Marlborough Buildings is an impressive Georgian terrace situated on the west side of the world‐renowned Royal Crescent in the centre of Bath. This elegant four bedroom garden maisonette is located on the lower slopes of Marlborough Buildings with sweeping views across the Crescent lawn to the iconic Royal Crescent. A contemporary design which complements the period features. The spacious accommodation is set over three floors and includes a large entrance hall which leads to a generous open plan kitchen/dining, with an impressive kitchen and granite worktops. The sitting room is accessed through double doors and, being at the rear of the property, has impressive westerly views through large sash windows that let the light flood in. The family room leads off from the entrance hall and provides access to the west‐facing, private garden. The master suite on the lower ground floor features a master bedroom with walk‐in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The family bathroom and utility room are also on the lower ground level. There is a courtyard to the front and a generous private walled garden which is mainly lawned with gated rear access. There is a terraced area which is ideal for al fresco dining.
