Nada

La limpieza fue pésima y el trato con el cliente nefasto. Ascensor estropeado (menos mal que era un primero) y la piscina se encuentra a más de 500m del apartamento.

Apartamento muy amplio,bien ubicado

El colchón de la cama doble está bastante desgastado,hundido en el medio,no hay cortinas y no funcionaba el ascensor.

SE ANUNCIA CON CALEFACCION Y NO LA TIENEN, FUE SUFICIENTE CON 2 CALEFACTORES QUE TENIAN. LA COCINA NO ESTÁ MUY EQUIPADA, LE FALTA HORNO, TOSTADORA Y DONDE ESCURRIR LOS PLATOS

Cómoda pero mejorable

Era luminoso y muy espacioso. Cómodo y fácil aparcamiento. No funcionaba el microondas y enseguida me lo cambiaron por uno nuevo.

Faltaban bastantes utensilios, es muy básico todo lo que hay en el apartamento. En la cocina falta vajilla y útiles, no hay mantas de por si hace frío y el sofá tenía un hueco que era muy incómodo de usar, la cama se movía muchísimo y no había nada más que un pequeño radiador de aire para toda la casa.

Reasonably priced but a bit basic

New building and good location. Generally comfortable.

Avoid this place at all costs - we for sure will not return

Actually, I can't say anything positive about this house, and I've used Booking for many, outstanding, rentals for the family. This property was just subpar. I would never recomend it to anyone else, and I would not return there even if it was free. Not worth the wasted diesel. I note that the house is not really in Sanxenxo the beach site, as for those not familiar with the region might not be obvious given the advert, but in Revolta, a a small village 10 minute drive away from Sansenxo. And the house is located at the opposite end of what would be the beach side of Revolta.

There were several things that are simply unacceptable in a 21st century rental. 1. The check in is at a different address, 500 meters away from the house, but the address provided when put on google maps goes nowhere. 2. The kindness at check in was... unexistent.: empathy none. 3. As soon as you enter the house, a weird smell that stayed at the house for the whole week, a weird mix betweeen a dead body and bad detergent would hit your nostrils. 4. The house had no wifi. really? 21st century! 5. The TV screen is about the size of my laptop screen, and you only get a handful of spanish channels (to be fair, tv shown in advert) 6. Everything in the apartment is the cheapest possible. 7. In particular, the dishes and cutlery are barely enough, and the cooking stuff not fit to cook for 5. Maybe for a couple, at best! 8. The beds are horrible, the matress must be the cheapest one can get. It weights like 1 kg, which means that you sit on the bed and it moves away, as the entire structure with matress might be under 5 kg or some such. 9. The supposed pool of the appartment is at the other end of the Revolta village, near where you get the keys. Unstated in the advet. Say what? Can't be more misleading than that can it? 10. The beds were not made, it's do-your-own-bed with the worse possible cheapest linen provided. 11. And to top it all, there was not any soap or toilet paper on site. Really. I own two AirBnB properties in Lisboa. This is not sensible in the 21st century! Please, do not stay here. I will never again stay at an apartment from these folks. Apartments 3000 is the group's name, they claim to be leaders in holliday rentals in Spain. Their website reads: Apartments 3000 – Cheap apartment rental. The emphasis is on "cheap", but the wrong side of it. Abcense of quality. No idea what they lead on, but quality it is not for sure. And it is a shame, as the apartment building itself was good quality.
