Horrible. Not sure if I should book through your app again. It was a big inconvenience.

ONLY the location of the property.

The sheets and towel smells bad. And there were a lot of bugs on the bed. We had to leave at 3 AM and transfer to a new hotel when we noticed it. We didn’t expect much of the place because it’s cheap. But having ticks and cockroaches on the bed is unacceptable, unhygenic and harmful! The staff at the lobby couldn’t help us and the contact person didn’t help us as at all! I demand a full refund!

It was okay but not comfortable enough.

No city view. The sockets/plugs are not working. The sliding door of the room is not also working. There are no rugs. The shower is not also working properly and is nearly broken. Some of the appliances are not working. The doorknob of the unit is almost broken. The airconditioning is not cold enough. There is no bidet in the comfort room. There is no wifi in the unit.

nothing, mabaho amoy sewage coming under the sink ang amoy, mouldy na. ang sofa at under ng bedside table at bed, super ingay na din ng faucet sa kitchen,

What I didn't like during our stay was the loud noise coming from the very annoying sink. It disturbed our resting time. And we almost missed the chance to use the pool which was one of the things we expected to do because the person assigned to assist us didn't inform us sufficiently about the time the admin was available. I also lost a piece of clothing that I left on the chair when I was away going swimming.

This room is perfect for sleepover where you will only sleep. You cannot cook food since they don't have a stove but they have a rice cooker and water heater.The room is clean and spacious, bed is enough for us (2 adults and 2 toddlers)

SMDC is in good location.

We killed 3 cockroaches in our room. TV is not working. AC is set in one temperature. All walls are wet as it have been sprayed.

A night to remember

The location was perfect. The lobby was clean and classy. The reception/ guards were very polite and helpful The room was relatively clean. The person who met us in person was very kind.

The bed, springs were protruding The divider, it was broken The TV, was pixelated The coffee cups, were chipped The hot shower, tripped very often The bathroom exhaust, was unusually noisy

Stay would have been fair had it not been for the typhoon. Window needs fixing.

Location of the property is right in the Tagaytay center. Very accessible and easy to locate.

Window has to be fixed. It created lots of noise every time a strong wind blew. It so happened I was there during a severe tropical storm and window created a sort of vortex with lots of noise what only went away whenever the window was opened. However, due to rain, I had to close the window. Room got flooded during the typhoon because water seeped in from under the window sill and then with the strong wind, water was like a geyser splashing into the room. A couple of floor tiles in the toilet needs fixing as well. Water gathered under the tiles and would be squeezed out whenever one steps on the tiles.

all in all, it was still nice just that we werent able to really enjoy our stay since the tv was not working and the roo
