When I tried to pay the amount in advance, my Credit Card was blocked saying a specious transaction. I spoke to Mr. Nagaraju over the number available on site and he agreed to pay while check-in. Later on a lady called me back from the same number in the afternoon and told me since I didn't pay in advance they are cancelling my booking. Did not even give a chance to pay the amount in another digital method. At least, she did not ask whether ready to pay at that moment.

It is residential property and bit far from market for a walkable distance. Otherwise gr8 & beautifu

Staff was really good and cooperative.

Some sound of machine was coming in evenin/night. Charges are high w.r.t to the services of the room.

Over priced stay but Caring staffs and peaceful place

The property was clean and the staffs took care of us well. Breakfast was good and we felt like home.

Accessing the place was little challenging. You need to drive nearly 1 km from the main road well that’s not an issue if you have a car. But the road was not good and we found it difficult to find the hotel once we reached the place

Two horrible night at ooty.

Wifi only.

No soap, paste, brush, tissue paper, news paper, electric kettle to make some hot drinking water. Very bad smell coming through bathroom drainage and speading to the room. TV with out connection and remote. No room heater or AC.

- Room was quiet enough for 2 people. - Individual hot water heater was available to ensure continuous good water supply. - Early checkin was provided by 9 30 AM. - Hospitality of the in- charge Magan will be like a family.

Location is quite away and no proper road did some 200 meters.

Value for money

Staff was brilliant, ground to earth, i observed they are very well behaving to every guest. They are professionals.

Such staffs need to be retained with Treebo. And company should be doing whatever it takes to retain such staff. me and my wife liked them very much. They made a difference!

Our stay with our son at itsy by treebo twin falls

The location is great, the room is clean, plenty of hot water, kettle and drinking water. The manager at the reciption Ms. Geetha is the saving grace of the property, she was helpful, warm and extremely gracious.

The pillows has fungal spots on them and the road to has no boards so the direction is a little tricky, breakfast is very late and sourced from outside sometimes which is sad for early travelers or kids who wake up early or older people with health issues... Breakfast at 9 or after is a downside the bed is the worst part it's rock hard and very uncomfortable

Property is good but not well maintained

Washroom wasn't clean, water was not available, after asking many times water came bt not hot. No toiletries were dere. Helper was so careless dint helped for anything

I booked the rooms by booking.com. It was confirmed by the property, but they cancelled my booked rooms at arriving date, because of they are getting high paid at the same time so they cancelled my booking whenever im arriving at hotel. Its too worst I have ever seen.

after confirming booking and payment done, when we reach at twin falls they said they can’t allow us to stay as we booked online for lower price. the guy informed me that we need to pay triple of wat we paid to enter. so we had to call customer service of oyo and book another property.
