My family and I have just finished an incredible trip around California. We ended with a four day stay in this wonderful villa in 1000 Oaks, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. The house is immaculate and very luxurious. Karen is a fantastic host, she was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The garden was a big hit with the whole family, the pool is huge and the kids loved all the pool toys that Karen very kindly provided. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening looking out over the beautiful California hills that surround the garden. The house itself is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and with lots of little touches that made it feel like a home from home. The house is perfectly placed to explore LA and is a relaxing haven to return to after a busy day sightseeing. I really can’t fault this property and would recommend it in a heartbeat. If we return to California we will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect in every way. The location was perfect, the outside area is spectacular and the house itself was comfortable with plenty of room and amenities. We have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and we always look for a Premiere Host. All are very good but no one has ever been as responsive, helpful and engaging as Karen. Would highly recommend this home!

Home was beautiful, Karen even had lights up for the holidays! The property has all the amenities you could ask for, inside and out. The backyard is beautiful!!! We had a wonderful time and will hope to book another date here soon. Thank you Karen for making us feel so welcome!

Just Awesome! My husband and I traveled to the area with our parents for a long weekend to cheer on our daughter and her soccer team. Karen's house was the perfect spot for us. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils. Each couple had their own bathroom, and living and dining areas were roomy and spacious. We had multiple family members who live in the area, who joined us for dinner and the indoor table space easily accommodated>10 for a celebration dinner after my daughter's team won. The outdoor space was and is amazing!The backyard backs up to open space and the space is calming and gorgeous. We used the multiple outdoor seating areas throughout the day, including the fire pit and the elevated porch area. The ping pong table, cornhole and yard axe throwing games were a great complement to the space. While the wind did not comply with us using the pool, it was clean and sparkling. Karen was an awesome host. She was prompt to answer questions and sent check-in and house information prior to arrival. She left us a welcome bottle of wine and even left directions to our soccer site. The extra thought Karen put into our stay was just above expectations. If we ever back out to the area with a group, will definitely look to rebook!

4 couples stayed at the house for a wedding we attended in Malibu. The house was perfect! Spacious, clean, and had great amenities! Helpful host made our stay comfortable and welcoming!

The property was the perfect home to gather our family for our son's wedding weekend. We hosted a Welcome dinner for the close family and friends in the beautiful backyard. Absolutely lovely house and beautiful property. We had a wonderful time. We were able to host a small rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding; and the backyard was absolutely perfect for it. There was something for everyone to do in the spacious grounds. The host was very accommodating and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to coming back to stay at this house again. Just simply lovely. Thank you Karen!

Property was amazing. House beautifully appointed and comfortable. Grounds well groomed and so enjoyable. How to directions clear and easy to follow. Neighborhood peaceful. Close proximity to many amenities. We'd definitely book again for another occasion and highly recommend to everyone and all.

Our son was getting married near by and we were even able to host a small rehearsal dinner in the back yard. The house and property are stunning. Very comfortable for our family to spread out. The yard, with pool, is amazing and extremely welcome during the recent heat wave. Very well stocked home. Karen was available and attentive months before we checked in and we only had one request during our stay and she took care of it within 10 minutes. I almost hate to rave about it because that will make it even harder to get in to when we want to return!

From the comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen (even had skewers for roasting marshmallows in the fire pit), to the attractive interior and GORGEOUS backyard space, Karen left nothing unattended to. Property exceeded our expectation. Backyard amenities, pool, fire pit, patio area, outside BBQ, ping pong, corn hole and water toys were great. All bedrooms had access to their own bathroom. Called Property Owner on one occasion for a small issue and she immediately responded with a quick fix. Great location: close to restaurants, beach and trailheads for hiking and mountain biking. Perfect getaway with our family!!!

Had a great time staying here with a group of friends! The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for leisure and entertainment. My family and I visited this property as a part 2 of a family "staycation" for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The pool and backyard are amazing. Don't forget to use the fire pit at night, roast some marshmallows, and look at the stars. The house itself was also nice and comfortable. Karen is the best and communication with her was seamless. We stayed at Karen's home for my daughter's wedding. The home was perfect and Karen was super responsive to any question we had. When I would text her she would reply within a few minutes. I highly recommend this property. This property is especially nice for families with the pool and outdoor area. Karen could not have been nicer and more professional.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The backyard is amazing with a big pool and hot tub which heats up in 10 minutes. The fire pit and outdoor bar are also great. The house is clean with plenty of good sheets and towels. The owner Karen is the best VRBO host we have ever had. They have a high chair and crib for babies to sleep in and Karen was incredibly responsive and just a pleasure to speak to. I’d highly recommend this home.

We had a great experience! This location was just as published and we would book it again in a heart beat. Karen was awesome and always available to tend to our needs. The only issue we had was keeping the pool clean and understanding the remote control for heating it. The cleanliness of the pool was due to strong winds constantly blowing debris into it (not a fault of the owner). We took it upon our selves to keep it clean since we used it daily and the pool man never showed up. Karen was great at explaining the heating mechanism for the pool and spa, and we all pitched in at keeping it clean. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect!!
