About this house rental

Our home in Garden City (near Bear Lake) is brand new and perfect for families or medium sized groups. It has lots of light and every amenity you will need during your time here. The house is surrounded with a covered porch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the lake. The town's bike path is just steps away from the front door. All of the Garden City restaurants, shops and the market are within a 10 minute walk and the marina is only 1 mile away.

1853 sq ft.
Sleeps 12 max.
Main level has living room, kitchen, master bath (shower), powder room, and laundry closet
Second floor has 3 bedrooms and second bath (tub/shower).
Bedroom Sleeping Arrangements:
* Master Bedroom 1 (Main Level) - 1 King
* Bedroom 2 (Second Floor) - 1 Queen
* Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) - 2 Double beds and room for queen air mattress (supplied)
* Bedroom 4 (Second Floor) - 1 Queen Pull-Out Sofa Bed
* Living Room (Main Level) - Sectional Sofa (sleeps 2 )

*Kitchen Amenities include: plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, pots and pans, baking pans, cooking/cutting/serving utensils, drip coffee maker with filters, tea kettle, toaster, large electric counter top griddle, waffle iron, serving trays and bowls, mixing bowls, electric hand mixer, blender, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, food storage containers, cutting boards, hot pads, grilling utensils, and basic cleaning/disinfecting supplies.

Our home is a loft style home where the walls on the second floor don’t go all the way to the ceiling. As a result sound and some light carries into the the bedrooms on the second floor which may make it difficult for young children to sleep. The master bedroom on the main floor is completely enclosed.

We have tried to provide a vacation home that is comfortable and enjoyable. In return we require strict adherence to maximum occupancy (12) and House Rules. Any party found breaking those will be asked to leave without a refund.

This is our second year to stay at Sunrise House and seeing the sun rise is indeed beautiful. The price is very reasonable and accommodations are perfect. Only about 20 minutes to North Beach.

We absolutely loved our three-day stay at Sunrise House. It was pristine clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We, especially, loved sitting on the front porch and watching people go by. Amanda was extremely accommodating and responded to any questions I had immediately. We look forward to returning to this lovely home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was great and all 8 of use fit easily. We were close enough to "downtown" to walk each night and enjoyed jogging onto pathway right outside.

We loved staying in this quaint little cabin that accommodated our family perfectly. It was clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of parking off of Bear Lake Blvd. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings and watching the sun rise in the morning! Sweet home!

We loved this beautiful cabin and the location. The owner was so thoughtful and everything we needed was there. They even had fresh cinnamon rolls for us! My 12yo asked if we could please give this cabin more than five stars ;).

This was a fun place to stay on vacation. The property was clean and inviting. It was well furnished and nicely located near the green belt and marina. The host was prompt and responsive. Watching the sun rise at breakfast over the lake was very picturesque. It was a great stay.

This home was extremely clean and well kept. We appreciated all of the little details, such as extra bedding in the closets, beach towels, extra towels in the bathrooms. The owner left a pan of raspberry rolls to welcome us, which we all enjoyed. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Thanks!!!

A very nice home. The traffic noise is a little loud sitting on the deck, but a mere whisper when you are inside. The house is built very well and is quiet. We brought most of our food to prepare and Amanda and Matt have stocked the home very well and make it very nice to stay there. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in this beautiful cabin for 4 nights and had the best time! You can't beat the location...everything you need is within walking distance (restaurants, Mike's Market, little gift shops and the best raspberry milkshakes!). There's a beautiful view of Bear Lake from the porch that can't be beat. The cabin is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable visit or get away. We had 5 adults in our family and everyone had just what they needed: comfy beds, two living areas to gather and visit (one upstairs that converted into a bedroom), 3 TVs, games and books, and a terrific kitchen/dining area where you can also gather to visit. There is plenty of parking and Amanda provides beach towels and chairs for your time at the beach. If you're cooking your meals the kitchen is furnished with everything you need and there's a propane grill outside. You couldn't ask for a nicer cabin to stay in. Communication with Amanda was excellent; she really goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment while staying at the Sunrise Cabin. If you're lucky there will be tasty raspberry buns to greet you upon arrival! Our family will absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Bear Lake!

This cabin was beyond our expectations! Every detail thoughts about down to cinnamon rolls on the counter! The host was accommodating and attentive. The location was perfect! You have a beautiful view of the lake from the charming front porch. It is within walking distance to the stores and restaurants. We really loved our time there!

We enjoyed this well stocked cabin! The property manager was spectacular and we even found a way to take a 18 month old to a loft style property. We loved how well the property was stocked and it even had a pack and play which made the stay more comfortable as we forgot ours. We loved the property and the snow and dozens of turkeys were great for entertainment for us and the infant!

This cabin is wonderful! When we arrived, it was impeccably clean. Perfect location - right on the bike trail and close to town. We walked to shops and restaurants every evening. The porch and front yard are beautiful. We had BBQ on the grill and picnicked in the front yard/porch. Lovely! Amanda has all the amenities covered. Loved all the extra blankets around, games for the kids, beach chairs, Roku tv, etc. They had the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve used. The open ceilings in the 2nd floor bedrooms were not a problem because we brought white noise makers. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
