Super Ferienapartment- Gute Ausgangslage für Kurztrips..

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer. Alles sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die kleinen Mängel sind schnell behoben!

WC' Deckel war lose. Der Esstisch hat gewackelt,weil die Tischbeine nicht fest verschraubt waren.Leider nur 3 Stühle für uns 4 Personen. (Ein zusätzlicher Hocker würde genügen.)

Very comfortable and well looked after. Clean and quiet.

Would definitely stay there again. Very clean. And friendly. Spa pool a highlight. Was able to read a book and soak in it at night. Very quiet. Washing machine with powder a god send.

No bathroom toiletries.

Good quiet location and clean but pricey and not enough chairs!

Good location. Clean. Quiet area. Good communications.

Quite expensive. Only 3 dining chairs for a 4 bedroom apartment!! Bit tatty in parts too - cupboard laminate peeling and bathroom door handle falling off.

Bestes Motel bisher auf der Rundreise, wir würden wieder hier wohnen wollen.

Super Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr gute Sauberkeit, gute Räumlichkeiten, eigene Parkplätze, beheizter Whirlpool vorhanden. Gute Ausgangslage für alle Fahrten in die Umgebung von Rotorua.

Eigentlich gibt es keinen Grund zur Kritik. Lediglich der Zaun im Vorgarten, welcher bestimmt mit der guten Absicht von Privatsphäre gebaut wurde, wirkt etwas unpassend.

Excellent facilities in a good location close to KMART and Mitre 10. The bed was excellent so very comfy. It will be our preferred property when passing thru in the future.

I would not stay again as I think there are other places with better value for the money paid.

We arrived at dark and could not find it. Expected signage. It was small and much more compact than the photos. We did not stay the last night as I needed a better sleep as was tired having been at a conference all day and a neighbour couple talked loudly right outside my window until we’ll past midnight.

Clean tidy accommodation, good natural light and windows well placed. Comfy bed.

Handy to main roads and eateries.

Hair from hair brush in bathroom vanity drawer. Pizza left in microwave from previous customer. Invoice to pay not able to open. Phoned owner to advise, but still not received invoice link yet, 4 days later.

Clean and comfortable apartment stay

The instructions for getting into the apartment were sent via email/message on the booking.com site. There was some milk in the fridge and washing up /dishwasher and washing machine powder available to use which was lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. It would have been nice to have an ice cube tray in the freezer though- but generally it had most things needed for a short stay.

excellent stay!

everything! The location was so close to the town, everything was modern clean and well finished. the spa was a great addition although the weather was so hot we didn’t get to use it too often! the wonderful communication and helpfulness of the owners too. we met grant towards the end of our trip and he was extremely helpful telling us of some stops we could make for the next part of our trip. really impressed.

nothing! the only thing that would make these apartments even better would be a BBQ facility.

Well, I was very disappointed! I asked to cancel a few days earlier due to covid and they said "no"

The shower strength was very weak, when you took the hand held off, even worse.

Great location

Location was really good - easy to walk into the main centre. Keypad entry was really useful as we didn't need a key each. Kitchen well equipped and dishwasher was useful to have. Washer was great. Had an issue with a faulty hairdryer which was quickly resolved by the owners.

Bed in main bedroom not very comfy.
