This flat in Piano di Sorrento is very clean and well appointed! The check in process was smooth and very helpful - telling us all about the sights and good restaurants and how to use the train. The location cannot be beat with views of sunset over Napoli every evening! The town has good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and is family oriented.
We had one issue of accidentally turning off the switch to the fridge but this was quickly rectified! Recommend for a great place to enjoy as well as to explore the region!

Beautiful apartment right outside of Sorrento city center. Quick train ride to many locations. Walking distance to pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets and more. The apartment was sparkling clean and large. The view is breathtaking. I would 100% book this stay again.

The apartment is decorated with a very calm style. Beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The kitchen is adequate but only one place to plug in an appliance and it’s a risky spot by the sink. I would suggest the owner add a small table in the corner by the outlet to hold the kettle and toaster. We loved seeing the sea view and walking to the grocery store was nearby as was the train station. It’s an easy 4 minute train into Sorrento. This was a great location for relaxing and access to the area.
Overall I would recommend. Communication was usually quick response.

Very clean and bright apartment. We enjoyed our time in Piano di Sorrento. The location is close to some excellent restaurants and close to the docks where some tour boats depart. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. There is a slight incline but not too bad. I would stay there again and recommend to friends. Maria meet us the day of arrival and was just outstanding walking through the property.

Everything was in perfect order. The location of the apartment was great. A short walk to the beach or the elevator down to the beach. Resturants and supermarket was located near the apartment. Fantasitc pizza in the building next.

The apartment was very nice and had beautiful views! Transportation to Sorrento Center was challenging because the train is not reliable and taxis are expensive / hard to find ones that go from the apartment to the center. The property manager was excellent and made all the accommodations for us and was very helpful / responsive throughout the whole trip! She definitely made sure that her guests were happy and informed!

I came to the Amalfi Coast for the first time with 4 other members. A lot of places at this cost were gross looking in Sorrento, so I decided to look around the area more…and when I saw the reviews and how this home looked, the location being on the water, etc…no brainer. It’s exactly as pictured & better! Candida is a great host who goes out of her way to meet you at the house, run you through everything, help you navigate the map of the area, etc. She is extremely responsive & you can tell that she takes it very seriously when it comes to taking good care of this home. Right downstairs you’re in walking distance of a great restaurant, gelateria & short walk to the train and grocery stores. Enjoy a night on the balcony of this home with a glass of wine & the beautiful coastal sunset! You want to book here!!! We’ll be back!

This was overall a very good experience for us. From booking to transit from airport to apartment, greeting at arrival, cleanliness, location etc, everything was good. Our host make our life very easy. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who want to visit this area of Italy

We loved being by the marina. Dinner and gelato was wonderful. Prices were reasonable in the area. All of the other comments were very helpful when planning the trip. Glad we stayed in Piano Di Sorrento instead of Sorrento. Our meeting place for a tour of Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius was in Sorrento, and it was very congested there. Very happy with condo/apartment.

Beautiful Sunsets
Property was very comfortable and in excellent condition. We had all we needed to take good care of ourselves. Breakfasts came from the morning coffee shop just a short walk away. Deliscious pastries. There was a convenient store also that had munchies and wine. A good pizza was just a walk away.
We walked to the train station to visit Sorrento and also for the start of out tour of the Amalfi Coast.
Around the corner was a well stocked grocery for our homes lunches and dinners.
The balcony was our favorite spot. We would sit out there and watch the ocean and totally relax. Every night we watched the sun set as a family. Just perfect.
We would highly recommend this property to those who follow.

A great place to stay with family. I loved miring coffee on the balcony and fresh air coming in while we prepared breakfast in the complete kitchen. The best part was the amazing sunset over the ocean every night with a glass of wine or limoncello. Loved this place and it will be my go to place when back in Sorrento area

Beautiful views!
The apartment was better than described as it had just been renovated. The water and coast views out of the master bedroom, kitchen and living room are stunning. The view from the second bedroom was also lovely. The apartment has two bathrooms and a washer and dryer and is quite big. It is a ten minute walk to the train which we found easy to use.
We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful apartment
We loved the apartment. Lots of room, beautifully decorated, nice balcony overlooking the bay. Maria was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is a about a 15 minute walk to the train station. There is a lift in the apt building. There is also a lift going down to the sea a short walk away.

I rented this apartement and am very pleased about it. It's very large, easy to get to. Maria-Grazia is so helpful and tackles all your problem, finds a parking lot for you (very useful) or treats any problem you can get. She's very kind and it's very useful to know you can rely on her in case of problem. I can only see the advantages and highly recommend this rent

Great location! Beautiful view!
We loved being in the less touristy Piano di Sorrento. The town was lovely and the people were so friendly. The nearby metro took us easily to Sorrento proper and Pompei. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, quiet and clean.

Highly recommended!
A bright, spacious apartment with fabulous views overlooking the bay of Naples. Perfectly located for the beach, town centre and train station. Communication prior to our stay was excellent and Maria met us at the train station on our arrival (a very welcome surprise) pointing out where the supermarket and restaurants were before taking us to the apartment. Lots of helpful information provided at check-in and Maria and Candida also arranged our return transfer and for our luggage to be securely stored on the day of our departure given that we had an evening flight. We did have a bit of an issue with the electric supply continually tripping but this was easily rectified and didn't impact upon our overall enjoyment. We loved Piano and the apartment and would recommend both.

Absolutely amazing!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and the pictures do not do it justice for what this place has to offer. The windows look out to a beautiful view of the water. There is a supermarket close by which was so convenient for us. The metro is 15 min walk to get to Sorrento and very short metro ride. The beach is right in front of the apartment but because the apartment is higher up it’s about a 10 min walk (elevator to take you up and down if you want). Maria was so sweet and great to work with. She checked in frequently to make sure we were doing okay and helped make arrangements for us. She definitely helped make our honeymoon special. I am highly recommending this place to stay at. It is much better than staying right in Sorrento.

Fabulous place
The place was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. Maria was very helpful on checking in, providing us with maps and recommendations. What we loved the most were the sunsets from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful! Would stay here again if we are ever fortunate to get back

Beautiful apartment; wonderful location
We enjoyed this beautiful apartment immensely. The entire apartment has lots of natural light and gorgeous views.
The kitchen was so pretty that we cooked one evening and we normally don’t cook.
We could have spent our entire few days just sitting in the balcony and enjoying the views.
Instead, we visited the nearby beaches making use of the elevator sometimes and other Times enjoying the walk along the road full of switch-backs.
It was an easy walk to the train station and two quick stops to get to downtown Sorrento.
We also enjoyed a lovely tour of the Amalfi Coast with Francesco who also provided door-to-door taxi service when needed.
A fabulous experience. Thank you to all.

Beautiful Clean Spacious
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The air conditioning was perfect after a long hot day of site seeing. The view cannot be topped. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony watching the sea and people entering the park below. The nearby resturants are really great. Maria was reached easily by text or phone and took care of anything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Sorrento coastal area.

Glorious Piano di Sorrento
I'm a travel professional who was on a family trip to Italy, so I scrutinize any properties I visit carefully...but I am also a mom who was looking for a safe, clean place in a great location for a reasonable rate, and I must say the value of this property overlooking the water checked off all the boxes and is definitely worth looking into. Our 4 nite stay at the 2 bedroom seaview apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It was pristine, spacious and modern with a small balcony over looking the the amazing sea, perfect for your morning espresso or for watching the gorgeous sunsets with a delicious glass of vino! As a matter of fact the pictures listed do not do the view justice. It had a fully equipped kitchen, great wifi and a much appreciated lift, as many properties in Italy require you to bring your heavy bags up many flights of stairs. Conveniently located within walking distance of the supermarket, resturants and the train station where you can easily board a train for a leisure 2 stop ride to beautiful downtown Sorrento or for an additional few stops to must see Pompeii. Maria, our contact and who also checked us in was wonderful, providing us everything we needed from the ferry schedule to Capri at the marina just an elevator ride below...to Fransisco our very informative private driver who not only shuttled us to and from the Rome airport, but took us on a unique tour of the Amalfi coast (Ravello, Amalfi, Positano) that included an authentic 2.5 hour lunch in a tiny town of only 98! Including wine from their vineyard and homemade lemoncello!...truly memorable. One day we awoke to a bustling street market full of fresh fruits and vegetables for our dinner that evening as well as clothes and bags, should you have forgotten something while packing (take note ladies, they had hundreds of really nice scarfs - popular in Italy - for only 3 euros!) Immersing ourselves in a local weekly ritual made for a very enjoyable morning! Too many highlights to mention, we were definitely satisfied with our stay and wished we had planned for a bit longer. Heres hoping for another visit to the area again soon. Till next time lovely Piano di Sorrento! Please feel free to message me should you have any questions. Till then, Ciao!

Great view
The property is in a good location to see all the sites around Naples and the Amalfi coast. Our host was very helpful with suggestions on how to get around the area and the towns shopping and resources. We definitely recommend this property for any family visiting Sorrento

Lovely view and location.
First let me say that Candida was a wonderful host who kept in touch when we needed her. She even picked us up at the train station and offered a ride back to the station when we left (we’d left earlier). Thank you Candida for being so wonderful to us.
The apartment is clean, spacious with a wonderful view of the harbor and a great park just across the street. 5 or 10 minute walk to the train gives you easy access to Sorrento and beyond.
The only things that need addressing were both toilet seats were dislodged and the knives needed sharpening. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying in Piano di Sorrento as it’s easier going and just as beautiful.
Cheers

Beautiful and comfortable apartment!
We loved our stay! The apartment has an amazing view!! Great location - walked to train station and a wonderful pizza place. Maria was a great help, arranging a driver and a cooking class with Carmen that I would highly recommend. Anyone who books this apartment will not regret it!!! Appreciatively, Lori and Robin

Lovely bright apartment with stunning views of the Bay of Naples
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night early spring break in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. Manager Maria-Grazia couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. There were a couple of small problems as we were the first guests of the season but she dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. The aim of the trip was to see the Roman sites at Pompeii and Herculaneum, and it was a perfect time of year to go, with bright sunshine and few crowds. Both sites are easy to reach on the Circumvesuviana railway which runs between Naples and Sorrento - the station at Piano is around 10 minutes walk away, and Sorrento is only two stops in the other direction, The only downside to visiting so early (first week of March) was that many restaurants hadn't yet opened for the season, although we would recommend pizzas from Ci vediamo di Mario, at Via Madonna di Roselle (friendly welcome, excellent aubergine pizza!) and we had a lovely meal at l'Antica Cantina just round the corner. In Sorrento, we had a memorable Sunday lunch in the huge conservatory at o Parruchiano, surrounded by Italian families celebrating Carnevale. I imagine, at the height of the season, the apartment would be a perfect escape from the crowds - and the sunset view from the balcony, prosecco in hand, was stunning, even on a chilly evening! Thank you Candida and Maria Grazia.

Immaculate with a stunning view
We loved our stay at Piano Di Sorrento. I booked this property mainly due to the fresh, tasteful decor and the fact it had two bathrooms - essential with two teenagers! The view really is lovely from the balcony and we liked the buzz of the small street below. Candida, as previously mentioned, was extremely helpful and responds quickly to any query; nothing was too much trouble-which was very reassuring. The accomodation had plenty of towels for the week, extra pillows if needed and other basic essentials. We ensured that we spent time in Piano and visited the volcanic beach three times during our stay (there are a number of solariums that you pay for). Here you can hire pedalos as well as kayaks and we particular enjoyed laying on a lilo in the sea overlooking Vesuvius! To the left of the property there is a place called Villa Fondi gardens which is beautiful as well as peaceful with wonderful views ( we saw a wedding there) and to the right was a small, very reasonably priced bar that overlooks the bay- perfect after a day at the beach and for playing cards watching the sun go down. Although restaurants are not in abundance there are enough to choose from and Sorrento and nearby towns Meta and S’Agnello are accessible via the train and bus ( train is 5 mins travel time to Sorrento). However if you wish to use the train in the evening then you must purchase your tickets earlier in the day as the ticket office closes early evening and late trains when returning to Piano are only after 9.30 at the weekends. We booked an excursion to Capri and Vesuvius/ Pompeii online before we arrived, which we are pleased we did as this is time consuming if queuing at Sorrento tourist centre. As for visiting further along the Amalfi Coast we purchased our SITA bus tickets at Sorrento ( right outside the entrance to the station). Again these must be purchased before you travel unlike the local bus service. All in all we throughly enjoyed our trip and particularly loved returning to the non touristy area of Piano Di Sorrento and our very cool ( excellent air conditioning) spacious apartment. We won’t forget it.

Excellent Location!!
As a family of 4, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Location. Pictures are exactly what the condo looks like, except the balcony view was even better then what we thought, it was awesome!
Maria was very helpful, I had been in touch with her a few times weeks before our arrival and she always answered my questions promptly, very approachable. She had arranged to have a taxi pick us up in Napoli, she met us at the apartment and showed us around the home, explaining how to get to the train to go to Pompei and to Sorrento, about a 10 minute walk to the train station. And she was a phone call away if we needed anything. I was concern about the street noise but it wasn't that bad we were able to get to sleep no problem after a long day of activity. The apartment was very clean and welcoming with some treats that the kids enjoyed! Everything was in working order as well. We hope to come back one day and we will definitely keep this unit in mind for the location being so convenient and with a great hostess!!

Had a wonderful time. The apt was perfect to see the coast and convenient to the marina. Very comfortable. Hostess helped us with everything we needed and Francesco our driver was awesome. He arranged tours, transport from airport and back. Will definitely come me back to stay here!!!!!!

Wonderful Four Days in Piano!
Our four-night stay in this charming apartment was the best part of our 12-day journey through Italy. It was the perfect size for a family of four and included all the amenities that we needed. Our favorite part was the amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is situated in the small town of Piano, which is not touristy at all and served as a wonderful landing place for our daily adventures. We loved walking down the street that is adjacent to the water. Also, Sorrento is a short train ride away and was also a beautiful spot to explore. Candida is an amazing host. She totally makes herself available to help plan excursions. She provided information about a boat trip to Capri and a bus tour to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. She also has a friend (Francesco) whom you can hire for transfers to and from the Naples airport or train station. He can also be hired to do a day-long tour of the Amalfi Coast. We ended up having his cousin as our driver, but it was still an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this to families of four or even two couples. I would love to return one day. -Aimee

Fabulous Sunsets in a Great Location
Our family spent a week at this apartment with our 2 teenagers -18 years old. The water views from this apartment are absolutely wonderful and the sunsets breath taking. This apartment is well cared for and matched the description exactly. Candida is most responsive and helpful. We loved the location as it was a five minute walk to the market to get groceries, 10 minute walk to the train station and you walk across the street to the beach. The building in which the apartment is located has an elevator which was most helpful after spending a day out and coming back to the apartment tired. The owner graciously made arrangements for our pickup from the airport in Napoli. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning again in the future.
