Great place to stay!

Very close to the beaches and city centre. Cute little place with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Clean and well decorated.

The shower drain needs cleaning as the floor filled with water when we showered.

There was a sewer smell from the bathroom, it´s from the shower drain, here is a free hack, cover it with a wet cloth and you won't get no sewer smell. The kitchen chimney, makes a loot of noise when you're cooking something, it's uncomfortable .

Perfect accommodation for a week, and good starting point to daily island-excorsuion.

The accommodation was well equipped, we can cook some simple food, and wash and dry our clothes after a strong rainy day. We can heat the flat (because we were there in January). Summorized, it was perfect for a week staying, and it was a good starting point to our daily island-excorsuion. (Just a recommendation: it is worth to rent a car to see the island)

There was no terrace or inner courtyard. In the street the parking is paying, but only working day 8-16, and it was not expensive (0,6 euro/hour)

Superb

perfect small flat , modern and fully functional and equipped. The lady was also so kind to book the taxi at 6 am. In the very centre of the town, definitely the best choice to stay in Praia , for a single traveller or a couple

Exceptional

The communication went very smooth and easy. The location is great, close to the beach. Praia is well connected by bus to go to the airport or around the island. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. There is even a washing machine and dryer. The bed is comfortable. We had a great stay! Thanks a lot!

Great location, very comfortable place

The studio has everything you might need, and more. A toaster, microwave, fridge, washer and drier, and a wonderful hot water shower after a long day at the beach... which is only 500m down the street! The bed and the pillows are amazing, 10/10. Would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn't like. But a downside would be it is a ground level studio, so it has little natural light and is hard to ventilate. Fortunately it has an AC unit that helped with that task so I was satisfied with it :)

Very good

Everything as in the photos. Just enough for our 2-night stay in Terceira island. The room is fully functional although bit narrow. Good bathroom. Close to the beach and some good restaurants. We parked the car on the street (it was free on weekend but I think from Monday to Friday it's payable).

Nice & wonderful stay in Praia

The proximity with the town center and beach makes this place amongst the best during your stay in Praia da Victoria. The apartment is very well decorated and it has everything you need for your stay.

The humidity (at least during the winter time) is something that it is inherent to a lot of houses in the Azores. If you're staying for just a couple of days than it is fine. More than that I will recomend you to maybe reconsider although, like I've said, it will be dificult to find some other place that doesn't suffer from this problem.
