CASA AMIGA is a home that features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a fantastic location-just a 10 minute stroll to the White sandy beaches of BEAN POINT on the coveted north end of Anna Maria. Less than 5 minutes walk to Pine Ave where you can grab your morning coffee, take the kids for ice cream or shop til you drop! This lovely property offers a private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV
This home has been professionally decorated and features all stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During you stay the most difficult decisions you'll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? It's a tough life on Anna Maria Island!
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 10 in beds: 2 king beds, one queen, a double bunk and a pull out couch -with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Traveling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! This house has a pack and play, high chair and lots of beach and pool toys. Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

We were 6 adults, all family. This is our 4th year going to Florida in the winter. The house was very roomie and all of us having our own bed and bath was great.

We had the best week staying at the Casa Amiga! Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and our kids favorite breakfast spot at North Shore Cafe. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues but Claire at Beach Retreats took care of everything right away. Management company is super responsive. This house is a little slice of paradise and we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This is a beautiful home located on the north end of the island. Definitely rent a golf cart for ease and fun of getting around the island. We really enjoyed having a pool to jump in after a day at the beach.

The property and its layout were fantastic. We enjoyed the downstairs outdoor area. It provided a great location for the kids to hang out and plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed the proximity to Pine, where all of the shops and restaurants are located. The walk to the beach was a little far, but it was not a big deal for us as we enjoyed walking. Overall definitely a great place to stay and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Beach retreats manages this beautiful property and They made it very easy to stay. Very few requirements upon checkout and everything we needed for a lovely stay were there for us. We used their hot tub and laundry and cooked a few times in the wide open kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy and included bathrooms making it perfect for three couples. Location on the island is ideal and we walked everywhere from the beach to restaurants to stores. Great stay and highly recommend.

We loved staying at casa amiga. Everything was perfect, the location, the amenities, the pool area . We didn’t cook or use any appliances but if you wanted to, the house is fully equipped. 5 stars for sure !

The Casa Amiga was perfect for our family get-together. Very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of relaxing time there. If you want to use the nice putting green, be sure to bring a putter and some golf balls. Very nice place!

This house is stunning! Kitchen is well equipped, as well as everything you need for beach and pool. The loungers and couches downstairs were perfect for lounging during the afternoon rain and the outside beverage fridges kept drinks close by. Beds were comfy with great decor in the bedrooms, plus tons of TVs. Don’t miss the rooftop deck at sunrise.

We were a party of 6 that stayed at Casa Amiga for a surprise 70th birthday for my mom. Everyone loved the home! It was clean, had spacious bedrooms, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants and beaches, and it equipped with all the essentials. We had everything we needed for our beach and pool time as well - beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, and a cooler. The outside patio was the perfect retreat after the beach.
We had a issue with the AC when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within 24 hrs of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect. I’d highly recommend Casa Amiga and we all agreed we’d stay there again. We loved everything about the house and Anna Maria!!

There is a small step up to get into the house as well as a step down to the pool area so it is not 100% handicap accessible. We brought a portable ramp which worked well.
Overall we loved to house. It was on a quiet street albeit a little further from the beach than we prefer, but it was an easy bike ride to the Gulf.
