Lokalizacja świetna, ekspres, zmywarka i suszarka sprawne, za co duży plus.

Czystość - naczynia brudne, łóżka brudne. Balkony obsrane (to nie kwestia dnia, to nie było sprzątane od dawna). Doświadczenie daleko odbiegało od akceptowalnego.

Clean, Basic and Fine for a Short Stay near Old Town

Apartment was clean, early check-in was provided and cot waa provided (although no mattress or sheets, we asked for these after and they were provided). Location is good, it is near the Old Town but not in the Old Town itself (like I thought). Kitchen was well equipped and washing machine worked well . Self check in was very efficient and easy

As noted prevuiously, babies mattress and sheets were not provided with the cot which was frustrating. The sofa in the sitting room was falling apart and was extremely uncomfortable and the Netflix/YouTube remote provided didn't work so we could not watch these. We followed the instructions provided and changed the batteries ans still had issues. Apartment is in a good location with a shop and coffee shop below but is farther from the Old Town than I thought.

-Bliskość do każdego miejsca w Krakowie dzięki świetnej lokalizacji, bliskości peronu pociągu oraz bliskości przystanków autobusowych i tramwajów. -Bardzo fajnie wyglądające wnętrze oraz bardzo łatwy dostęp do pokoju -Cisza i spokój choć odziwo obok jest ulica i tory kolejowe -Bliskosc do placu targowego, sklepów, restauracji i barów, oraz niebieskiej Nyski z Kiełbaskami ;) -full wyposażenie suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko , naczynia i sztućce, dodatkowa parę poduszkę czy koców, czy nawet pralka !

Generalnie jedynie do czego bym się mógł lekko doczepić to mała ilość garnków i patelni (chodzi mi o wielkość) ale ja sporo gotowałem. Raczej ludzie przyjeżdżający na wypoczynek jedzą na mieście, więc to tylko taka mała uwaga gdyby ktoś chciał tworzyć nie wiadomo jakie potrawy 😁

Cute apartment close to city center

Cute apartment. Had everything we needed, including an umbrella and a portable air conditioner that was necessary mostly as white noise because of the train and traffic. There were enough outlets for phone chargers and lamps for reading near the bed. Everything was modern, clean and functional. The parking lot close by worked like a charm, though it's not often attended and the attendants don't speak English.

The bathroom sink was a tad annoying because it wasn't flat and one couldn't set anything down and there wasn't much other space on which to set toiletries. Also, we were constantly having to choose between needing the windows open for coolness and air but wanting them closed because it was incredibly noisy with the train, traffic and people on the street. Fortunately, the portable air conditioner provided enough white noise to block out enough noise that we could sleep but the bedroom still got a little hot with the window closed.

The apartment was clean for the most part, but he bathroom has a very bad mold problem. The bedroom and bathroom were up on a loft with a spiral staircase that I wouldn't recommend for older guests. You can smell the mold as soon as you get up the stairs. We slept upstairs the first night, with the bathroom door closed, hoping that would help. Both of us had a headache and felt sick the next day. We slept on the pull-out couch on the main floor the other nights. We emailed the owner about a possible Auschwitz tour that he had offered and about the mold problem and got no response.

So I paid almost £500 for this apartment and then had to pay a further £500 for the new cleaner hotel we had to book in

The apartment was absolutely filthy and really smelly. After 5 minutes of being in the apartment we decided we could not stick the smell and dirt anymore so we left and booked into another hotel and requested a refund from Way2stay but was told the apartment was cleaned that day (it had clearly not been cleaned for a long time, the smell was like nothing I had smelt in my life before & the windows were wide open when we arrived but that didn’t even clear the smell, coffee table was sticky, white stains all over the beds, coffee mugs were disgusting, etc), so they wouldn’t offer a refund. As I booked through booking.com I went to them for help but all they did was ask Way2stay for a refund for me, which they refused.

Pleasant

The apartments have good location only 10 minutes from the old town and Wawel castle. Big room with a kitchen zone, very comfortable beds and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with the all necessary facilities.

It's not easy to find the apartment because of no sign and we needed to call the host for explanations. The room was very dirty, especially kitchen facilities. It was even impossible to use a kettle due to its awful condition. Many opened food left over from previous travelers. Crumbs and dust. It's not acceptable. No elementary washings in the bathroom at all. It doesn't cost this money.

Walking distance to Old Town, good location.

There’s a bit of smell in the toilet especially the first few moments, maybe needs better exhaust or a good air freshener.

Exceptional property enabling an insight into the city’s history

Half way between the Old Town and Jewish Square, tram system is brilliant and a train journey to the Salt Mine showed a beautiful clean country. The property is equipped with everything you could want and air con was invaluable. Thank you so much.

Good

A nice flat in the heart of Krakow. It is nicely styled and has everything for a short or even a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher oven and even a coffee machine. Our flat was sectioned into connected kitchen and living room space on the bottom part and bedroom and bathroom on the upper. The bed was comfy and the bathroom seemed small but had plenty of space. The Bathroom is modern and had a nice amount of place to put your belongings. Also, the water pressure is amazing. The air conditioner was right above the bed.

Overall cleanliness could be improved. The surfaces were seemingly clean but corners of the room and under bathroom doors were full of dust. Kitchen counters behind appliances or in drawers we full of coffee grounds or other fallen spices. The upper space has quite a low ceiling so not fun for taller people. The stairs between the upper and lower sections of the flat are quite steep and not comfortable to traverse often. The storage space for clothing was nonexistent since the wardrobe was full of extra pillows and duvets. And for a shorter stay to drag your luggage up the stairs is simply impractical so we had to go up and down to get dressed and pick up stuff from luggage.

Overall we managed ok but as tourists to a new town we expected a little more facilitation from host

Some basic toiletries like shampoo and bath gel could have been provided. Some instructions on use of microwave,dish washer and washing machine could have been provided.information about nearest available taxi service etc would have given more convenience. The bed was placed at an angle that kept hurting our knees .

The apartment is so beautiful and cozy, and we really appreciated the kitchen. Everything was clean and nice, and the check in was super easy. Also the location is just superb.

The only minus were construction works outside, but that's nothing to do with the apartment itself. Also it'd be nice if the apartment contained shampoo or a kitchen sponge, but that's really just nitpicking.

Great design, comfortable, nice. there is almost anything you might need at trip. great bed. silent despite the trains outside

Rolls of dust under the bed, crunches and sand on the floor. it was obvious that no one used vacuum cleaner. I asked to clean the floor since my son is allergic to dust, but I only got few swipes of mop. also it would be nice to set the TV working and please change batteries on remote control. Art4 - window view is on construction of a bridge and constantly passing trains (although this is rather a good part, especially since there is no noise from them at all). but it’s even romantic to see everything under the snow)

five min walk from old town and Kazimiers. shop downstairs. space efficient with enough facilities including job. shower was amazing and you get a bath too. linen fresh and extra pillows etc

no tea bags, but it is European so understand and there was coffee
