei Personen, ein zweites großes Schlafzimmer benötigten wir nicht.
Das Bad ist modern und sehr wichtig, äußerst gepflegt.
Die Vermieterin und Besitzerin ist charmant und hilfreich.
Spricht englisch.
Das bersondere Schmankerl aus unserer Sicht ist die Garage unweit der Wohnung. Die geübte Fahrer braucht. Alles in Allem eine schöne, charmante Wohnung mit einer reizenden Vermieterin und dazu in einer Stadt die sich viel bewahrt hat.

Chiavari Apartment
The apartment surpassed the description given in the advert and we were delighted with the quality of the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had plenty of room as a family of 4 with 2 children and, in fact, the apartment could have catered for a larger family or group.
The apartment is very well presented and the photos on the website do not do it justice. It is light and airy and has a good sized balcony. It has shutters that can be closed so that the apartment remains cool and the children had no problem getting to sleep on an evening.
The apartment is centrally located only a couple of minutes away from the nearest supermarket, bars and shops. We did a lot of days out and the apartment was conveniently located for the bus, train station and harbour where you can take the tourist boat to a variety of local resorts. Even with small children we walked to the harbour and train station in about 10/15 minutes.
The owner was helpful throughout the booking process and maintained contact in the lead up to the visit offering helpful advice regarding travel arrangements and also during our stay.
Overall we cannot recommend the apartment highly enough.
