Suffisant pour les 3 jours passés sur place.

Bien situé dans Galway. Spacieux.

Pas de chaînes sur la télévision. Ustensiles inutilisable : poêles et casseroles très usagées. Une seule petite cuillère. Un seul verre à pied ébréché. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le four n’a plus aucune indication sur la température de cuisson et de temps.

Excellent , very cosy

Staff was very helpful , a woman rang me to make sure I got in okay and that everything was okay :). Cormac seems like a genuine guy. Lost my key and he was very nice about it and sorted me out!

Mold issues and lack of hot water.

Location to local sites was great.

The property has a serious mold problem. Despite having been cleaned it still had places of visible mold and poor air quality. Additionally we didn’t have hot water after the first shower. We also arrived after check in but the cleaning people were still present and asked us to wait for 15 minutes for them to finish.

Great location.

Great large space and close to the city centre. We enjoyed the washing machine & dryer combo - convenient for travelling.

The wifi was not only not working, but the network could not be found. We addressed this with the team, however they continued to provide a wifi network name that didn’t actually exist. The shower was cold last night, and continued to be fluctuating between being cold & mildly warm this morning. We’ve stayed in hotels for the last 6 weeks during a Europe trip & this was the first time we’ve had any issues with a cold shower.

Poor

Good location. Close to what you need. 13 min max walk to the main strip. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Washing machine worked perfectly. Had a washing line to hang clothes. Bathroom not fancy but practical.

Wifi does not work. Unable to get live tv channels and was unable to connect tv to a wifi network so therefore couldn’t watch/use the tv. Contacted the provider who firstly got straight back to me saying they would look into it. And when they did they advise that it should be working and to turn off and on again. We did this. It did not work. The place is basic. If you plan to cook it only has the basic utensils. Does not hold any oil or spices etc, so make sure you pack this. Not much privacy. Had a maintenance person pressure washing our front door/window. Which resulted in muddy water leaking into the seal/our apartment. We advised him of this. He said he would come back to clean it but didn’t. We felt trapped in our flat for a short period whilst he did this as it is only a one entry/exit. Also the door/front window has blinds but it does not cover everything properly. Personally if I was to go back to Galway, I would pay the extra money to stay elsewhere or in a hostel.

Dirty and outdated but good location

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the city center, train station and the shopping centre.

Black mold everywhere, dirty interiors and awful equipment. Way more expensive than it should be. They brought us a dirty travel cot with black mold. I wouldn't put any living thing in it. Please buy a few new stuff!

Wasn't too bad, with a little attention it could have been excellent

Location is really good, convenient for the city center. Street is not noisy. Our rooms were on the upper floor, a bit of challenge if you have heavy luggage.

Mattresses and sofas were old and not comfortable. Dishwasher was an older model and it cycled for the whole night. May be we did not know the correct way to use it. This property will be an excellent one if these shortcomings are taken care of.

Disappointing

Great amount of room every bedroom has an ensuite

The fridge freezer was totally broke, I did ring to report and was told a maintenence man would be out not sure if he did or didn't come. But it still didn't work. Done a shop on the first day all the food was trow out from the freezer and loads from the fridge too. The apartment was clear and tidy but the presses were really dirty. And was the fridge

If this apartment had a little bit of TLC from the owners, addressing the above issues, 9b Waterlane could be a lovely p

Waterlane 9b was close to City centre, so wash in a perfect position for a city break especially if arriving by train. The property was spacious, with a private lounge and a large king size bed which had fresh clean linen and clean towels provided.

As access to the 4 apartments is from the back, you go through a long corridor leading from the front door. This is right beside the bedroom, so there was noise when other parties were coming into their accommodation. The fridge freezer had seen better days and the fridge had a bad smell. Discarded food was found behind the settee. The blinds had been attached the wrong way round so did not reach the floor where needed. There was no basin in the kitchen sink, no plug provided so washing dishes was difficult - and no tea towel was provided. One bedside light was not working and only one pillow per person was provided. While the bathroom fittings were clean, there was black mould down the side of the bath. But our 2 main issues were that we were unable to access any TV and / or internet, as promised on the listing. Also safety wise, the smoke detector in the bedroom had only a baseplate so wasn’t functional.

Place was very spacious. Place just needs a lot of updating.

Proximity to town. Size

Lots of stairs. Figuring out how to turn on showers. Pots and pans were old. We like to cook in and that was doable but not easy. Beds were not that comfortable could have used more pillows. Towels were stained. Seating in the front room was difficult couch was broken.

location perfect, all rooms big with ensuite and huge kitchen/living area.

Location is a 2 minute walk from the city centre which was great for our trip.

an iron and ironing board + a hairdryer would have been nice - everything else was perfect.

For a short stay find a B&B, it is not worth the frustrations

The location of the apartment is great, it is about two blocks away to the center of Galway. Management was also very responsive to our calls.

We wanted a place with a washer for our stay and so we signed up for the apartment. First thing we didn't get the code as promised and management blamed it on Booking.com. The dishwasher didn't work, they gave you all the tools do the dishes by hand except for a drying towel. The washing machine worked but didn't have a dryer. The place was cold, not decorated at all (unless you call a picture of a lion and a bull decorations) The couch felt clammy, there was no table to put a glass on, the chairs were dirty, we had no tv (broken), no wifi (not working) and somehow the fuse blew when we were out which stopped the washing machine in the middle of cycle. Overall more frustration than we needed on vacation. We would have been better off in a B&B and find a laundry.

We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Nice having our own bathrooms.

On arrival the code we were given for the lock box was incorrect. We had to call the owner to get the corrrect code. Upon departure it was difficult to get into the lockbox to return the key. There was a washing machine but no dryer.

The owners are awful to deal with. Refusing to return our 300€ revolut deposit that was not in writing when we booked because of a “noise complaint”. We didn’t return to our room until late and went straight to sleep, woke up and left to go home. we even made sure to clean up any small mess before we left with intentions of possibly staying again. Absolute disgraceful thieving behaviour from the host and I’m confident our deposit will be returned in full when the property realise they will not get away with stealing from customers.
